Im an old European man, who recently had the occasion to test and evaluate the Work Management Software by Marketcircle. I must say, I am impressed with the overall innovation displayed in the product and use of the most up-to-date technologies. On the other hand, the cost of ownership is a bit high relative to the features provided. In terms of innovation, the workflow automation features are truly top-notch. For example, it seamlessly integrates with multiple different applications like Salesforce, Quickbooks, Gmail, Outlook and more. This allows users to create a unified workflows that automate many different tasks across different applications and services. This saved me a lot of time and money, reducing the need to manually switch tasks. The customer service team was awesome too, with 24/7 chat support, and the customer service reps were able to solve most issues quickly. The product also has a well-organized user interface, making it easier for less tech-savvy users to understand how the tool works. In terms of usage of next-generation technology, Marketcircle is ahead of many of its competitors in this regard. It makes use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing technology to automate many tasks in multiple different applications. This makes it much easier for users to quickly complete mundane tasks that can otherwise be quite tedious. Finally, on cost of ownership, Marketcircle products can be relatively expensive and might not be ideal for small businesses. That being said, the features provided are well worth the price and I believe a small business can easily save the money they invest in the product with the time they save using the automation features. Overall, I strongly recommend Marketcircles Work Management Software to all users, and especially to larger enterprises, rating it 8/10 on innovation and 6/10 on cost of ownership.
