4. Keeping track of our inventory using Que has been a breeze. We have an extensive supply of computing gear and related items coming and going on a daily basis, and Que lets us easily manage all of this. We can add new pieces of inventory, assign them to different visitors, track their movement, and even assign them expiration dates. This handy feature takes a lot of the burden off of our team, and all this only takes a few clicks. The Inventory Management function is an easy 10/ 10.

As an old European male, I was taken by the fact that their solution is tailored specifically to businesses operating within the European Union, making it the right choice for me. I wanted to be sure that the product features would serve my needs, and I was pleased to note that they offer a comprehensive set of features that do just that. The user interface is clean, simple and organized in a way that makes sense. There is also the ability to customize branding, logos and other visuals in order to make it look professional and more personal. I set the system up quickly and it has been incredibly user-friendly. Everything is laid out in an orderly fashion and it is easy to navigate between screens. In terms of costs, I feel that the software is fairly priced as compared to its competitors in the market. I recently purchased Que Accounting, Inc.s Visitor Management Software offering called Que and I have found it to be very helpful. It has been a smooth ride so far and I am now in a position to provide a detailed review. Ease of use: I found setting up the software to be simple and the backgrounds and fonts used are minimalistic which makes the software easy on the eyes. All the knowledge and training necessary to use the software correctly was provided to me by their customer service team. I appreciate their support and would rate Que a 9/10 when it comes to ease of use. Cost of ownership: Que has a nominal fee associated with the service which is very affordable when compared to the cost of hiring people to take care of our visitor management system. I could not be more pleased with the amount we have saved. In addition to that, the fact that I have to work with only one system ensures that I dont have to bother about any additional costs. Ill give Que an 8/10 for its cost of ownership.

The product features are outdated and their limited use of next generation technology means that their software is already behind the curve. The systems most redeeming qualities are the user-friendly interface and the ease of use. I have spoken to several users of this software, and the themes that I am hearing from them are that the system is not living up to their expectations. Some users have mentioned that they encounter frequent glitches and bugs, causing them to be frustrated and cautious when using the software. We have incorporated the system at a bank, with lots of confidential information passing through the premises, and we have full confidence that the system is secure. Each visitor signs in with their ID, and this is recorded in the system. Que also produces a badge for each visitor to wear, so we can easily identify who is on or off the premises at any given time. In terms of value-for-money, I rate Que at 3/5. The product is versatile and features a comprehensive user dashboard and a customizable reporting suite. However, there are a few flaws, such as slow response times on the mobile app and a reliance on add-ons and extra fees to maximize the softwares utility. Cost of ownership-wise, I rate Que 2/5. As there are several visitor management systems that charge a fraction of what Que does, I found that its pricing structure is rather expensive. Whats more, we experienced a tedious setup process that hindered our attempts to get the system up and running quickly.

Que is relatively versatile and comes packed with a few nice features, such as an easy to use, comprehensive user dashboard and a customizable reporting suite. It is also accessible on-the-go with the mobile app, but unfortunately, I often experienced system lags and slow response times on it. In terms of cost of ownership, I would rate Que 2/5. There are several other visitor management systems that cost a fraction of what Que charges, being heavily dependent on add-ons and extra fees to maximize its utility. Whats more, I found that the setup process was needlessly complex and hindered our attempts at having the system go live quickly.

I can see why this product has become so popular due to its modern approach to visitor management. Product Vision: For product vision, I would give Que a 5-star rating. After spending some time checking out the product, I got the sense that Que is always one step ahead, introducing new features and tools to help make visitor management even more efficient. The ability to customize the look and feel of the product is also very useful. Product Features: Que is also deserving of a 5-star rating for its product features. The facial recognition feature, in particular, is excellent for quickly ensuring the identity of visitors, while GPS tracking provides additional insights into their movements. On top of that, I was surprised to find features such as badge printing and QR code scanning all integrated into the product. Interoperability and integration with other tools: For interoperability, I would have to give Que a 4.5-star rating. I have personally seen it successfully integrate with multiple CRMs, but sometimes the integration process can be tricky. The modern design, innovative user interface, and data analytics tools provided by Que enabled us, as a large conglomerate, to easily track and prioritize visitor data, while customizing the user experience. The features, however, come with a few drawbacks. The process of onboarding new visitors is laborious and time consuming if done manually. Furthermore, I have experienced times where the system has lagged and crashed, forcing us to revert back to a manual process. From a value-for-money perspective, I would rate Que 3/5. The product is relatively versatile, with a comprehensive user dashboard and a customizable reporting suite. While it is accessible on the go, I often experienced lags and slow response times using the mobile app. Further, it is heavily reliant on add-ons and extra fees to gain maximal utility from the software. In terms of cost of ownership, I have to give Que 2/5. As there are several budget-friendly visitor management systems on the market, I feel that Ques pricing does not offer the best bang for your buck. Whats more, the setup process was needlessly complex and hindered our attempts at having the system go live quickly.

My biggest complaint is the overall response time. The customer service department is quite slow in responding to inquiries and requests. On multiple occasions, I had to wait multiple days for a response, and even then the answer was not always helpful. The customer service staff also lacks knowledge about the software. I had to explain my issue multiple times to different staff members before I finally got the answer I was looking for. Finally, I found the overall manner of the customer service representatives to be quite rude. From the modern design, to the innovative user interface, Que truly offers a lot of great benefits and features. The data collection and analytics were perhaps my favorite parts of the Que product. This enabled us to successfully prioritize and organize which visitors should be sent customized emails as well as track visitor trends over time. Additionally, the flexibility to design customized badges with our own corporate logo enhance the UX experience. Overall, Que Accounting, Inc. has created a great Visitor Management System. However, there were a few downsides I would like to point out. For one, the process of onboarding new visitors can be cumbersome when done manually. Furthermore, there have been times when the system has lagged or crashed, specifically when attempting to register visitors in bulk. Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, I am happy to give Que a rating of 6/10. While the product has been useful overall, I think it could benefit from some improvements in the areas of onboarding and bulk registration. But in terms of innovation, security and overall value for money, I think Que does a great job.

We had some reservations when we were originally looking for a solution to fit our needs because of the sheer number of solutions available on the market. However, we are having a less-than-satisfactory experience thus far with Que. Interoperability and integration has been difficult to set up and use. We tried to integrate our existing workspaces with Que, and while they use the same standards and protocols, it didnt quite work. It seemed like Que had their own rules and we had to re-learn what they wanted it to do. This has been very time consuming and aggravating. I would rate the interoperability and integration as a 2 of 5 stars. Customer service and support have been terrible. While the website claims that 24/7 customer service is available, our experience has been far from that. Response times for queries and issues have been incredibly slow and responses are often generic and do not really solve the problem. I would rate the customer service and support as a 1 of 5 stars.
