In my experience in senior management, I could not recommend DELPHIXs virtualization software if someone asked me for an opinion. The sheer price I paid for the software already caused me to question its value. Despite its marketing promise of efficiency, my team and I have faced numerous complexities and unexpected costs. For example, we needed to purchase yet another piece of software to operate the virtualization software, which was an unexpected and unwelcome expense. As for customer service, even our most simple queries are met with slow, barely helpful responses. The latest version of the software is full of bugs that can be quite frustrating when trying to move forward with a project. All in all, I would give DELPHIXs virtualization software a 2 out of 5 for value for money and a 1 out of 5 for customer service.

#1 Delphix Virtualization Software - Value for Money Its a shame that Delphix Virtualization Software is marketed as a superior solution yet the value for money isnt really there. I recently had my team purchase a solution with way more features than what Delphix offers yet the price is much lower. Furthermore, despite having the virtualization software for over 6 months, the features, options and ease of use remain the same and no new features or capabilities have been added. In the end, I cant give this virtualization software higher than a 2/10 when it comes to value for money. With newer, better and cheaper options available, this really isnt a good value.

The software offers the basics like custom templates and the ability to clone an image but theres not much beyond the basics. As a member of a senior management team, I have yet to find many valid reasons to recommend DELPHIXs virtualization software. Indeed, a major issue that I have with this purchase is that it fails to meet my expectations of value for money. While the services they offer certainly have potential, my team needs something more reliable when it comes to ROI. Additionally, the customer service has been difficult to work with. Whenever we contact them for assistance, it can take days to get a response. Furthermore, the software itself has plenty of bugs that often cause more of an issue than the problem we initially seeked to solve. Therefore, its hard to give DELPHIXs virtualization software more than a 2 out of 5 for value for money and a 1 out of 5 for customer service.
