Ive been using vDesk.Workss virtualization software for a few months and Im pleasantly surprised by how much Im enjoying it. With its vision and innovative features, the software allows me to easily keep track of all of my digital projects. I used to be intimidated by using programs like this, but I find it incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to focus more on completing my work without the fear of making mistakes. The vision that the company has is highly impressive and the product absolutely delivers. It does an amazing job of combining both web-based application hosting and a centralized management platform into one easy-to-use package. Whether Im having difficulty understanding concepts, or require more advanced features, vDesk.Works is well suited for my needs. I have not faced any performance issues whatsoever when using the software. All of the platforms run seamlessly, ensuring that I can make video calls with my colleagues or conduct webcasts from the comfort of my home. In addition, the company offers an AMO (Automatic Maintenance Orchestrator) for certain tasks, making it easier for me to automate certain processes. The best thing about vDesk.Works is its utilization of next-generation technology. With the companys use of powerful AI tools, Im able to get a better understanding of my businesss processes while speeding up productivity. They also make use of advanced visualizations, allowing me to quickly grasp concepts and take prompt action when needed. My overall rating for vDesk.Works is 4.5 out of 5 stars. The product vision, features and innovation make it efficient, powerful, and easy to use, while its use of next-generation technology make my job significantly easier. My only wish is that the company removes certain restrictions on certain features, making the program more customizable for users.

The cost of ownership has been fantastic and Im already seeing a low TCO that translates into fast ROI. The software allowed me to quickly move my applications to run virtually in the cloud, drastically reducing the maintenance costs associated with running them. This also allowed me to focus on other areas of the business and truly optimize by doing more with less. The product vision that vDesk.Work has created is also worth mentioning as they have managed to continuously stay ahead of the curve. This was something I looked for when selecting the virtual solution and am confident in the capabilities their software offers. Having recently purchased and looked into vDesk.Workss Virtualization Software offerings, I was left largely disappointed. The customer service I received was disorganized and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, there was no response from them, and I was almost left stranded in the process of installing and customizing the software. In terms of ease of use, I had expected it to be much simpler since I had prior experience with other virtualization software products from different vendors. However, I found vDesk.Workss products to be more complex and not very intuitive. The user interface was clunky and non-intuitive, leading to more time and effort being spent just to understand the basic processes. The sales reps didnt care to listen to our needs and requirements, just constantly pushing their product. In terms of technology, it quickly became apparent that their software couldnt keep up with the trends and lacked a lot of innovation. The licensing fees were very high, and I found that the cost of ownership was too high for what I was getting in return. Additionally, there were a lot of hidden fees for various items such as support, maintenance and upgrades. I found that it was much cheaper to buy the software from other providers, who excelled in the same services provided by vDesk.Works. This was another decisive factor when opting to go with this particular product. The customer service and technical support Ive received has been outstanding. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable - multiple attempts to contact them for help were not returned or replied to late. Their customer service is quite lackluster and even after multiple attempts to contact them, all my queries were either unanswered or responded to late. This was particularly frustrating as it was difficult to understand how to properly install and customize the software without knowing how. I found the software to be far behind what I was expecting. It was very difficult to use, and I had to spend more time and effort just to understand the basic processes involved. The user interface was also quite inefficient and not very intuitive, so I had to use more effort to complete tasks. In my opinion, vDesk.Workss Virtualization Software offerings deserve only a 2 out of 5 stars rating for customer service, and between 2 and 2.5 out of 5 stars for ease of use.

While it seemed like a good choice in the beginning, after using it for a while Ive come to realize that its really not a great solution. The cost of ownership is particularly prohibitive, as they include several hidden fees that really increase the total cost. Additionally, their customer service is really not helpful at all. I recently purchased the Virtualization Software offering from vDesk.Works, and I have to say that my experience was catastrophic. From Day 1, they showed little to no interest in understanding our needs and they were very unresponsive when we tried to arrange a walkthrough. The software was not just outdated, but the user interface was incredibly convoluted and it took a lot of effort to understand how to navigate it. There were a lot of features and tools that we expected, but simply werent integrated with the software. Their customer service was almost non-existent. Wed waited for days for them to respond to any of our emails. Many times, when they did respond, it was with canned and unhelpful answers. I cannot recommend vDesk.Workss Virtualization Software offerings in any way, shape or form. They seem to be far behind the trends and the customer service is virtually non-existent. I give them a 1 out of 5 stars for Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology and Customer service.

However, I found vDesk.Workss products to be quite difficult to install and use in comparison. I also faced a lot of difficulty in setting up and customizing the programs as per my preferences. Their technologies are definitely obsolete and very difficult to learn. Moreover, it was not just cumbersome to use, but also lacked a lot of features that our industry required.
