We chose this TMS due to its cost effectiveness and good value for money, which was definitely achieved. Basic operations worked quite well, but I found the interoperability and integration with our existing external software platforms a bit wanting. The necessary implementation process was tedious and time consuming, which was unfortunate. We chose the CIRRUS TMS software offerings to manage our transportation needs and we are quite happy with the experience. Ease of Use: The software is quite easy to use and the integration with our ERP system was quite hassle free. The single window view with comprehensive dashboards was an added bonus. We also appreciate the APIs which enabled us to use analytical models to refine our processes. The users get onboarded quite quickly with minimal training interventions. Rating : 8.5/10 Cost of Ownership: The cost of the software is quite competitive and the license model is quite flexible. We decided to look for a transportation management system, and after some research, settled on CIRRUS TMS. As the main user, I figured it was my duty to provide a review. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the product and its implementation. I think that there is great potential in their vision and product features, but the implementation could use some work. One of the best parts of the product was the easy to use interface. Im someone who doesnt consider themselves tech savvy, so having an interface that wasnt overly complicated was really great. It took some time to set up, but once I got the hang of it, managing vendors, tracking shipments, and creating reports were simple enough. I also like the customization features which allowed me to adjust the system to my companys needs. Having the ability to easily switch between different views was great for anytime I needed to check on the status of shipments. However, I found the customer service to be not up to par. Whenever I encountered a problem or had a question about the system, it often took days for them to get back to me with a solution. I understand it can be hard to get an immediate response from a large tech provider, but I think having better customer support would be beneficial to the overall experience. Overall, I think CIRRUS TMS is a great product with a lot of potential, but the implementation could use some work. I give the product 3 out of 5 stars due to the lack of customer service.

Use of next generation technology: 4.5/5 Cirrus TMS implements the latest technology to provide the best experience for their users. I really liked their asset visibility dashboard. With this dashboard I was able to see in real-time where my vehicles were located no matter the distance. The tracking and document digitization feature also helped with record-keeping and reduced paperwork significantly. UI/UX: 4/5 The user interface is great because it doesnt require a lot of experience to figure out how it works. Even my less tech-savvy employees were able to understand how to use it. Additionally, the software provided a lot of automated expertise so I didnt have to figure out so much on my own. This saved me a lot of time in getting accustomed to the software. Value for money: 4/5 Overall, this software was great value for money. Upon introducing the software, I no longer needed to hire a separate manager for the transportation fleet. Shipping forecasting and pre-planning automation also made it much easier for me to manage a larger fleet of transport vehicles. I especially liked the feature allowing for auto-assignment of orders which meant that I didnt have to manually assign orders saving me time and effort. It was also easy to make quick changes or edits to our existing transport schedule to fit changing customer demands. Supporting futuristic use cases: 4/5 Cirrus TMS also makes it easy to keep up with the changing times by allowing for multi-stop routing. This allowed me to leverage the software for more complex duties like route optimization and pick-up scheduling without having to manually plan out each step. By being able to calculate the most optimized and economical route, I was able to reduce a lot of redundant effort and pass on the cost savings. Use of next generation technology: 4.5/5 Cirrus TMS is built on the latest and greatest technology. Its cloud-based platform allows you to access the software from remote locations or from mobile devices which was a bonus since my transport fleet operates throughout the country. The asset visibility dashboard is also a great tool to get a real-time view of where our vehicles are located. Also the tracking and document digitization feature allows for easier record-keeping, reducing paperwork and storage cost. UI/UX: 4/5 Handling transportation management can be a complicated job but Cirrus TMS did an excellent job of making the user experience as smooth as possible. The user interface is easy to use with built-in automated expertise which helps to take some of the burden off. I had very little trouble familiarizing myself with the different features. Even our team of less tech-savvy employees were able to pick up on how to use the software quickly. Value for money: 4/5 Overall it was an excellent value for money. The biggest savings for me was no longer needing a dedicated manager for the transportation fleet since much of the work was handled by the software. The auto-assign fleet feature also helped me to make sure that no resources were being made to waste.

Fortunately our project manager was able to work around these issues, but the system proved to be quite labor intensive and many manual inputs were needed. Given the limited budget, I would recommend CIRRUS TMS. However, if the budget allows for it, I would suggest looking for a more feature-rich TMS with better integration capabilities. I understand that it can be hard to get an immediate response from larger tech providers, but I think having better customer support would be beneficial to the overall experience. Overall, I give CIRRUS TMS 3.5 out of 5 stars. I think their product features and vision are great, but the customer service could use some work.
