E-SPIRIT AG in Web Content Management Software

(2 stars)I recently tried out the Web Content Management services of E-Spirit AG, but wasnt too happy with the purchase. It took me quite some time to set the system up and I had difficulty with the interoperability from other platforms. The product vision was quite promising and I liked the use of next generation technology, but overall the products and features werent up to my expectations. The cost of ownership was quite reasonable, but I wasnt sure about the companys stability and maturity, which may make them a risky choice for investing in for the long term. The customer service wasnt very helpful either, so I couldnt get the assistance I needed. Therefore, Im not getting the best value for money here and I cant give the service a higher rating.

Although the company is not extremely established, their stability and maturity create a great foundation for the product. Their product vision, features and overall innovation was very impressive and they seem to be making excellent use of next generation technology. Interoperability and integration were quite smooth and I also appreciate the reasonable cost of ownership. The customer service could use a bit of work, but it has been overall satisfactory. With this purchase I feel like Im getting a great value for money.
