Marathons Virtualization Software Offerings (2) On top of the user interface headaches, I had difficulty with the customer service I received through Marathon. The staff were good at responding to my questions but the responses often seemed overly technical, making it difficult to understand their answers. After I had asked a question, I felt like I needed to ask it multiple times because they didnt fully explain their answers. This was incredibly frustrating and makes me doubt the level of commitment to the customers satisfaction. Ill give them a 1/5 on customer service.

At first, I was somewhat hesitant to spend a large amount on virtualization software, but Im glad that I did. The price of the product is incredibly reasonable given all of the features which come with it. Also, any additional features are also offered at reasonable prices, which I did not expect. The user interface is intuitive and the navigation is logical, making it easy for me to find what Im looking for. Moreover, I was very pleased to find that the product supports multiple operating systems, as this allows me to tailor the virtualization to suit my specific needs. I rate the product vision 10/10. Finally, I was pleased with the product features. It has a built-in backup system for data, and and supports cloud computing, which is really handy for me.
