REVIEW 2 Overall Rating 3/5 I found that Proxyclick Visitor Management Software had some decent features, but it fell short in a few areas as well. From an executive and IT staff standpoint, the software does have a good selection of features for streamlining visitor management. I appreciate how I can customize communications, create pre-check-ins and generate reports. Furthermore, the product does utilize a lot of cutting-edge technology, but I find it lacking when it comes to automated features. I wish it had the ability to automatically approve or reject visiting requests, as this would make my job a lot easier. The usability also left something to be desired. I think its a bit too complicated for those with less technical experience and would have preferred a more modern and intuitive design. Overall, Proxyclick Visitor Management software has some great features but has shortcomings when it comes to usability and automation.
