As a senior manager in charge of keeping a close eye on who's coming in and out of the building, this access control system is incredibly easy to use and provides great insight into who's coming in and out of our building. Product Vision: I appreciate the product vision of Veris Welcome, specifically their focus on creating a more secure environment for companies. This access control system allows us to monitor who is coming and going and provides additional safety measures by recording visitors. Considering their strong focus on security, their product vision is certainly worth a 5-star rating. Product Features: Veris Welcome offers a wide range of features and its user interface is simple and user-friendly. We're able to keep track of who is visiting our building and even flag certain visitors who may pose a risk. Additionally, we can set up automated emails that are sent out to visitors and guard notification when those visitors arrive in the building. It's even compatible with multiple access control systems that we have in place, providing an even more secure system. 5 stars! Ease of Use: As a senior manager, I can confidently vouch for the software's ease of use. It was incredibly easy for us to set up, and the user interface is easy to navigate. With just a few clicks I'm able to set up visitor profiles, grant access, and monitor who's in and out of the building. The customer support is also impressive, quickly helping us out with any issues we had. 5 stars! The software is very easy to use, and the customer service from the team is exceptional. We have found the team to be prompt in responding to all our queries and willing to go an extra mile to ensure that our business needs are met. Since I have been using Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software for the past few months, I can safely say that I am not quite contented with its feature set and offerings. In spite of being expensive, the software is not able to give enough value for money to a multinational company like ours. Additionally, the interoperability and integration of Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software with external systems are not up to the mark either. Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software does provide some attractive features that could lure any user such as automated check-in and check-out, email and text notifications, appointment scheduling and more. But, when it comes to interoperability and integration, the software fails to deliver, even after lots of attempts, Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software is still unable to integrate with any of our internal systems and applications to the desired level. In conclusion, I rate Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software 2/5 on value for money and interoperability and integration. It might be beneficial for other organizations that have higher budgets and more integration needs, however, for us, these offerings have been unsuccessful.

Review 1: Veris Welcome has a great visitor management system that Ive been happily using for a few months now. We had an issue with our old system that was preventing visitors from signing in properly so I was looking for an alternative and I stumbled upon Veris. Their software was easy to install and its up and running quickly. The main feature I like is its interoperability with our existing systems. Using Veris Welcome saved us a lot of time and effort with having to manually input data, as it just â€œautomaticallyâ€ goes in the background. This is also great for our customers and employees. For example, if they want to access the building they just choose their name from the list and sign themselves in or out efficiently. Their cost of ownership is also quite reasonable. It doesnt break our budget but provides the features and options that we look for in a visitor management system. We were worried it might be expensive to upgrade but Veris provided an affordable solution. Overall, Im very satisfied with Veris Welcomes visitor management software and would highly recommend it! Review 5: Veris Welcome used as visitor management software Rating: 3/5 Having recently experienced Veris Welcome as our offices visitor management software, I can honestly say my experience was quite mixed. Whilst the futuristic use cases and next-generation technology provided us with some convenient and efficient tools, I felt that in terms of overall service, it was lacking. For example, the facial recognition technology was often unreliable and required manual verification in order for visitors to access the premises. Furthermore, I found that the alert system was often triggered by false positives, resulting in the alerting of irrelevant activities. On the positive side, I found the self-servicing kiosk to be incredibly useful, but I still believe there is room for considerable improvement. Overall, I give Veris Welcome a rating of 3/5. Whilst it provides some useful tools, I cannot recommend it for visitor management.

The service was extremely impressive and helpful, as it provided several futuristic use cases. The app had a self-servicing sign in kiosk, which presented a highly convenient method for visitor registration. The portal also had multiple security features in order to enhance the safety and security and to take care of the confidential data. For example, the use of facial recognition technology enabled us to easily establish the identities of guests and ensure that they only accessed the premises when authorised. Review 4: Veris Welcome used as visitor management software Rating: 2/5 I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to use Veris Welcome as our offices visitor management software. Whilst I understand the apps attempt to provide futuristic use cases, and the next-generation technology, it ultimately didnt meet the expected standard. For example, I found the facial recognition technology to be inconsistent and unreliable. On several occasions, I found the computer had granted access mistakenly, or had failed to accurately identify the authorised guest, which placed us in a rather compromising position. Moreover, the technical difficulties encountered when using the app often complicated the process further, and I found myself spending a great deal of time trying to troubleshoot the issue. Overall, I wouldnt recommend using Veris Welcome for visitor management. I give it a rating of 2/5.

Firstly, the customer service has been quite poor and I cannot recall a time when they actually provided me a helpful response. The system also crashed a few times during busy periods and was quite unresponsive. This was incredibly annoying and disruptive given the amount of visitors we have. Review 2: Veris Welcome VMS I recently purchased Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software and thus far I am pretty disappointed. I was expecting the customer service to be helpful and it seems that this is not the case. Ive contacted them many times since installing the VMS and can only recall one time when I received a helpful response. I have encountered many issues, such as the system being quite slow when creating a new account for a visitor and also when searching for relevant data. I also find the cost of the system to be quite expensive and wouldve expected more features for the cost. On the other hand, I must admit that the scheduling feature was quite helpful. This enabled me to easilybook in visitors for their next visits and even to access historical data for some. Overall, Veris Welcomes Visitor Management Software does have its advantages, but I feel that the cost is too expensive when other providers offer more features for a cheaper price. The customer service needs to be improved, as well as the systems speed, in order to make it a more viable option. Rating: 2.5/5

For starters, Im impressed with the product, but I dont believe that its without its fair share of faults. Specifically, I noticed that the software had some issues with data management; specifically, I noticed that the data entered into Veris sometimes gets lost during the transfer process. This is especially concerning because part of the reason we opted to use Veris was its â€œseamless data integrationâ€ from welcome desks to the various destinations within our facility. In addition, there are also times when the system lags or experiences some delay in recognizing a guest, leading to frustration and extra time being spent on the welcome desk. For example, I found the use of facial recognition technology in the overall security process for visitors to be slightly inconsistent. There were times when the service would not accurately identify an authorised guest and would not grant them access. Furthermore, there were times when the technology would grant access mistakenly. The use of next-generation technology was also highly impressive, but again there were times when the app experienced technical difficulties which werent always easy to solve. 1.Ive been using the Veris Welcome Visitor Management Software for a few months now, and while there are certainly some features that I am happy with, overall I find the current iteration to be severely lacking in both innovation and use of next generation technology. From an engineering perspective, I find that the software package is complacent and does not strive to achieve â€œbest of breedâ€ and lacks significant usability and innovation. The cost of ownership for the software is also quite high, mainly due to its lack of features, which is further diminished by its lack of overall innovation. Rating: 2/10

'Welcome Visitor Management Software - Flawed But Useful Review 4 The Welcome Visitor Management Software does have a few flaws, but all things considered it is a useful tool. The interface can be a bit confusing as it assumes the user knows a lot more about it than they actually do. Additionally, there are a few features that don't seem to work as expected, but overall they don't really affect the day-to-day operations of the facility. & support Veris Welcome: Interoperability and Integration Rating: 3/5 Im a senior manager, and we recently implemented Veris Welcome to manage our visitors. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the interoperability between our existing software, Outlook, and Veris. We had no issue integrating our calendars and scheduling guests with ease. As a bonus, we were even able to create custom welcome emails for visitors and guests. However, I was less than impressed with the lack of integration for other internal apps. We wanted to connect the visitor system to our payroll platform and human resources database with no luck. We were trying to automate the check in process for employees and temporary staff, but that wasnt possible either. Finally, we wanted to be able to monitor guests throughout their visit by integrating with the security cameras and detecting motion sensors, but Veris isnt compatible with any popular surveillance systems. So, all in all, I give interoperability and integration a 3/5.

Veris Welcome: Interoperability and Integration Rating: 4/5 Overall, Im pretty satisfied with the interoperability and integration of Veris Welcome. We encountered some issues connecting our Outlook and other existing software, but these were all quickly worked out by their support team. And we were able to automate many of our tasks with ease. However, we ran into issues when it came to integrating with our internal HR and payroll databases. Also, Veris wasnt compatible with any popular surveillance systems, which was a bit of a bummer. We were hoping to be able to monitor guests more closely. Id have to give the interoperability and integration of Veris Welcome a 4/5. We got most of our features working and our main integrations were successful, but there were some gaps that prevented us from achieving our desired automation in certain areas.

Review 1: Veris Welcome VMS We purchased Veris Welcomes VMS at the start of the year, looking for a way to easily manage our visitors and streamline the process of them signing our visitors register. The software was fairly easy to install, however I found the customer service to be lacking which was unfortunate. Once everything was ready, I was able to quickly add new visitors to the list, as well as find relevant data in regard to future visits and historical visits. However, I found that the system crashed many times and was unresponsive. This was incredibly frustrating as we always seem to have a lot of visitors at any one time. In addition, I found the system to be quite expensive in comparison to other providers. The only positive thing I have to say is that the scheduling feature is quite convenient. Overall, the Veris Welcome Visitor Management Software is a bit of a mixed bag. I cannot say that I would recommend it because of the frequent crashes and its high price point, but it certainly has some benefits. If youre looking for an affordable and reliable VMS, I would recommend looking at other providers. Rating: 2/5

When I was introduced to Veris Welcome, I was immediately impressed with the feature set and modernized approach to visitor management. After switching over to Veris, I have been extremely pleased with its performance and the overall user experience. The only positive aspect of the Visitor Management Software is the scheduling feature. It was quite helpful and enabled me to book visitors in for future visits seamless. All in all, the Veris Welcome VMS does have certain benefits to it, like the scheduling feature, but I cannot recommend it given its poor performance, the cost and the lacklustre customer service. Rating: 2/5

I am the director at a multinational enterprise, and our team is on the hunt for a visitor management software that meets all our needs. We recently purchased Veris Welcome as a possible solution for us, and so far we are pleased! The customer service is top notch. We had some technical questions when we first started using the software, and the customer service team was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We didnt have to wait long for responses, so this was definitely a plus. The value for money is also good. Its not the cheapest visitor management software on the market, but I think its well worth the money. The software has all the bells and whistles we need, as well as regular updates and maintenance patches to keep the system working smoothly. Veris Welcome also makes it incredibly easy to track visitors arrival and departure times, which makes it easier for us to manage the premises and determine when the visitors are allowed on the premises. We are definitely happy with our purchase of Veris Welcome and the value for money it provides. We rate it 5/5 stars.

#Review 2 We have been using Veris Welcome for the past couple of years and we have found the product to be really useful, particularly in terms of visitor management. The product vision of Veris Welcome is really strong, and its clear that they have put a lot of thought and consideration into the system, ensuring that it is as user-friendly as possible. Not only this, but they also provide great customer support which is always helpful. One of the main features that we appreciate from the system is the background checks that the system does on each visitor. Knowing that each visitor is being checked for the necessary credentials and that is preventing any potential risks is a huge plus for us and we are extremely satisfied with this aspect of the product. In addition, the system is also very intuitive and easy to use. Even though we had to provide a certain level of training to our employees so that they could use the system, it was quite minimal as the interface is so well laid out and user-friendly. Overall, we are more than happy with the Veris Welcome product and service. Our experience has been great, and I would easily give them a rating of 4.5/5.
