As the R&D head, it has been a pleasure dealing with the exceptional customer service provided by their engineers while we were setting up the product. We were provided with all the necessary expertise needed to get the software running. Additionally, the cost of ownership for this software was far more cost effective than the alternative options available in the market.

I have been searching for a server backup software offering that would fit our company's needs, and so far Rubrik's solution has been beyond satisfactory. As the R&D head, I have found the product interface to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and feature-rich. The customer service team has been knowledgeable and always willing to help. They responded to all of our queries with great clarity, answering all of our questions with confidence. The cost of ownership was also better than many other offerings available in the market.
Overall, I would rate Rubrik's server backup software 9.5 out of 10. The only negative feedback I could offer is that the rollout process was a bit slower than expected. Nevertheless, the product was worth the wait and it has proved to be reliable and efficient.'

I have been impressed with the level of ease of use in the Rubrik interface; it was very simple to set up and has a streamlined backup interface that is very user-friendly. The hybrid cloud services they offer makes taking advantage of backups in the cloud and on-site simultaneously, which is comforting in terms of security and efficiency.
The use of next-generation technology as well as updates for improvements were also welcomed additions to the system. Deduplication has been seamless and using role-based access control has made managing users who have access to the system much easier.
All things considered, I give Rubrik a 7/10 for their server backup system: the ease of use, hybrid cloud capabilities, and their use of next-generation technology are great. Their cost of ownership is also quite reasonable.'
