The technology and solution it offers looks great on paper. It provides access to multiple carriers, offers useful insights about my supply chain, and is supposed to be a user-friendly solution. The reality, however, is quite different. Setting up the system was quite difficult and time-consuming. It is not very intuitive and I had to go through a steep learning curve to understand the nitty gritty of it. Also, the user interface is lacking - it looks outdated and not really appealing. That being said, it is a cost-effective solution and offers good automations that are indeed helping me save time and money. Overall speaking, I would not call SAP Business One Multi-Carrier TMS a revolutionary software, but it does offer some good features that can be helpful for a small business.

For example, I found it incredibly easy to plan and track my shipments, calculate costs, and even manage carrier billing and invoicing too. I also really liked their product vision. They had thought of many customizing & user personalizing options to really make the process easy for people with differing backgrounds and experience. The design was also really intuitive, which made it a breeze for me to create shipments and perform other tasks without issue. My only issue is that it could be a bit overwhelming for a new user, as there is quite a bit of information to digest and work through.

It does offer some useful features such as the ability to easily track shipments and handle multiple international orders, but for the most part the product fails to deliver. The UI/UX is awkward to use and was a source of major frustration. Additionally, the software makes use of older technology, causing it to lag and be significantly less responsive than other solutions on the market. Based on my experience, I suggest looking elsewhere for a shipping solution and have to rate ProcessWeaver Shipping Solutionss Transportation Management Software a 1-star.

Though I believe it could have been a lot better. The feature that stood out the most to me was its ability to support both modern and futuristic transportation use cases. This was very helpful, as it allowed me to keep up with changing industry trends and automate parts of my transportation management. However, its potentially more helpful features, such as interoperability and integration, let me down. The integration and interoperability features feel primitive and outdated compared to the modern practices of many shipping and freight companies. The software is also not aesthetically pleasing and could easily get confusing, especially if youre not familiar with how it works. Despite offering several useful features, I was sadly disappointed with its lack of ability to truly be a modern and reliable TMS. It doesnt quite live up to its potential, in my opinion. I would give it a rating of 2.5 out of 5 stars.

The feature that stood out the most was its ability to be used for future use cases. This was definitely a plus point for me, as I wanted my business to be up-to-date with the changing nature of industry trends. But on the verge of plugging in integration and interoperability to the picture, it fell short. The fact that the softwares integration and interoperability failed to keep up with the industry standard was a major letdown. The aesthetics of the software are also not up-to-par with modern software. It feels like the makers didnt put in enough effort to make it ‘more than average. Rating: ** I recently adopted SAP Business One Multi-Carrier TMS for my transportation management needs and was eager to try it out for my business. The system offers access to multiple carriers and provides some useful insights about my supply chain. It also has some interesting automation features that can make global shipping easy. Unfortunately, I was let down by the customer experience of the system. It was incredibly tedious and time-consuming to set up and I found the user interface to be outdated and lack the finishing touches. It did not seem like a futuristic TMS at all. The automations also failed midway and caused some troubling delays in my shipping. I would have appreciated better customer service, as this could have helped avert the problem. In a nutshell, I would not recommend SAP Business One Multi-Carrier TMS. It is buggy and outdated, and fails to deliver the features of a futuristic TMS.

Review 4 The ProcessWeaver Shipping Solutions Transportation Management Software failed to live up to my expectations. The features offered, like shipment tracking and being able to manage multiple orders, are useful, but with the user interface being more complex and clunky than other programs, it doesnt make for a great customer experience. The product also seemed to be running on outdated technology, making it slower than its competitors and overall, quite frustrating. In conclusion, if youre looking for a transportation software solution, Id recommend looking elsewhere, and Im giving this product a 1 star rating.

The product allows be to manage carrier shipping easily and accurately, but Im not a big fan of the user interface which can be a bit clunky at times. Furthermore, I think the product features could be more intuitive since I had to spend quite a bit of time deciphering the menus on offer. #Review 3 As the Branch head for a major conglomerate, I am always looking for ways to streamline our operations and run them effectively. I was recently made aware of SAP Business One Multi-Carrier TMS from Processweaver, and decided to give it a try. The software has been great for our operations; though it is a paid offering, the results have been well worth it. The customer service team has been wonderful to work with and the software itself is quite easy to learn and use.
