The interface is beautifully designed, and its incredibly user-friendly. Its been designed to streamline the visitor registration, improve customer experience and automate many different tasks. The use of the next generation technologies, such as facial recognition, QR codes and biometric scanning, ensures a secure and safe way to access our premises. Were already finding it helpful for the management of visitors in our business and for upcoming community events. The customer service team from Sine Group Pty Ltd. was quite responsive and helpful, and their personalized support was much appreciated. This software offers futuristic use cases and has the potential for many more in the future. Recently, my organisation was in need of a visitor management system. I made the mistake of opting for Sine Group Pty Ltd.s offering; Sine. I cannot recommend this software to anyone. My rating for the software would have to be a zero out of ten when it comes to ease of use. The software was very difficult to use; I was overwhelmed with the amount of trial and error to figure out how to do even the simplest of tasks. The interface also lacked in user-friendliness. The customer service I received further worsened the experience; all I ever heard from them was “have you tried restarting your computer?†Also, the cost of ownership for Sine was appalling. While the basic software was reasonably priced, the additional fees for using the software from multiple computers and customer support were outrageous. Altogether, these fees added up far too quickly. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Sine by any means. The ease of use is nonexistent, and cost of ownership is too burdensome. I would rate it a zero out of ten.

2. Overall 4.5/5 stars. Its clear that Sine Group Pty Ltd. have put a lot of effort into creating their Visitor Management Software offering, Sine. Its a comprehensive, reliable solution for managing visitors that offers a number of features and benefits. One of my favorite features is the facial recognition component. Sine integrates with cameras to allow for quick and secure identification of visitors. Its also very user-friendly visitors can create profiles for themselves, so theres no need to fill out manual forms each time. The analytics component is also great. Sines dashboard gives you real-time insights into whos coming and going, as well as detailed reports on visitor trends. This helps you better manage your resource allocation. My only complaint is that its slow to get set up. The initial setup requires some technical knowledge and can take some time. I think this could be improved with a more streamlined setup process. Overall, Im happy with Sine. Its a powerful visitor management tool that offers a lot of great features at a reasonable cost.

It also works with a range of browsers and offers a great smartphone experience. In terms of features, the offering covers all the necessary basics, from attendance and sign-in tracking to reporting and room booking. The e-registration, mobile ID card check-ins and visitor pre-registration are also great additions. The cost of ownership might be a bit of an issue, however. The initial setup is a bit expensive, with the software and hardware both having to be purchased separately. Furthermore, the recurring fees and maintenance costs can be costly to maintain over time.

For my organisations workspace, I recently had to purchase Sine Group Pty Ltd.s Visitor Management Software, Sine. I regret my decision. With regards to ease of use, I would give Sine a one out of ten. The user experience of this software is far from desirable. The interface was simply not user-friendly and there was no guidance to help me understand how to use the different features. There were a lot of discrepancies in the instructions as well. Even simple tasks took forever to figure out. On the customer service end, it was the same; all I ever got was “restart your computerâ€-- it was frustrating to say the least. The cost of ownership was another issue with Sine. The basic fee of the software was reasonable, but the hidden fees started adding up in no time. The additional fees associated with multiple computer licenses and customer service costs had me breaking the bank. On the whole, I cannot recommend Sine to anyone looking for a visitor management software. The ease of use is awful, and the cost of ownership is simply too much. I would give it a one out of ten.

While at first glance the software seemed promising, I ended up regretting the decision. Heres why: First, the ease of use. On a scale of one to ten, I would give Sine a two. The software was purportedly designed with user friendliness in mind however this was not the case. It was difficult navigate or access even basic features. The interface was especially confusing, as it lacked intuitiveness in design and usability. Furthermore, the customer service was not of much help; every issue I encountered was met with a “try restarting your computer†suggestion. I would also give Sine a two in regards to cost of ownership. The software seemed reasonably priced at first glance however the hidden fees began piling up in the long run. Its policy to charge outrageous fees for using the software on multiple computers, and the cost for customer support is extortionate. On the whole, I cannot recommend Sine for anyone looking for an efficient visitor management system. The user experience is awful, and the cost of ownership is simply not worth it. I would give Sine a two out of ten.

I was recently in charge of selecting a visitor management system for our organisation. After doing some research, I decided to purchase Sine Group Pty Ltds offering, Sine. I regret that decision. My rating for Sine would be a one when it comes to ease of use. The software looks easy to use on the surface, however it is anything but. The interface was subpar in all aspects; there were no pertinent instructions, no guidance, and no intuitive navigation. Even simple tasks took an extensive amount of trial and error to complete. Additionally, customer service was just as frustrating; all that I ever heard was “have you tried restarting your computer?†This lackluster user experience has cost us precious time and effort. Furthermore, I cannot recommend Sine in terms of cost of ownership. The basic price for the software was quite reasonable, however, the fees associated with multiple computers and customer service add up so quickly. For example, the costs associated with the multiple computer license and troubleshooting services cost us an agonising amount of additional money. All in all, Sine Group Pty Ltd.s Visitor Management Software, Sine, is not worth the investment. The user experience is horrible and the cost of ownership is unreasonable. I would give it a one out of ten.

Review 2: My company recently purchased Sine Group Pty Ltds Visitor Management Software called Sine, after having researched it for many weeks. Whilst the software was user-friendly to a certain degree, the setup process was far too complicated and time-consuming. Even after the setup was completed, the software was slow in responding and had occasional crashes. On top of that, the cost of ownership was exceptionally high when compared to other similar software options in the market. Despite its attractive user-interface, I regret buying Sine as it has caused us more trouble than we had anticipated. Im giving it 1/5 rating for its poor reliability and strongly recommend other businesses to opt for an alternative software.

I must say, I am impressed with the range of features it provides and its ease of use. Recently, I had the unpleasant experience of having to purchase Sine Group Pty Ltd.s Visitor Management Software, Sine, for our organisations workspace. I would not recommend it to anyone. I would give the ease of use a zero out of ten. It was extremely difficult to navigate the software and support from the customer service team was more or less non-existent. The interface was simply not user-friendly. I spent a lot of time trial and error to figure out how to use the software. And, no matter how many issues I encountered, the only answer I ever got from customer service was “have you tried restarting your computer?†Also, the cost of ownership for Sine was far too pricey. The basic software was reasonably priced, however all the hidden fees soon added up. We were charged hefty fees for using the software on multiple computers and customer support costs were ridiculous. Overall, Sine should be avoided by anyone looking for an efficient visitor management software. Ease of use is unrealistic, and cost of ownership is too high. I would rate Sine a zero out of ten.
