Interoperability and Integration: I am a Senior Manager and I have been using Later’s Social Media Analytics Software for a few months now and have found that the software integrates well with other social media, website data, 3rd party platforms and other external available data sources with ease. The interoperability of Later’s software helps us to get more effective analytics by combining over 100 different analytics sources by enabling the aggregation of our data sources. I find it very helpful and conveniently integrated with various other digital marketing tools. The integration makes it really easy to identify and find out the areas our online digital marketing campaigns are underperforming and then take further measures to improve it. Overall, it has helped us in obtaining more effective performance insights. I would rate it 8/10.'

'Having used Later's social media analytics software offerings for some time now, I have to say that it's been an absolute game changer for my small business. The software provides me with great insights into my content performance across different social media channels, allowing me to quickly identify and analyse which content was successful and which didn't fare so well. I'm also really impressed by the cost of ownership. The price is incredibly reasonable for all the features that it offers. The return on investment is tremendous when compared to the cost of engaging a social media agency or hiring someone in-house. Not only am I able to save money, I'm also getting valuable information that I wouldn't have ordinarily. My only minor criticism is the user experience. I think the user interface could do with some work as it can be quite difficult to navigate. And I'm not a fan of the fact that they don't offer a chat system for support. Despite that, I'm still giving the Later's social media analytics software offerings a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great value for money; providing excellent insights into my content and with a cost of ownership that's beyond reasonable.'
