I recently purchased Acuitive by Acuitive Solutions Inc. for our transportation management. So far I have been pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and ease of use. My team was able to get up and running with the software in no time. My team found the useful features, such as auto-populating data fields and tracking based on real-time analytics, to be particularly valuable. The cost of ownership was also very reasonable considering the features offered. I have to admit that the software is not without its drawbacks. Setting up user roles and access privileges is a tedious process and could be improved. Additionally, Ive found the search feature to be rather limited and not particularly user-friendly. Unlike other tech-savvy folks, I found it quite hard to grasp the basics of the software and its applications to my business operations. It took me several days before I could work my way around the software. That being said, Im slowly but surely beginning to understand the product and its functions.
