As a small business owner, I decided to try out Animaker's Video Editing Software for some of my presentations. At first, I was delighted with all the features offered in the software. Unfortunately, this feeling soon subsided.
The value for money of Animaker's Video Editing Software was not up to par. The range of features offered in the software was quite limited when compared to the cost, and frequent glitches and crashes just worsened the experience.
The customer service provided was also not great. I reached out to the customer service team many times to get help with using the features, however I received little to no response. On top of that, the online tutorials provided were inadequate in teaching me how to use the features.
To wrap it up, my experience with Animaker's Video Editing Software had been quite depressing. I would only rate it 1 out of 5 stars due to the lack of value for money and customer service.'
