I have been a Kapwing Video Editing Software user for some time now and find the product to be quite satisfactory. Despite its few drawbacks, I feel that it provides great value for money and has many useful features.
The friendly user interface makes it easy to learn and use even as a novice user. I appreciate that it has several tools to give my videos a nice aesthetic touch and I have appreciated the good resolution and quality of the output.
On the negative side, I was not too impressed with the customer service. I found the response time for when I sent queries or issue long. Similarly, I was not happy with the cost of the subscription.
So, overall, I would give this product 8/10. It is reliable and has a user-friendly interface, but customer service could be better and cost could be reduced.
