Throughout my experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, Ive found that the cost of ownership and customer service have both been outstanding. The softwares subscription model has really enabled us to save money and control our monthly costs. In addition, the scalability has made it so that we do not have to worry about any overly complicated licensing fees or additional hardware. As for customer service, the support staff has been truly fantastic. Whenever I have needed help or had an issue, they were always very knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand. Even when the transition to the software was a bit rough, they were quick to assist and provide solutions. All in all, I would highly recommend Oracle Transportation Management Cloud to any business that is looking to reduce their costs while being provided with great customer service. I rate the software an 8/10 in regards to cost of ownership and customer service and expect to continue using it in the future.

The integration of Oracle Transportation Management Cloud into our supply chain operations has really helped streamline our deliveries while automating certain processes which were previously manual and labor intensive. The ability to customize transportation processes to meet the evolving needs of our business model is impressive and the dashboard UI makes it easy to use and navigate. The extended visibility of our entire enterprise system to my decision makers has been extremely helpful and the integration of data across multiple systems reinforces the idea of a centralized platform for our team. The initial setup for Oracle Transportation Management Cloud was smooth, and all of our team members found that the training was comprehensive and easy to understand. Review 2 (Cost of ownership): Oracle Transportation Management Cloud has been a great asset to our business, however the pricing structure is a bit of a challenge for us. Initially, the cost of ownership was very attractive due to its cloud-based model, but since implementing it weve had to pay a few additional fees related to service, customization, and other maintenance. Furthermore, the monthly subscription price is much higher than initially expected. For these reasons, I would give the cost of ownership a 3/5 stars.

As an older European male, I found the product to be highly usable with a simple, intuitive user interface that didnt require any technical know-how. The implementation was straightforward and adjusting the softwares user personas and navigation was much easier than I had anticipated. Product-wise, I found the range of features offered to be impressive. Oracles TMS allowed me to manage inbound, outbound and multi-modal transportation. Additionally, the advanced features such as multi-language capabilities, user-specific route optimization, warehouse support and tracking, real-time monitoring and reporting, ensured I was able to make use of the advanced capabilities of Oracles transportation management software. The ease of use was great. Its highly configurable and visual interface enabled me to quickly set up condition-based rules and increase our efficiency. Overall, Oracle Corporations TMS is an excellent solution for effective transportation management with great value for money. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently wrote a review of Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, and I have to say that its been a great experience. We have always been using Oracle products and services, and this cloud version is definitely a step up. The customer service provided by Oracle was superb. Whenever we had queries or issues, they were able to provide us with requested information or fixes promptly. I would rate the customer service an 8.5/10. When it comes to the dashboard, it was definitely well designed. We were able to track vehicles, manage transportation schedules, and easily access analytics reports. All of these were essential for our organization, and we were satisfied with the features provided. I would rate the features a 9/10. However, Oracle does still fall a bit short when it comes to advanced use cases. We are looking for better use of AI and automation, and Oracles technology isnt quite there yet. My rating for the use of AI and automation would be a 6/10. Overall, my review for Oracle Transportation Management Cloud stands at 8/10. The customer service was great and the features provided worked really well, however there is still room for improvement when it comes to advanced use cases.

Right off the bat, I noticed that the subscription model of the software helped us reduce our monthly costs and simplify the process of implementation. Whats more, the scalability of the software allowed us to not worry about additional licensing fees or expensive hardware costs. Furthermore, the customer service team has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that any issues were properly addressed. Whenever we try to contact the support staff, they are always very quick to respond with helpful solutions. In fact, I believe that some of the challenges that we faced during the initial implementation period were resolved much faster than we anticipated. All-in-all, I rate Oracle Transportation Management Cloud a 9/10 for cost of ownership and its exceptional customer service. Im planning to continue using the software for the foreseeable future.

As a Senior Manager, I am writing to review Oracle Transportation Management Cloud. I have been dealing with Oracle products and services for years, and when we decided to switch to the cloud version of their Transportation Management Software, we werent disappointed. First of all, the customer service has been great. Every time we needed help with something, we received a prompt response and the support team was always willing to go the extra mile to help us. I would rate the customer service an 8.5/10. The dashboard itself was marvelously designed, and it had all the features that we were looking for. Most importantly, it allowed us to efficiently track and manage vehicles, which is essential for a large transportation organization. I would rate the features a 9/10. In terms of futuristic use cases, unfortunately Oracle does fall short. We are looking for more automation, AI, and machine learning capabilities, and unfortunately Oracles technologies do not quite meet expectations. My ratings for AI and automation would be a 5/10. Overall, I would rate Oracle Transportation Management Cloud an 8/10. The customer service and features are great, however its a bit behind the times when it comes to futuristic use cases.

It was possible to access a varied range of analytics reports, compare them with past data trends, and make necessary decisions quickly. We were also able to track vehicles, as well as manage schedules. All of this was extremely useful, and I would rate the features a 9/10. When it comes to futuristic use cases, however, Oracles software falls a bit short. We are looking for better automated and AI capabilities that make use of advanced technologies such as machine learning. While there are some technologies that Oracle does offer to handle these use cases, they arent quite up to par yet. My ratings for futuristic use cases would be 5/10. Review 2 Not ideal for large scale Enterprise Rating 3/5 stars Im a large enterprise and I tried to use Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, but I ran into some problems. For example, I couldnt set up the software to work in multiple languages which hindered my brands international presence. In addition, it wasnt able to scale to my needs. The software didnt seem able to grow with my increasing needs, so I had to switch to another system. That really put a damper on my experience. The software does have some features that can be useful for smaller businesses, but I wouldnt recommend it for larger enterprises.

4 I recently purchased the Oracle Corporations transportation management system for my shipping business. Coming from the Asian middle-aged male demographic, I needed a sophisticated software for managing my current vehicles, as well as the forthcoming industry 4.0-type products. In my opinion, Oracle Corporation have held up their end of the bargain, offering a quality software that covers both aspects of contemporary and advanced transportation management. Im forced to give them credit for their product vision, as well as the stability and maturity of the company. However, I am slightly dissatisfied with the customer service, which I found to be rather slow in responding to queries. In terms of innovation, Oracle Corporation definitely had not left anything behind. They have invested in using the latest technologies, such as AI and ML-based analysis and forecasting, to help companies better understand and manage their operations. This allows companies to get more accurate and cost effective services. Also, the software can connect with Oracles other systems, making it easier to transfer, receive, and analyze data. In conclusion, I was highly impressed with the range of features and functionalities that Oracle Corporations OTM Cloud offered. I think this software is greatly beneficial for companies looking to have access to better transport and logistics services.

I was quickly able to identify several user personas and segment customers for shipping, providing me valuable insights into customer behaviour. Product features-wise, the TMS was comprehensive, allowing me to manage inbound, outbound and multi-modal transportation. The software also had several sophisticated features such as multi-language capabilities, user-specific route optimization, warehouse support and tracking, real-time monitoring and reporting, among many others. Ease of use was excellent, and I never struggled with the navigation at all. Thanks to its highly configurable, visual interface, I was able to build the exact condition-based rules I needed to optimize processes and streamline operations. Cost-wise, the TMS was quite reasonably priced given the comprehensive features it offered. However, from an operational and service level, its robust yet complex to manage. From a users perspective, there is room for improvement. The learning curve is steep and customers have reported a lack of customer service for issues encountered. In addition, the cost can be prohibitive. While the value of the product is apparent, affordability is an issue. Overall, I give Oracle Transportation Management Software two stars out of five; despite its promising and powerful features, customers are still facing steep learning curves, lack of customer service, and expensive costs. While the features are powerful, in some ways the lack of support and value for money overshadow them.

The support team is extremely helpful, providing accurate and timely responses to our queries. The cost of ownership is also impressive. The setup process was incredibly easy and the system was fully integrated across our supply chain. Even though there are some minor usability issues, I believe that the overall value for money is there. Oracles Transportation Management Cloud is a powerful software package for companies of all sizes. We recently integrated the software into our organization, and I must say that weve been pleasantly surprised. OTM has allowed us to save money by increasing visibility into our supply chain operations and pinpointing areas of improvement for greater efficiency. I find the user interface of OTM to be very intuitive, allowing us to quickly gain an understanding of our supply chain and monitor the various shipments with ease. With its robust features such as automated order routing and tracking, OTM has saved us a tremendous amount of time and money. We now have the ability to quickly identify and respond to issues before they become a costly problem. The cost of ownership when it comes to OTM is quite good. We can have the software deployed and running within a few weeks, and Oracle provides reasonable monthly subscription fees and annual maintenance fees. Additionally, all system maintenance and upgrades are handled by Oracle directly, freeing up our IT staff to focus on more important projects. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Oracle Transportation Management Cloud. Weve saved time and money, improved our supply chain visibility and increased our profitability since using OTM. It gets a 9/10 from me due to its robust features, low cost of ownership and intuitive user interface.

I wanted to provide a review of the Oracle Transportation Management Cloud from the perspective of a Senior Manager. That being said, I have been dealing with multiple Oracle products for years, and recently decided to switch to the cloud version of their Transportation Management Software. First and foremost, the customer service has been great. In my experience, they have always been available and made sure our queries and issues were addressed in a timely manner. Any requests or situations that couldnt be resolved immediately were escalated and taken care of in a timely fashion. So no complaints on that front. I would rate the customer service a 9/10. The dashboard provides a lot of great features and options, some of which I explored. I was impressed with its ability to be used in an Automotive context, allowing the tracking of vehicles and the management of schedules. This is critical for a large transportation team, and Oracle delivers. I would rate the features an 8/10. However, I must say that the software is still a bit behind as far as futuristic use cases go. Although Oracle does have some technologies that claim to unlock some of the automated capabilities we need, such as AI, its still not quite up to par. Were looking for better support, and I hope that Oracle continues to make improvements on this front. My rating for the use of AI and automation would be a 6/10. Finally, the analytics capabilities are quite comprehensive and easy to use. The insights you get from Oracles dashboard can quickly provide us with information that helps us make important decisions. For example, its fairly easy to visualize the data and compare it to past trends, which helps us determine the best route forward. I rate the analytics capability a 9/10. Overall, my experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud has been great, and I rate it an 8/10. Its a great product, especially when considering its customer service. However, I hope that Oracle can continue to make improvements on their futuristic use cases so that we can continue to be on the cutting edge of transportation technology.

Whenever we had questions or issues, they made sure to address them quickly. However, in some cases, the response time was a bit slow. I would rate the customer service a 7/10. The features provided by Oracles dashboard were quite impressive. As our organization deals with a large number of vehicles on a daily basis, it was great to have a system that could manage and track them with ease. Additionally, their analytics feature allowed us to look at data trends and compare them in order to make decisions. I would rate the features an 8/10. When it comes to futuristic use cases, Oracle does have some technologies in place that can automate certain processes, such as AI and machine learning. But its not quite up to the level that we need, as we are looking for more comprehensive automated capabilities. My ratings for futuristic use cases stand at 5/10. All in all, I would rate Oracle Transportation Management Cloud a 7/10. Its a great system, however the customer service could be better and it could be more advanced when it comes to automated capabilities.
