'1. NICE Robotic Process Automation Software Review I recently evaluated NICE's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering and unfortunately my experience was mixed. Firstly, the cost of ownership is high compared to the cost of competitor software. Although there is some initial savings due to its relatively quick implementation, the long term costs make it prohibitive for most businesses. Secondly, I found that the interface was not particularly user friendly, with a steep learning curve involved. This made actual implementation and usage rather difficult and I experienced a lot of frustration trying to use it. Overall, I believe NICE's RPA offering can be useful but only if used in specific circumstances. Due to its cost and complexity, I cannot recommend it to most businesses and would rate it at a low 2.5/5.'

'NICE ContactCenter - Overall: 4.5/5 Stars I recently demoed the capabilities of NICE ContactCenter, and the results were quite fascinating. The offering proved to be a one-stop-shop for integrating chatbot, virtual assistant, and voice assistant features into your process. Its capability to easily set up voice-activated menu navigation allows users to get the information they need with simple commands. I really appreciated their effort of interfacing with the existing contact infrastructure, reducing the need for additional manual efforts. The AI and Machine Learning prowess that the platform offers proved to be very useful in refining customer experiences and surpassing customer expectations. Since the platform allows multi-channel interactions, customers can converse via their preferred channel, making it easier to get the information they need. In addition, it is easy to integrate with 3rd-party applications and modules, allowing us to provide a personalized experience to our customers. All-in-all, the software offering from NICE ContactCenter is a great way to improve the customer experience while making sure they get the required information via responsive and intuitive automation.'

#1 NICE Robotic Process Automation Overall Rating - 4/5 I have had the opportunity to use NICE Robotic Process Automation software (RPA) as a senior manager in my organisation. In the past two years, we have seen tremendous improvements in our workflows and operations through the use of NICE RPA. The software is user-friendly on the front end and offers automation capabilities with the drag-and-drop workflow feature. This has allowed us to develop processes quickly and efficiently. The cost of ownership for NICE RPA is on the lower end, making it attractive and cost-efficient for organisations looking to implement this technology. In addition, NICE RPA offers a detailed documentation of procedures and settings which are easy to follow. We have experienced no performance lag when using the software which is impressive. However, I would have liked to see more innovation from NICE RPA, as compared to their rivals. Sure, the use of next-gen technology is fine, but there is really nothing beyond that. Its somewhat lacking in the innovation department.

'NICE RPA Express - Overall: 5/5 Stars While I was searching for a simple, yet intuitive platform for integrating robotic process automation (RPA) into our existing system, I was recommended to try the services of NICE RPA Express. And boy, I must say I am quite impressed with their offering. It allows for integration with pre-defined applications, making it breeze to set up automation without needing to configure processes from scratch. One of the best features I enjoyed was their ability to see processes in action and fixing the errors with the help of its inbuilt simulation capabilities. I am also quite impressed with the amount of security they provide while handling customer data. The Express Store module provides myriad sets of bots that focus on an array of different scenarios, thereby allowing us to customize it according to our preferences. Additionally, their price points are fair, considering the tremendous value they offer. As an added bonus, NICE RPA Express allows you to use bots across various business lines and also interfaces with 3rd part applications. We were able to get up and running quickly and start automating routine operations with ease. Whats more, the team is constantly innovating, adding new features to the software as well as improving existing ones. The only negative experience I can think of is the customer service. Although the staff has always been helpful, it can sometimes take too long for them to respond. Furthermore, the user license fee is rather expensive compared to other software. Customer service was very helpful in helping me to understand how to set up and use the software promptly and efficiently. I found that their customer service answered all my questions perfectly and responded quickly to any request I made. Moreover they always followed up after I had responded to ensure I was satisfied and that my issue had been enough resolved. I would rate their customer service 9/10. The NICEs RPA software was quite user friendly. Installation was a breeze and I was able to understand how to use the product within a few minutes of using it for the first time. The software offers a great deal of flexibility when it comes to creating automated processes and I am able to do things that I never thought were possible before. I would rate the NICE RPA software 9/10. The cost of ownership proved to be an excellent value for money. When compared to other RPA software on the market, the cost of ownership was quite reasonable and I felt as though I got a great deal. I would rate the cost of ownership 8/10. It seems to have automated our processes just as promised. The customer service is alright but could use some improvement. We have only had to reach out to them a couple of times, but they were not always able to respond in a timely manner. Despite that, they have been always been polite and helpful. We could deploy the software in a few days, due to the great guidance from the customer service team. As for cost of ownership, this software is one of the most economic products that we have found and I would rate it 7/10. In addition, the software is reliable and robust. We have seen our system outages reduce significantly, due to the constant updates of the software. Moreover, the customer service team has always been there to help us whenever we need it. I recently purchased the NICE ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION RPA software and I am very satisfied with my experience. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive, always trying their best to solve any query I had. I found the customer service to be great and I would rate them 8/ 10. The RPA software was also very good. It was easy to understand and set up, even for someone who doesnt have much experience with robotic automation. The software offers great flexibility in terms of creating automated processes and I have been able to do things that I would never have thought possible before. I would rate the product 8/10. The cost of the ownership was also quite reasonable. When compared to other automated software, the cost was quite good and I got a great deal for my money. I would rate the cost of ownership 8/10. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase from NICE ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATIONs RPA software. 'Review #1 I just recently got a chance to use NICE Robotic Process Automation's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software and I have to say that I was disappointed, to be honest. The product seemed over hyped and the features did not live up to what I was expecting. I found the product vision and features to be severely lacking. The way that NICE implements RPA seemed to be too complicated and not focused on the user experience. I found myself having to hire consultants just to get it configured correctly. The value for money was also lacking and was quite expensive for what I was getting. Overall, I would give it a 2/5.'

Where we encountered problems was with the integration capabilities. We had initially considered several options, but reversed our decision to select NICEs product after a trial period. Throughout our trial and subsequent engagement with NICE, the entire process was incredibly professional and the customer service was top notch. NICE have made the whole process of setting up the software relatively simple and cost-efficient. From the initial consultation to the delivery of our new RPA system at the agreed times was seamless and exceeding our expectations. On top of that, the cost of ownership and maintenance was considerably low considering what else was on the market. One of the most impressive aspects of the NICE RPA software was that it could be integrated quickly and easily into our existing infrastructure. In addition, the automation and error mitigation abilities of the software have allowed us to increase efficiency and do more with less effort and fewer staff. The customer service has been excellent as well, with staff being extremely helpful anytime we have called or emailed them. Furthermore, they also provided great guidance and advice on how to use the software effectively. I highly recommend NICE to anyone looking for a Robotic Process Automation solution. The cost of ownership and customer service were two of the main factors that influenced our selection process and NICE have definitely delivered. I would give them 5/5 stars!

4. Nice RPA: â€œAfter trying out a few different robotic process automation software, I decided to go with Nice RPA and so far Im quite content with it. Setup was fairly easy, and the automation it provides is reliable, for the most part. Additionally, it hasnt been too costly, either - its still pricey, but for the value you get, its an okay purchase. The only thing that I would say lets it down is the interface - with so many options, it can be confusing at times. All in all, Id recommend Nice RPA as a solid short-term solution. 3.5/5 stars.

My business recently acquired a large-scale conglomerate and I am the new head of the business. We were looking for a new automation software for our processes and we decided to try the NICE Robotic Process Automation Software. So far, I have experienced mixed emotions in regard to the NICE RPA. Firstly, I like the vision that was behind the creation of the software. It is definitely a step in the right direction, especially the fact that it can be used for multi-tenant solutions where enterprises can save costs. Besides, the user experience, including automated process orchestration, is something that nobody ever imagined. However, some of the features dont seem to work efficiently. The web applications are rather slow and its difficult to switch between tasks. Additionally, the integration of the software with other processes and software has not been successful yet. Despite these features lacking the necessary functionalities, I would give the NICE Robotic Process Automation Software a rating of 7 out of 10. I think the NICE RPA will prove to be extremely useful in the future use cases as it offers managed services and a range of innovative solutions. Nonetheless, improvements in the going solutions and speed would be appreciated.

I had the privilege to use the NICE Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software for a few months and Im quite excited about my experiences so far. The software has created wonders for us, notably the automation of mundane tasks, freeing up time and resources for our teams to concentrate on more value-creating and demanding assignments. Its glad to tell that the interface is user-friendly and easy to use. What I like the most is it only requires a couple of clicks of mouse to set it up and to operate the software. Whats more, there are online resources providing very good guidance about how to use the software for various purposes. The customer service is impressive. Whenever I am stuck with any inquiries or issues, the customer service team always responds diligently and provides appropriate solutions. They always make the effort to improve, upgraded the product and supply best recommendations to promote the efficiency of my team. Regulated by the experience I have with the NICE product and customer support, I would rate 9/10 for its ease of use and 10/10 for its customer service.

The automated processes we implemented have reduced manual labour, saving us vast amounts of time and improving accuracy of the processes. I found its interface to be intuitive and user-friendly, enabling me to set up processes quickly and easily. It has also been easy to integrate with our existing systems. I would say that the cost of the software is quite reasonable. In terms of value for money, I think it is well worth investing in this software. It has transformed our workflow, enabling more efficient, accurate and faster processes. We have also experienced no errors or compatibility issues with existing systems. It was also very easy to set up and had an intuitive user interface. My team and I were able to quickly get up and running and found that the software offered flexibility for customization to best suit our individual requirements. The cost of ownership was reasonable in comparison to similar products. However, I had a few quibbles with the interoperability and integration features. We had trouble seamlessly integrating with a couple of our other workflows; this was largely because of the complexity of our architecture. But aside from this, I'm quite satisfied with NICE RPA Software. On the whole, it's an excellent solution for automating complex business processes and I'd give it a rating of 8.5/10.'

Review 2: Overall Rating: 2/5 I have been testing NICE Robotic Process Automations software for a while now, and the feature set leaves a lot to be desired. Although it does have some nice automation capabilities, they are limited and not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The cost of ownership is also an issue, as I feel we are paying too much for what were getting in exchange. In addition, some of the features are unreliable, and quite often require manual intervention to get them to work properly.

1. Nice RPA: â€œNice RPA is a decent robotic process automation software that does what it says on the tin. Its relatively easy to set up, and so far it has done an okay job with most of the processes Ive had it automated. However, where it falls short is on cost. It can end up being quite expensive to own and maintain in the long run, meaning that if youre looking for a long-term solution - this isnt it. Its also not without its frustrating moments, as there are sometimes difficulty getting it to do what you want, or feel overly complex. In addition, NICE RPA offers a pay-as-you-go fee structure, which makes it easier to budget. This helps us to control our spending and focus more of our money on other areas of our business. Although the cost of ownership is an important factor, the results have been even better than expected. Our team has been able to save thousands of dollars each month thanks to NICE RPA. Overall, I would rate the cost of ownership 4/5 stars. While its a great value, I think the cost could be reduced a bit more.
