Hero
HERO is a RO technology, designed to treat wastewater containing high silica content. This technology offers high recovery along with effective prevention of membrane fouling and scaling. The company has patented this technology, which is used by many other leading companies in the zero liquid discharge system market. This technology comprises of three levels in the basic process – hardness & suspended solids removal, carbon dioxide removal, and RO treatment at elevated pH. The technology can recover about 90% liquid from wastewater effluents and provides high rejection ability for salts and flux. This technology finds application in high silica feed water, cooling tower blowdown treatment & recycle, tertiary treated sewage treatment & reuse, high TOC biologically active water, industrial water recycle & reuse, and retrofits & existing zero liquid discharge units.
HEVAP
HEVAP is a patented technology offered by Aquatech. The technology applies softening to condition the feed water before evaporation, thus increasing productivity of the evaporators. This technology is ideal for handling brackish water.
AquaR2RO
AquaR2RO is a unique membrane configuration of the RO process that withstands higher than normal pressure. It is designed to handle high TDS preconditioned water, which has contaminants. It is employed for high water recovery in the conventional RO plants providing low recovery. It is used for capacity enhancement in underperforming zero liquid discharge systems.
