With support for users on Apple, Windows, and Linux platforms, this product is a great choice for any distributed team. It integrates seamlessly with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other tools creating a truly interconnected workflow. TeamViewer's customer service and availability is also top of the line. With a helpful and friendly team available 24/7 to answer any questions, it really helps to ensure that any troubleshooting is quickly resolved. The featureset of the software is quite impressive - we have easily been able to connect with our teams located outside of our head office in a seamless manner. The lightning-fast connection as well as the stable interface does not suffer from any network lag and allows us to easily converse with each other. 'I recently implemented TeamViewer’s Video Conferencing solution across my organization. Overall, I am quite satisfied with its results. The cost of ownership was quite good, coming in at around $30/month/user. Setup was quick and easy, making it easy for new users to get up and running on the platform quickly. However, their onboarding tutorials are a bit lacking, and it would be nice if they could provide more video tutorials to help new users get more familiar with the platform. The video quality is great and overall what we expected from TeamViewer’s offering. We can support up to 100 participants in each session with minimal lag or dropped connections, though we did experience some issues with our internet connection. One caveat is that it does not support voice-messaging, so we have to rely on Slack or Discord for that. The customer service is prompt and responsive. They do a good job of solving our queries and resolving issues. One downside is that the technical advice provided by the customer service is not always reliable due to lack of understanding our system. In conclusion, I would rate TeamViewer’s Video Conferencing Software an 8/10 for its good video quality, cost of ownership, and customer service.'
