Review 5: I recently had the privilege of testing out ILOBBYs Visitor Management Software and, frankly, my expectations were exceeded. From their comprehensive security options, to their user-friendly interface and full suite of features, this is the gold standard in visitor management software. Security is always a top priority for me, and ILOBBY does not disappoint. Their automated body temperature scan and facial recognition capabilities really make me feel confident that all of my visitors are properly identified and screened. And I love that I can customize the security checks and access detailed visitor logs and reporting. I was also really impressed by the features and customizable options that ILOBBY offers. From the automated notifications and emails to the pre-registration capabilities, I have found this software to be extremely helpful for keeping our visitors organized. Review 4: I recently had to use iLobbys VisitorOS software as part of an industry assignment and was less than impressed. I found the technology that powered the software to be outdated and inefficient. Many tasks that should have taken seconds to complete took minutes or even hours, making this software hardly viable for use. The customer service was even worse, as most of the time they wouldnt even reply. I give this software a 1 out of 10.

The software has too many glitches and cant be relied upon with large-scale Visitor Management. Additionally, its too expensive considering the issues with usability. I have had the opportunity of using iLobby: VisitorOS over the past year as a Customer success woman leader. This suite of solutions is a great addition to our visitor management process, as it provides a wide array of features and configurations. Using the system has been an easy transition for our staff, as the intuitive user interface has made it incredibly simple to manage. The wide array of helpful guides and manuals have provided us with the necessary steps for quickly integrating the system, as well as providing us with an all-in-one solution for our visitor management needs. The features are powered by next-generation technologies, which provides us with the secure and efficient data tracking and analysis that meets our compliance needs. This technology and the automation that it provides also helps us drastically cut down on overhead costs. Review 5 - Cost of Ownership: In my personal opinion, the cost of ownership of iLobbys VisitorOS is too much for small organizations or SMEs looking to implement visitor management software. It might be beneficial for larger organizations with a high footfall, but otherwise, I think it is a bit too steep for nominal usage. At the end of the day, it really boils down to individual needs and I hope iLobby can develop a more customized solution for customers, especially for smaller ones. For this, I give it a rating of 3/5.

Ive been using the ILOBI Visitor Management Software solutions for the past few months, and I have to say that the results have been very impressive. The ease of use is second to none; the software is incredibly intuitive and easy to learn, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. Its also capable of working with a variety of different platforms, and weve managed to get it to connect with our CRM with no issues. Additionally, weve been able to automate much of the process, which has saved us a great deal of time and effort. All in all, its an excellent product that I highly recommend. 5/5 stars!

3. We recently started using VisitorOS at my company and it has been an absolute game-changer. Our visitors can check themselves in with their own device and its made our process so much faster. But what really stands out about the software is their Interoperability and integration. We were able to transfer our documents within 5 seconds and their protocols and technology stages almost feel like they dont exist. Its simply so easy to adapt our data to VisitorOS. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. Whenever I send an email, they respond quickly and clearly. Theyre always so helpful and kind, which has been a huge asset in getting our system set up. In terms of vision and product features, ILOBBY really has thought of everything. Their tamper-proof touch-screen system is a major bonus that saves time and records data quickly and efficiently. However, Ive had some trouble with the touch-screen, as it is sometimes sluggish and unresponsive. As for interoperability and integration, ILOBBY offers what I need. Im able to easily integrate VISITOROS with third-party providers, such as Salesforce, making the visitor management process as streamlined and secure as possible. All in all, I would rate ILOBBYs VISITOROS nine out of ten. While the touch-screen issue has been a bit of a hassle, the integration capabilities, ease of use and security this software offers more than make up for it.

I decided to give it a try and make a decision after a few weeks of use. I must say, Ive been pleased with the product, though there have been some downsides too. In terms of vision and product features, ILOBBY appears to have thought of everything. One of the best features is the tamper-proof touch-screen system. This records the visitors data quickly and efficiently with ease, and this is a big time-saver for my business. However, Ive also had some difficulty with the touch-screen operations, as it seems less responsive than expected. Thats been a bit of a headache for me, but Im sure IT is working on the problem. As far as interoperability and integration goes, ILOBBY offers what I need. Their software can easily be integrated with a variety of third-party providers, among them Salesforce and other CRM systems. Thats been an invaluable asset for my business and makes the visitor management process streamlined and secure. Overall, Id give ILOBBYs VISITOROS software an eight out of ten. Review #2 I tried to use ILOBBY: VISITOROS for visitor management needs in my organization, but I quickly realized it was not worth the money. Their features are limited compared to the other services available and the user interface is confusing and clunky. The system is slow to respond to requests and is often unresponsive. I have been trying to get help from the customer service team for days now and still havent received any response. The pricing for the service is also quite high for the quality of service provided. 3. I used VisitorOS as my visitor management software and I cant say its been worth it - not at all. Far from being user friendly, it was clunky and I could hardly understand how to use the menu. The customer service was terrible and I had to wait for days before I got a response. Worst of all, the system was clunky and slow, taking much longer than expected to upload the data I needed. It was difficult to integrate with other systems already in place in my business and that was quite a major setback. I would not recommend this software and I give it a 2/5.

ILOBBY: VISITOROSs Visitor Management Software review #2 My experience with ILOBBY: VISITOROSs visitor management software was far from satisfactory. It was extremely difficult to purchase, as the cost was more than I was expecting. Once I was able to set up the program, I ran into a number of technical issues. Not only were the installation instructions unclear, but I could not locate the features I was looking for within the user interface. The navigation within the software was very confusing, with a number of tabs and buttons leading to different areas in the program. I found it difficult to locate the desired feature given the confusing layout. Additionally, the performance of the program itself was slow and unresponsive, making it difficult for me to navigate within the software. The overall user experience was not worth the cost of ownership. I would rate the cost of ownership and ease of use one star out of five.

The ease of use was not any better. The user interface was outdated and clunky, and navigation through the software was often slow and laggy. The VisitorsOS has worked satisfactorily in managing our visitors, even though I had problems with the customer service provided by iLobby. When I called their customer service line, I was put on hold for far too long and I was never connected to an actual human customer service operator. In addition, when I asked for technical support I was redirected to webpages, which was unhelpful. Due to this, I am rating iLobbys customer service a 1/10. The expense of the VisitorOS was as expected, so I am fine with that aspect. To summarize, I would give iLobby and VisitorOS a 2/10 rating.

4. After installing VisitorOS in my business, I am disappointed with what I have gotten. I have had several problems with the software which have taken me time to resolve. The system always crashes and it is so slow that it takes me a full minute to log in or out. It does not integrate well with other systems, so I had to almost restart my visitor management from the beginning. The customer service staff was unhelpful, and had the audacity to charge me for the few attempts at help I got from them. The fact that I cant get a return on my investment make this software worse. I dont recommend this software and I rate it 1/5.

Whenever I have had simple technical questions, I am put on the phone for excessively long periods of time and am never transferred to a human customer service operator. I have been told, more than once, to google the answer for my own request to the company. This is not an acceptable level of service for a company like ours. I would rate the customer service of iLobby a 2/10. The cost of ownership for VisitorOS is moderate and within our budget, so we are satisfied with that aspect. Whilst installing the software, the customer service team of ILOBBY offered exemplary assistance, from understanding our organizations specific needs to customizing the software accordingly. The interface was not as advertised and it was difficult to use. I had to call customer service too often to figure out how to use the system. The customer service was mediocre and did not help me much. The system was also slow, taking 10 minutes to do what should have taken 2-3 minutes. The interoperability of the system was also substandard. It could not be easily integrated with other systems that I already had in the business. Needless to say, this software was overpriced and gave little return on my investment. I wouldnt recommend this software to anyone, I give it a 1/5.

Its easy to use, the security features are top-notch and most importantly, the price point is an added bonus. At a large multinational company like ours, we need a secure solution that offers complete access control for both internal and external activities. We want to make sure that we are in complete control of who is allowed to enter and which department can access which areas, and iLobby ensures that perfectly. The added benefit of being able to add several layers of security to our premises is also a big plus. The value-for-money that iLobby offers is also exemplary; so many features and such a low price point is hard to come by. Review #1 Ive been using ILOBBY: VISITOROS Visitor Management Software in my organizations R&D wing for a few months now, and I have to say it hasnt met my expectations. The visitor flow that it is meant to track has proven to be inefficient and inadequate. Furthermore, their customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service team for days now and still havent heard back. In general, there is a lack of transparency on their end and it has made it very difficult for us to implement their system. I would not at all recommend ILOBBY: VISITOROS and would give it a 1/5 stars for value for money and customer service.

The user experience was well thought out and even the most tech savvy visitors would find it easy to use. The customer service was impressive as well. The help center was well organized and easy to find. The response time to customer inquiries was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues I had. The best feature without a doubt is its support for futuristic use cases. ILOBBY: VISITOROS leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate the visitor validation process which allows automated workflows to help visitors easily. Its also cloud-based so remote visitor management and tracking can be done with ease. Overall I am very satisfied with ILOBBY: VISITOROSs solutions and would definitely recommend it. It offers great customer support, fast speeds, and support for futuristic use cases. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars, with only a slight reduction due to not being fully optimized for stability, as there were times when the app crashed or wouldnt connect.

It caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. After using it for a few weeks, so far my experience has been mostly positive. In terms of product vision and features, ILOBBY has it all. The tamper-proof touch-screen system is great for saving time and recording visitor data quickly and securely. However, the touch-screen can be a bit temperamental and difficult to work with at times. As for interoperability and integration, ILOBBYs visitor management software offers what I need. I can easily plug it into third-party providers like Salesforce, so the visitor management process is secure and efficient. All in all, Id give ILOBBYs VISITOROS software a 7 out of 10. While it offers great features and integration capabilities, theres also room for improvement with the touch-screen system.

iLobby: VisitorOS didnt quite meet my expectations. The software was marketed as a hassle-free system for Visitor Management, but Ive found it to be quite resource heavy and difficult to use. While I appreciate its features, the software as a system is too convoluted. Also, its cost of ownership makes it a big investment for companies who want to use it for their Visitor Management process. All in all, Id say that it deserves a 3/5 stars rating for Ease of Use and Cost of Ownership.

I have been using iLobby: VisitorOS as my visitor management system for the past three years and I must say that I am quite impressed with the software. Review 3: Ive been in the industry for quite some time now and was setup recently with iLobbys VisitorOS software. My initial impressions were not great, as the set up was slow and clunky. The software itself was extremely slow, with functions taking several times longer to complete than necessary. In addition, the customer service was non-existent, with them often taking days to reply to any queries. All in all, I cant recommend this software and give it a 1 out of 10.
