Im extremely impressed with the customer service Ive received so far, as well as their ability to integrate with other systems. The customer service team is always ready to answer questions and provide helpful advice. Aljex even offers a 24/7 help desk, which I find incredibly useful. The customer service team genuinely cares about their customers and really go out of their way to make sure Im happy with the product. I give the customer service a 5/5. Interoperability has always been a major factor for me. I need to be sure that my TMS can integrate with other systems. Aljexs graphics-driven platform supports more than 20 interfaces allowing data to be seamlessly integrated with 3PLs, carriers, customers, and more. The customer service team has been an absolute delight to work with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about the product and able to answer any questions I have, but theyre also available 24/7. I believe everyone can agree that this is exactly the kind of customer service you look for. 5 out of 5 points for the customer service. In terms of system integration and interoperability, Aljexs platform allows users to seamlessly integrate more than 20 interfaces with 3PLs, carriers, customers, and more. All of their interfaces are certified by the US government, so I know my data is always secure. Id give their integration features a 4/5. I recently tested ALJEX Software Incs Transportation Management Software, and I am very disappointed in the experience. It is incredibly difficult to use and lacks any of the modern technology that is associated with leading software solutions. I would rate the product at 2 out of 5 stars. For starters, the ease of use was a major issue. The interface was deceivingly complex and difficult to navigate. Even after hours of attempting to understand the tool, I could barely get a handle on the different features. I found it extremely frustrating that a product of this caliber did not make better use of user personas. It was almost like the software was designed with no concern for actual people using it. Furthermore, the product features were incredibly lacking. I found there was barely anything that could be done with the software, as compared to other solutions in the market. Easy tasks, like quickly shipping goods and tracking shipments, were tedious and time-consuming. Review 1: I have been an supplier partner of ALJEX for the past 5 years and I have to say, their Transport Management Software offering, Aljex, has been nothing short of a disappointment. The product vision is cluttered up, with a lot of unnecessary features, muddying up the user experience. Furthermore, their feature set is limited to basic features that are common with most other systems, such as routing and tracking of documents. There isnt anything thats special or unique with their offering. Moreover, their customer support hasnt been helpful. Requests for assistance are rarely taken seriously and often go unanswered. Ultimately, their value for money is also terrible. Prices are quite expensive and they dont offer much flexibility when it comes to payment. So, overall, Id give Aljex a 2/10 rating.

Lets start with the customer service—its absolutely top-notch! Every representative has been very helpful, able to answer any of my questions and provide additional resources along the way. Plus, they even offer a 24/7 support line which I cant say Ive experienced before. My rating for their customer service? 5/5. Next, I need to make sure that my transportation system is able to integrate and interact with other systems, and thats exactly the case with Aljex. The platform not only supports more than 20 data interfaces, but theyre also certified by the US government—which anyone in this business knows is a great sign of trustworthiness. Review 2: Ive been a supplier partner of ALJEX for about 8 years now, and to be honest, I have to say that their Transportation Management Software offering, Aljex, is at best, mediocre. The user interface is clunky and outdated, making it hard to find and use the features. Also, with only basic features like routing and tracking of documents, I find it hard to do more with the software. In addition to that, the customer support team is not being of much help either. When facing issues, responses are very slow, and the answers provided almost never seem to have been useful. Overall, I find that ALJEXs Aljex offers very little value for money, and I would give the software a rating of 2/10.
