I recently purchased a Zero Liquid Discharge System from GEA Group and I couldnt be more satisfied. Their systems offer a broad range of technical features including high-grade engineering, reliable construction and superior performance. The systems cost-effectiveness help reduce cost through energy and water savings, shortened payback period, operation, maintenance and repair costs. The high-quality material used in their systems are designed to ensure long life, so there will be no costly delays while repairing or replacing broken parts. The system is also sustainable and can be used in future applications such as industrial wastewater treatment and others. Its advanced filtration and separation technology provide an impressive level of clean, recycled micro-particles. I was surprised to see how quickly the system was able to recover 3-4 times more water compared to other systems. This translates to a good return on investment, which is why I opted for GEAs system. The companys supply chain is also commendable. They suggest specific media and pump configurations to help in maximizing efficiency while minimizing the carbon footprint. Not to mention their production capacity which, according to their website, is over 6500 tons per year. That alone speaks volumes about the companys reliability. GEA shows its commitment to excellence in R&D and innovation too. They have patented a unique membrane-based filtration system that helps extend filter life and reduce filter replacement cost. I appreciate their efforts in remaining current with the industrys ever-changing standards and requirements. Furthermore, their availability and turn-around time is unmatched. Whenever I have an issue I know that GEAs skilled customer service team is always available to answer my questions and help me out. They are also able to customise and adapt their systems according to my needs, and can deliver the product on-time and with short lead times. All in all, I am thoroughly happy with my purchase and would recommend GEA Groups Zero Liquid Discharge Systems to anyone wanting to reduce cost and stay ahead of the curve. Seven out of five stars!
