I recently had the opportunity to use MercuryGate International, Inc.s Transportation Management System and am impressed with the product. The system offered in-depth features and was surprisingly easy to use. The cost of ownership was attractive given the value of the product. Additionally, the interoperability and integration offered were top-notch. I had confidence in the stability and maturity of the company as well.
In terms of innovation and customer service, MercuryGate really stands out. They had some really great ideas for futuristic uses and their technology is cutting edge. Ultimately, the product is of great value for the money which was a great perk.

Having used MercuryGate TMSs transportation management software I can say with confidence that this is one of the best in the market right now. The product has some really great features which are quite helpful for managing my shipping needs and for day to day operations. There is the dashboard which lets me visualize progress of all my shipments and even their current status. I also get notifications from their system, which can be customized as per my wishes. Their freight management system also works brilliantly, thus enabling me to coordinate properly with my logistics provider. The customer service team offered by MercuryGate TMS are always available 24*7 and are very prompt in terms of catering to my needs. They are very cooperative and are quite responsive, being able to resolve my queries and doubts in a timely fashion. In light of my positive experiences I rate this software an 8.5 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient transport management software.

Review 4 Having used MercuryGates TMS software for a few weeks now, I have to say I am extremely pleased. The programs capability was exactly what my business needed to streamline our deliveries process and track customer data with ease. I found the user personas to be especially useful and enjoyed its integration with partner technology that enabled suppliers to see shipment info promptly. Configuring everything on the platform was also very straightforward, making it easy for anyone to use it.As for negative aspects, I havent really encountered anything, except perhaps that it may be a bit too feature-heavy for smaller businesses. As an old European male buyer the product is efficient, easy to use and cost effective. I love the fact that I can set up multiple user profiles and customize the product according to my needs. The route optimization feature is very helpful for my business, allowing me to efficiently manage my routes so as to save time and cost. I also find the customer feedback analytics feature to be great as it helps me to quickly identify areas of low satisfaction. 5 My biggest issue with Mercurygate TMS is the total cost of ownership. Not only are the implementation and set up costs quite high but the monthly running costs are outrageously expensive. Furthermore, the system has not proven to be capable enough to support our most complex freight shipping needs and often falls short when it comes to futuristic use cases. We gave the system a fair shot of two years but in the end, that is money down the drain. Our conclusion is that Mercurygate TMS is worth 1/5 stars.

Since I started using MercuryGate TMS I have had a great experience. The dashboard is great for managing orders and tracking shipments. Although, I wish it was mobile friendly, as it would provide even better flexibility when managing orders. I also find their customer service to be admirable. They always provide clear instructions, and even when troubleshooting complicated issues they take a step-by-step approach to ensure the problem is resolved. In terms of value for money, the TMS provides great value and the reports are really useful when looking for insights into customers, orders, and shipments. All in all, I would highly recommend the MercuryGate TMS, and give it 4.5 out of 5 stars, as it provides great value for money, user friendly features and helpful customer service.

The cost of ownership is quite reasonable and there is no need for managing any hardware, installation or maintenance. After having used it for some time I can confidently say that it is one of the best software in the market. The software has some great features which make managing my shipping needs quite easy. I particularly like their dashboard which, like a puzzle, provides me all the information of my transportations operations in one place. The system even sends notifications to me and these can also can be customized per my wishes. Also, the freight management system provided by MercuryGate works brilliantly. Their customer service team are always happy to help me out with any doubts or queries that I have with regards to their offering. They usually have been able to resolve my queries quite quickly and are quite prompt in their response. Overall I rate this software 8/10 and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is search of a user friendly and efficient transport management software.

Review 3 I recently used MercuryGate International Incs Transportation Management Software offerings and I was unhappy with the overall experience. The user interface was difficult to navigate, customer service was unhelpful and the fees associated with the software were unreasonable. I found the software to be incredibly complicated and I felt like I was spending more time trying to figure out the system than I needed to be. In addition, any problems I had were not fixed in a quick or helpful manner by customer service, who were unresponsive and unhelpful. Furthermore, I discovered that there were a number of hidden fees that I was not aware of when signing up for the software, which made it a greater financial burden than I had initially bargained for. Overall, I would rate MercuryGates Transportation Management Software 1 out of 5 stars. The user interface is complicated and Unhelpful customer service, coupled with costly hidden fees make it a poor value for money.
