For example, we are now able to keep track of our shipments, parcels and containers more efficiently. The user interface is incredibly user-friendly and the customer service is second-to-none. Whenever we have an issue, their customer service steps up to help resolve it quickly and efficiently. The other major benefit for purchasing SAP Transportation Management software is the cost of ownership. We got a very good deal and the license fees are reasonable. The fact that the SAP team is constantly updating the software, improving its features and performance, is fantastic news. Overall, I must say that the SAP Transportation Management software is invaluable to our company. We are grateful to have this powerful and efficient tool helping us manage our logistics. Sadly, this platform falls short when we consider its capabilities for supporting futuristic use cases. The user interface is old and clunky, and the overall performance does not match the modern standards. Furthermore, it does not offer sufficient integration capabilities for connecting with other systems, leaving us unable to expand our capabilities. SAP TM offers many features to help with cost of ownership, such as efficient freight cost planning and monitoring of freight cost KPIs. Additionally, its automated quotation capabilities, real-time track and trace, and freight audit proofs are incredibly useful, and give me more control over managing the costs associated with shipping. Advanced optimization features, such as the shipment optimization algorithms that render better freight plans, take into account routing preferences and other important factors. This is a great way to maximize efficiency and cost savings. The user interface is among the best Ive seen, and the drag and drop functionality makes it easy for experienced and novice users alike to navigate it. This saves me time, effort, and money in the long run. On the plus side, the user interface is easy to navigate, and the dashboard view and other features are intuitive and helpful. However, the customer service has been a bit lacking. First, they are incredibly slow to respond — if they bother to respond at all. Plus, they cant seem to answer my questions in full; they often give half-hearted answers that dont address my needs properly. That said, weve been using TMS for a while now, and while the customer service is a bit lacking, the softwares features and integrations have made working with our consumers and managing our operations much more effective.
