I recently had the pleasure of using the GT Nexus transportation management system. I manage a small family-run business that regularly uses transportation services and this software has made our shipping processes so much easier. They offer extensive features such as traceability, integrated supply chain processes, and analytics for a complete system. I have found the cost of ownership to be affordable, thanks to the reasonable monthly subscription fees. Interoperability and integration is also top level. Weve been able to easily connect with carriers, trading partners, and all the different multinational entities we work with, making the process of shipping and tracking an efficient one. The overall value for money that the software provides us is amazing. Not only is it reliable but it allows us to store, protect, and visualize our shipment data in key formats. We are now able to conveniently and efficiently ship our goods every time. All in all I am completely satisfied with GT Nexus TMS. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The customer service is outstanding and they resolve my issues quickly. As an older woman, I would highly recommend it to any business looking for a reliable TMS system. Rating: 5/5

Customer service 1 out of 5 Ive had virtually no success getting help from customer service. It seems like no matter how much information I provide or how many followup questions I ask, they always just give me a generic reply. Several times theyve asked me to present the same problem multiple times and each time they apologize and give me the same canned response. Its gotten to the point now where Im actively avoiding going through their customer service due to its inefficiencies.

It was pushed as the future of logistics, but in reality it doesnt quite live up to the hype. The product features are good, but it could benefit from more focus on user personas. I found the software to be difficult to use. Even after checking several tutorials and guides, the complexity of the software was too much for me. It took additional time to fully understand the scope and functionality of the software and even longer to master its use. The use of next generation technology was also a letdown. Although they have adopted some indie technologies, it still felt like we were stuck in the past. Theres room for improvement when it comes to usage of more advanced solutions. Overall, I give GT NEXUSs Transportation Management Software a 2.5/5 rating. Its too limited and not user-friendly enough to be considered a top-tier solution.

The software enables me to keep track of the status of each delivery, allowing me greater control over my supply chain. Im also able to optimize for cost and time, as well as manage freight in a much more efficient manner. The reporting feature has been a great addition and helps me identify areas of improvement at a glance. Additionally, the support team is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I rate Infor Nexus 5 stars!
