Value for money: Rating - 1/5 Having to invest good money in Aras Visitor Management Software has really been a bitter experience for my company.Frankly speaking, we were under the impression that we were signing up for a well-crafted Visitor Management Software System that would meet our needs and be worth it in the long run. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us. Not only was the software itself quite inadequate, but the support provided with it was simply outrageous in terms of the amount charged.We would not recommend this software at all to anyone.

Overall experience: Rating: 1/5 Our overall experience with Aras Visitor Management Software was far from satisfactory. It was clunky, lacked useful features, had issues related to security and interoperability, and didnt provide us with the value for money that we expected. The customer support and technical team werent at par with the expectations that we had, which made it a very difficult product to use. We would have to rate this software very low in terms of overall satisfaction and wouldnt really recommend it to anyone.

All of our visitors information is easily accessible and we can keep track of who responds or not. The customer service has been good enough. When we do have an issue or confusion about their features, the support team is always willing to help. We received prompt responses and were able to resolve the issues in due time. However, I do feel that the features available should be improved a bit. For example, it would be great to have options like AI facial recognition for visitors who frequently come in and out. As it is a small business, it would be greatly beneficial to have more futuristic options available. I would rate the Aram Visitor Management Software a 4.5 out of 5. Its customer service is good and it has great features that are suitable for small businesses. But I would like to see some more modern options being implemented, such as facial recognition.

My overall experience has been quite immersive and I have to say that I am quite pleased with the results. Firstly, the innovation of the software is what has been the most impressive. It not only caters to the typical security needs such as controller in-time-out of visitors but also tracks if the visitors have been properly screened and if their data has been adequately stored. Additionally, the software is also quite adaptive and can support some futuristic use cases such as facial recognition, biometric scan, and image recognition as well. This not only ensures a safe environment for those on the premises but also provides peace of mind for the reception team that unauthorised personnel wont be able to gain access. The user interface was also designed quite nicely and was no match for even a tech-savvy person such as myself. The admin panel allows for easy control over the system, so even people with some degree of technical knowledge can use it. Overall, I would give this a rating of 7 out of 10. It is an innovative tool and its futuristic capabilities are no doubt impressive. Some areas the software excels at include automated visitor check-in, badge printing and notifications for actions such as visitor departures. However, the VMS could benefit from additional features to prepare for potential use cases in the future. #2 We tried Aras VMS in our R&D department to increase the security of our facilities and to ensure visitors are efficiently recorded. On the whole, I believe we had a positive experience with the system - the setup was relatively straightforward and the interface was relatively easy to use. However, whilst the system has automated visitor check-in features and badge printing, it did not offer any features for intra-building access control and verification. For example, we would have really benefitted from a facial recognition system to enhance the security of our buildings, but this wasnt available in Aras VMS. Id rate the VMS a 7/10. It provided a solid solution for what it offered, but lacks access control and verification which would add value and enhance security.

Review 1 I recently had a chance to test out Aras Visitor Management Software and was pleasantly surprised by how comprehensive the offering is. Firstly, I have to say that the overall innovation of the software is what has been the most impressive. It not only caters to the typical security needs such as controller in-time-out of visitors but also tracks if the visitors have been properly screened and if their data has been adequately stored. Additionally, the software was able to support some futuristic use cases such as facial recognition, biometric scan, and image recognition as well. This makes sure that only authorized personnel can come into an area which is great for sensitive areas such as military bases or nuclear power plants. The user interface was also designed quite nicely and even a tech-savvy person such as myself was able to understand and use the software quite easily. Additionally, the admin panel allows for easy control over the system, so even people with some degree of technical knowledge can use it. All in all, I would give this a rating of 8 out of 10. It is an innovative tool and its futuristic capabilities are no doubt impressive. However, there are some issues that need to be ironed out in terms of accuracy and functionality, but overall, I was quite satisfied with the offering.

Review 3 - Feature set I have to say that Im impressed by the feature set that the Ara software offers. Not only does it have an easily customizable way of managing visitors, but it also has an efficient feedback system that can be used to track and evaluate visitors experiences post-visit. It is also equipped with automated notifications and alerts that let you stay informed about visitors entering and leaving the premises. Lastly, it has features that let you easily classify visitors such as vendors, contractors and employees. When it comes to features, I give the software a solid 9/10.

Review 5 Ara Visitor Management Software We recently implemented Ara Visitor Management System in our R&D department and were highly impressed with our decision. We found that Ara was the perfect solution for our requirements with their comprehensive features and excellent value for money. Were especially happy with their customizable user interface which allows us to tailor the dashboard to our needs. It makes the process of check-in incredibly simple and straightforward. Furthermore, Ara also allows us to generate daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly summary reports which come in handy for documentation. Their customer service has also been fantastic. Responsive and accommodating, they quickly attended to our needs. They provide two Plans Essential and Extended at relatively affordable prices. To sum up, Ara VMS has been a great success for our R&D department. They provide an intuitive and comprehensive solution for visitor management. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and value for money that weve received. I would rate them a 9/10 and highly recommend them to others.

This is a review for Aras Visitor Management Software. As an Asian middle-aged male, I have been using the software for a while and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it is quite user-friendly with an intuitive interface; taking care of my guest check-ins and registrations has been a breeze, thanks to Ara. On the other hand, I believe there is room for improvement with the product vision, as some features available are not as sophisticated as those of some of its competitors. The customer service however, is top-notch in my opinion. I can always count on the team to get back to me quickly and address all my queries without fail. Im also appreciative of the fact that Ara has taken into account the future use cases of the software, and implemented AI and machine learning technologies. The price however, could be lower. Id rate it as 4 out of 5 stars. All in all, Aras Visitor Management Software is an excellent choice for those looking for a user-friendly interface, great customer service, and futuristic use cases. They have done well to stay ahead of the competition with their use of cutting-edge technologies. However, their value for money could be better. Id give Aras Visitor Management Software a rating of 8 out of 10.

Ara Visitor Management Software Review 3 - 3.5 out of 5 I recently signed up my small business to the Aram Visitor Management Software offerings. It was overall a positive experience. The software allowed us to easily track our visitors and customers, and allowed us to keep records. The customer service wasnt the greatest, but it worked. The support team was responsive when we reached out to them and was able to resolve any of the issues we had. I wouldve liked some more help with understanding the features, but I was able to understand it with some trial and error. Although the features present are good enough for our needs, I wouldve liked to see a few more being offered. For example, I feel like something like chatbot integration would be beneficial for us. Overall, I would rate Aram Visitor Management Software a 3.5 out of 5. The customer service is good enough, and the features provided are adequate for my business, but I would like to see more futuristic options being offered.

Review 1 - Interoperability and Integration I have been in the industry for quite some time now, and I am familiar with a lot of different Visitor Management Software systems. As many of you may already know, this is an area of technology which sometimes is difficult to understand and very technical; I am relieved to report that Aras Visitor Management Software is the complete opposite. Interoperability and integration of the software was extremely easy, as all of the different components were able to be completely fine-tuned and customized to suit any organization. I could easily integrate an existing CRM with my visitor management system, which gave me the ability to keep track of visitors, contact information, times of arrival and more. I really appreciated the ease at which I was able to customize the software, as it made the transition to using Aras Visitor Management Software incredibly smooth. I would readily give this a rating of 9/10 for phenomenal interoperability and integration.

On the whole, it was an OK experience and provided us with basic features that helped manage visitor flow, such as badge printing, automated check-in and notifications. The system worked well at the start, though we encountered some usability issues further down the line. In terms of value for money, I think its a sufficient solution for what it offers and fulfils its purpose for an office-level system. It has a good range of features, including integrated visitor badge printing, visitor check-in and automated notifications for security and staff. However, it doesnt however offer any solutions for a long-term use cases such as tracking visitor movement and monitoring long term trends. It would also be nice if Ara provided additional integrations - such as CCTV and other access control systems - to help us record visitor entries and exits. Overall, I would rate Aras VMS a 6/10. Decent value for money, but could use some additional features to help take it to the next level.

Weve been using Aras Visitor Management Software for the past several months and have been pleasantly satisfied with the product. Ive recently had the pleasure of using Ara Visitor Management Software and its suite of features, and I can confidently say that this product is the ideal tool to manage visitors in any type of environment. The ease of use of the product was quite remarkable; navigation and setting up was very intuitive and straightforward, allowing for quick and easy setup. The product interface was also easy on the eyes and well laid out. I was able to quickly see all of the features and customization settings that Ara offered and I felt that the product vision was clearly laid out. As far as product features go, Ara Visitor Management Software met all of my expectations. The check-in processes were smooth and hassle-free. The customized reports and analytics gave me a better understanding of who were at particular times as well as the ability to schedule future visits. The product even allowed me to track how long visitors had been in each area and block off certain parts of the building. In addition to this, the software also enabled me to easily monitor visitor traffic and draw insights to make decisions. Overall, the experience with Ara Visitor Management Software was a very positive one and I rate the product highly. It has everything necessary to handle visitor traffic efficiently, and it is user-friendly as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a visitor management system.
