The product features are very user-friendly, and feature the ability to control the type of records stored whilst overseeing visitor visits. Furthermore, the cost of ownership is highly reasonable. The interoperability and integration with other modern technology and existing systems and legacy applications is also great. We have noticed major improvements to visitor access, communication records, and organization since integrating MadSkills labs software into our systems. In addition, the secure logins and automated emails and other security tools enables easy monitoring and implementation. The customizability of reports, as well as instant alerts, allows us to stay informed of what is going on in and around our premises. The customization levels allowed me to decide which visitors to log and create audio alerts and notifications of my choice. On the flip side, it cannot manage multiple sites from a single console and this has been quite a hitch for me. For large-scale operations like mine, this can sometimes hamper efficiency. However, after a detailed interaction with their customer service, I was informed that an update to address this issue is to be released shortly. Before I bought this software, I was reluctant to invest such a large amount of money. Although, it later did prove to be of immense value, there were still times when I felt that certain features or functionalities could be improved in some areas. Keeping all of this in mind, I would rate it 3.8/5.

Front Desk by MadSkills Labs: Review 4 I recently implemented Front Desk by MadSkills Labs and I have to say that its been an absolute game-changer. As an industry veteran, I had a few reservations at first, especially since I was cramped with the traditional visitor management system I was used to. But Ive been bowled over by how simple yet effective the system is. Im particularly impressed with the easy-to-use interface. The software looks great and all the menus are clearly laid out; its incredibly user-friendly and information is very easily accessible. Furthermore, the search box makes it super quick and easy to locate guests who have visited us before. The customer service has been amazing too. The MadSkills Labs team have always been on hand to answer my queries and offer advice when needed. The same could be said for the technical support, the system was implemented in no time at all, and it was all thanks to the fantastic help I received. The pricing is also very reasonable. A quality system like this couldve easily been expensive, so I was really relieved to see that it was very affordable considering all the features you get with it. All in all, Id give Front Desk and MadSkills Labs 9/10. Its been a great investment and Im very happy to have the system.

I was delighted to have the opportunity to test MadSkills Labss Visitor Management Software offering called Front Desk and here is my review. Looking at cost of ownership, the price point was quite reasonable compared to other products in the market. Also, all the features I was expecting were included in the suite, such as signing in and out of visitors and managing guest profiles. On the other hand, I am not fully convinced with the value for money. I feel that it wasnt as comprehensive as I expected with its missing features such as an alert system when visitors arrive. Additionally, I feel that its reliance to manual entry methods for managing guest profiles is a bit too limited, considering the applications available today. I give it 3 stars on Cost of Ownership and 2 stars on Value for money.

The searchbox is incredibly handy for quickly locating guests who have visited before. The customer service from MadSkills Labs has been amazing. Whenever Ive had a query, their team are always on hand to answer it quickly and offer advice and support. The same can be said of the technical support setting up a complex system like this couldve been difficult and time-consuming, but the staff have made it hassle-free and straightforward. I have to say, I was a bit sceptical about the pricing at first, but after seeing how much easier and efficient managing my visitors has become, I must say its an absolute bargain. Its really good value for money; lots of features and great customer service, all at an affordable monthly fee. All in all, Id give Front Desk and MadSkills Labs a 10/10. I want to let others know my experiences and review it with some key points in mind. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of ownership as I compared it to other products in the market. The price was very reasonable and in line with what I expected. I also liked the fact that they offered a full suite of features for the price, including signing in and out of visitors and managing guests. However, when it comes to the value for money, Im not sold. Despite being cheaper than other products, I felt like it was missing certain features such as an alert system to let me know when a guest is arriving. Also, after a while, I felt like they were relying too much on the manual entry method to manage guest profiles. I felt it was too limited, considering the applications of today. I give it 3 stars on Cost of Ownership and 2 stars on Value for money.

The software is incredibly easy to use, while also offering features that set it apart from other solutions on the market. From an ease of use perspective, I was pleased. Even a novice user can get up and running quickly. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to spend less time learning the software, and more time managing my visitors and getting on with business. The features available from Front Desk are impressive. The software facilitates pre-registration, custom visitor notifications and in-person sign-in, quickly and easily at the front desk. Plus, SMS and email alerts to alert staff of visitors, and visitor analytics to help me better manage my visitor data. Overall, Im impressed with Front Desk. I give it 4 out of 5 stars for ease of use, and 5 out of 5 stars for innovation. The software made it easy to manage my visitor data, and the next-gen technology sets it apart.

This visitor management software falls short in features, ease of use, and next-generation technology. Additionally, the product is relatively complicated to use, and even some of the more basic, user-friendly tasks can require time and effort to complete. Finally, the product does not particularly incorporate any modern technologies such as cloud solutions or facial recognition, which puts it behind many of the competitors. Overall, I would not recommend paying for MadSkills Labs Visitor Management Software, as there are much better solutions available.

My bad experience with the companys customer service started when I was setting up the system. I sent them a few emails asking for help, and their responses were very brief and didnt answer my questions fully. Furthermore, they didnt even bother to follow up with me when I repeated my queries. The Visitor Management System does have some useful features that make collecting and managing visitor data easier. But again, its pricing options are pricey and theres no discount options available. I was impressed that the software was able to provide a unique solution to keeping our visitors safe, while also predicting and supporting futuristic use cases. Weve experienced the ability to integrate just about any type of technology with the system, whether its for tracking visitors, automating the check-in process, monitoring security or providing analytics to better understand our audience. The software also has strong analytics capabilities to help us analyze visitor trends and understand our customer base. This makes it much easier for us to make well-informed decisions about our visitor management process. All in all, I am really impressed with Front Desks ability to support futuristic use cases. The analytics component has been a real eye-opener for us. I would rate it 9/10.

It creates a timeline to keep track of the visits made, which helps visitors by giving them a sense of security. The product features of Front Desk are also top class. It includes a host of customizable settings, and allows for the management of visitor profiles, provides customizable notifications and block IP addresses. We have had no issues while customizing the notifications and we got our team handed to it quickly without a fuss. The Interoperability and integration of the system is highly impressive; integrating seamlessly with Outlook and Google Calendar, it has made it easier to maintain an efficient workflow. Furthermore, it was a breeze for us to setup custom integrations with our internal tools, so thats a big plus! In short, MadSkills Labss Front Desk Visitor Management Software offering is an incredible value-add to our R&D Office. It is efficient, feature-rich, intuitive, and highly interoperable. I would rate it 8.5/10.

Front Desk Visitor Management Software from MadSkills Labs has been a great addition to our business. One of its best features is its interoperability and integration capabilities. We were able to wirelessly connect our devices at our reception desk to the software, allowing us to seamlessly accept and process visitor information and check-in processes. We also connected our security systems, allowing us to easily track and monitor the influx of visitors. Additionally, the software comes pre-loaded with a set of information that is helpful to business owners who are signing visitors in and out of their premises. Im convinced that the cost of ownership is reasonable. The subscription fee is reasonable and the software is constantly updated. This, along with the fact that there have been no maintenance costs and the customer service staff is speedy when we have an issue, makes this an excellent decision for small business owners.
