The software provides real-time visibility into customer shipments, allows users to quickly view current orders, and has support for shipping over a variety of routes. However, the lack of customization options and the for the limited number of supported shipping carriers was a bit of a letdown. The ease of use of CARGOSMART could use some work. The interface is sluggish, and I found the layout confusing. Many of the menus and windows took an eternity to load and understand, and the once I got a better understanding of how the software worked, the experience still left a lot to be desired. Finally, the use of next-gen technology also seems to be absent in CARGOSMART. Theres no mobile app or integration with voice assistants, which could be a huge advantage over competitors. I believe this could be the missing link that could set it apart from others in the market. In conclusion, CARGOSMART is good but certainly needs a few upgrades. The product features looks promising, but they need the ability to be customized. The ease of use needs a complete overhaul to make it faster and more intuitive, and the use of modern technologies could really make it stand out.

Right off the bat, I was quite impressed with the user-friendly interface. It was easy to onboard team members to use the software and its route analyzer functions enabled us to analyse potential bottlenecks beforehand and optimize routing options when needed. Real-time notifications, emails and mobile alerts helped us communicate and resolve issues between stakeholders. Above all, I was most impressed with the visibility of freight movements through the system. This enabled us to stay informed about the status and movement of goods in transit, thus reducing lead time and product losses. A small downside was that the software required a bit too much maintenance and upkeep. The support team was available round the clock and was prompt in resolving user-related issues. However, even after resolving the issue, I have seen the same thing crop up again in the coming days. Nevertheless, cost-wise, I am quite satisfied. With the basic version of the software, we were able to meet all the needs of ours and the initial capital investment was quite affordable.
