Review 1: Cost of Ownership Rating: 2/5 Nanonations PinPoint software is just a standard, cut and dry Visitor Management Software offering. Theres nothing special or unique about it that makes it stand out from the competition. The pricing is also very average but not particularly competitive either. Though its not unattainable, the cost of ownership is still quite steep for what offers and fails to meet the necessary price to performance ratio. For example, I could have gotten the same features from a competitor at a much more reasonable price. That alone is enough for me to say that the cost of ownership for PinPoint is just too high for my budget.

5 Nanonations software for visitor management provides a basic user experience, but does not provide any unique or sophisticated features. I spoke with Cora, the receptionist at a high-end hotel, who was able to use the software to register visitors but she complained that there was no facial recognition feature, so security was an issue. Furthermore, Cora was unable to delete certain entries due to a technical bug, which was both tedious and inefficient. In terms of ease of use, the user interface is intuitive and simple to understand, but it fails to innovate or amaze. As for use of next generation technology, Nanonations system falls short as there is no facial recognition feature, meaning that it cannot reach the levels of sophistication that customers will be expecting. All things considered, the Visitor Management Software is suited for those who need a basic tool, but not for those who expect more complex features. Id rate this product 2.5/5.

The user interface was easy to use, but could be more user-friendly and the settings related to access levels and authentication methods needs to be made simpler. Additionally, the administrative dashboard could use some refinement as it was very tough to keep track of different visitors. It was especially difficult to adjust the security settings to each visitors needs. In terms of innovation, the Visitor Management Software had some great futuristic use cases that were well thought out. However, I believe more work needs to be done to make sure that these use cases are effectively implemented. The customer service team was also very helpful and responded to all my queries quickly. All in all, I think Nanonations Visitor Management Software is great and I highly recommend it. It met all my expectations when it comes to visitor management. The only downside I can think of is that its onboarding process could be a bit smoother. But other than that, Im giving this 5/5 stars.
