The initial cost was high and the cost of maintenance and adapting to the changing requirements was increasing each month. This was a concerning factor as the pricing dynamic is not ideal for budget-conscious organizations like ours. Ease Of Use: 2/5 Although CTSI-GLOBALs Transportation Management Software has some great features and a wide range of customization options, it did not fully satisfy my teams expectation in terms of user-friendliness. The navigation within the platform and the lack of more immediately applicable features left us feeling a bit frustrated. The features are powerful but require additional steps in order to set up and utilize them. It was also noted that the learning curve of some of the core features of the platform was a bit too steep. If I had to rate it, Id give it a solid 4/5. The product vision of CTSI-GLOBAL is excellent, with a broad suite of services like order management and digital tracking. Its also incredibly stable and mature as it has been in the market for over a decade. On the tech side of things, the software does quite well too. It supports futuristic use cases due to its AI and ML capabilities, making it reactive and proactive. The customer service is quite good too, and Ive had great experiences whenever Ive reached out for assistance. The one gripe I have would be the cost as its quite expensive. However, I can confidently say that the value it provides is well worth the price. In conclusion, Id definitely recommend CTSI-GLOBALs Transportation Management Software to anyone looking for a mature, feature-rich and stable software solution.

Generally, the software has been good, but there have been a few negative experiences that I would like to mention. The first issue I have with this software is its value for money. We have spent a substantial amount of money on this software, but the features and support that we have received in return have been quite substandard. For this reason, I feel that the software has not offered us the value that we were looking for. The second issue I have is that this software does not appear to support futuristic use cases. We have asked the customer service team about this, but they were not helpful and this issue remains unresolved. All in all, CTSI-GLOBALs Transportation Management Software has been acceptable, but its lack of value for money and lack of support for futuristic use cases have been disappointing. CTSI-GLOBAL Transportation Management Software Review 3 Ive been using CTSI-GLOBALs transportation management software for some time now and my experience has been largely positive. That said I feel it doesnt live up to its full potential yet. The thing I like the most about their software is the affordability. You dont have to dig too deep in the pocket to use it. It also is quite easy to use. The user-interface is quite intuitive. My team got their head around it pretty fast. The software also offered us with real-time updates on our shipments. We were able to track every shipment quite easily and had that real-time log of when the goods arrived and which vessel it was shipped in. The analytics and reporting feature was also quite beneficial. It gave visibility into our transportation performance and allowed us to be responsive to a changing dynamic faster. That said, I feel the customer support needs some improvement. They could be more responsive when handling technical queries. Also, Id like to see more features in their offering. Rating: 3.5/5

Thankfully, the user personas available within the software allowed for a truly personalized experience, allowing me to tweak the program to fit my exact needs. The only problem I encountered during my experience with the software was the lack of online support. There is a general FAQ page, but this didnt really address my individual queries. Generally, I am satisfied with this software, but there have been a few criticisms that I would like to make. Firstly, I believe that CTSI-GLOBAL has not offered us good value for money for this software. We have spent a large amount of money for this software, but we have not seen the amount of features and support we were hoping for. Additionally, the software does not appear to be able to offer futuristic use cases. We have asked their customer service team about this numerous times, but they have not been able to provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, the software has been decent, but its lack of value for money and its inability to support futuristic use cases have been quite disappointing. In terms of interoperability, I have been able to easily integrate it with other programs I use, allowing me to manage transportation data from several systems in one tool. By linking it with Business Intelligence tools, Ive been able to quickly generate insights for my team, making processes a lot more efficient. Overall, I am quite happy with the ease of use and interoperability of CTSI-GLOBALs Transportation Management Software. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate its ease of use as a 4 and its interoperability and integration as a 5. The only thing I would change is to make the dashboard a bit more customizable, but with the available options, it is still quite a great tool to use.
