3 I recently had to look for a virtualization solution for my business and Gradewebs Virtualization Software was recommended to me. Ive been using it for a few months now and Im very pleased with the outcome. The product vision is fantastic focused on helping small- to mid-sized businesses become more efficient by offering low-cost, centralized management and automation of IT environments. Not only that, but the cost of ownership is incredibly low when compared to traditional methods. The features are also incredibly comprehensive, allowing me to deploy virtual machines and cloud infrastructure with little to no technical knowledge. Ive had some issues with the customer service in the past, but they were quickly dealt with, so Id say its a decent experience that could do with a bit of improvement. In terms of product vision and the cost of ownership, however, Id rate Gradewebs Virtualization Software 5/5. Im really happy with it and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

Ease of Use: 8/10 I recently had the opportunity to use Gradewebs virtualization software offering and overall I was quite pleased with the experience. Gradewebs platform was very easy to set up and use, and I found that the platform allowed for a lot of flexibility in terms of configuring and customizing my virtual environment. As I am familiar with working on different virtualization solutions, I was not only pleased with the ease of use, but also quite impressed with the range of features available. My experience with the platform was further supplemented with the availability of a comprehensive library of training videos and documentation which helped me quickly up to speed. Given my experience with the platform, Id rate the ease of use as 8/10.

Customer Service: 9.5/10 The customer service provided by Gradeweb is top-notch. Whenever I had a question or problem, I was able to quickly reach out to their support team. The members of their support team were highly knowledgeable and always willing to help provide me with guidance and instructions in a timely manner. Additionally, they were quickly able to push virtualization updates and fixes to accommodate new requirements that I had while setting up my network. If I had to rate their customer service offering, I would give it a 9.5/10. Gradewebs customer service team is both knowledgeable and responsive, making them an invaluable asset to me during the virtualization setup process.

I sent several emails but never got a response, and calls were never answered. This made it incredibly challenging to get basic questions answered. Furthermore, the product itself was far behind what is being offered by competitors. It lacks many of the standard features available in todays solutions and is not suited for more futuristic applications. Currently, Im a young woman working in the engineering field and was excited to try out their newest product. However, customer service has been terrible. Emails are treated with automated responses, phone calls are often left unanswered, and support tickets seem to take forever to even get noticed. The whole process was frustrating and unhelpful. The product itself wasnt much better either. The software is outdated and failed to incorporate the newest technological aspects that are now available. Furthermore, the programs are designed for yesterday leaving little room for modernization or improvement tomorrow. Overall, I was dissatisfied with GradeWebs Virtualization Software service.
