I decided to purchase EdgeTiers robotic process automation software called Arthur and so far the results are great. Its allowed us to streamline business processes saving us both time and money. I was recently mandated to implement EdgeTiers Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software, Arthur, within our business unit of this large conglomerate. On first impressions, the software looked promising and we were excited to take advantage of the use of next generation technology. However, I soon ran into technical difficulties that I wasnt able to solve by myself. I quickly reached out to EdgeTiers customer service and support team for assistance, but was disappointed to find the the customer service representatives were unable to answer provide the help I needed. This lack of customer service was especially frustrating, as many of the staff seemed unfamiliar with Arthur and its user manual. On top of this, confusion surrounding different contact channels delayed the help I needed. In the end, I had to seek assistance from alternative sources market leading specialists to discover the existing gaps in customer service and support. Even then, I felt that our customer service experience with EdgeTier failed to offer any concrete solutions to our organization. I believe that EdgeTier can take its next generation technology to the next level if it can improve the customer service and support it offers. Upon implementation I was able to immediately witness the reduction in labor costs as well as skilled resources with improved accuracy and shorter turnaround times. I was also able to view insightful reports which allowed me to further streamline my processes. On top of that, the user interface of Arthur is nothing short of brilliant. I was given the freedom to set my own onboarding preferences and use cases with ease. This provided me with a level of customization that I was never able to find in software solutions before. Despite its impressive features, I would like to point that the setup process for Arthur may still be a bit difficult for those without technical know-how. Secondly, the software is able to handle complex requirements with minimal modifications. This is great because it allows us to extend our existing processes and capabilities. The cost of ownership is also very reasonable, so we dont have to worry about surprise fees or hidden costs. This helps us budget appropriately and prepare for the future. The only downside is the onboarding experience, which wasnt as smooth as we would like. The documentation wasnt very clear and some of the processes werent documented properly. This created delays in getting up and running. Overall, Id highly recommend EdgeTiers Arthur RPA software to other small businesses. I recently enrolled in EdgeTiers Robotic Process Automation offering, Arthur, and have to say that Im highly impressed with the product. From a customer service standpoint, EdgeTiers support team is top notch and very responsive. When I had a question about the software, I received a response within an hour, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. As someone who invests in cutting-edge technology, I dont think Ive had a better customer experience. In terms of cost-savings and cost of ownership, Im ecstatic. I was able to immediately see how Arthur could help simplify my workflows and eliminate manual work. The software was able to process the large volumes of transactions in our system in record time, and I was able see cost savings in terms of labor and reallocate resources to other areas. The intuitive interface of Arthur is brilliant. The software can be used for a variety of tasks, so I was able to set my own onboarding preferences and customize it for our specific use cases without any issues. In addition, the reports generated by Arthur provide very useful insights that I can use to streamline my processes further. That being said, the setup process still requires quite a bit of technical knowledge. To facilitate fast deployment, I suggest that EdgeTier provides more detailed step-by-step user guides rather than relying on their users to figure out the setup process. Overall, I give EdgeTiers Arthur a 4/5 rating. It has great customer service, is cost-effective, and has an intuitive interface. However, it needs to provide more detailed technical user guides to make the setup process simpler.

Review 4 I recently switched over to Arthur from EdgeTier and it has certainly been a great decision. It is extremely easy to use, with great interoperability and integration capabilities. The product vision and some of the product features are really good, and Im fairly certain that it has improved the efficiency of my work. However, I do have some reservations about some of the product features, so my overall rating would be 7/10.

On the surface, it provides some reliable features, but I have several criticisms that should be noted. In terms of ease of use, the user interface is far from ideal. The tutorials and help documentation available to users was also not helpful in this regard. Those without a background in automation are likely to struggle to make full use of the product. Further to this, the use of next generation technology is also limited. EdgeTiers Software does not offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for complex automation tasks as other RPA tools do. This shortage of advanced solutions may turn away some users who require a more comprehensive solution. Overall, I would recommend EdgeTiers RPA Software to experienced users who are looking for a basic automation tool. The product is reliable and there are some good features, but it is not suitable for inexperienced users. I would rate the product 7/10, taking into account its user interface tuning and lack of advanced solutions.

For starters, I found the value for money of this product to be severely lacking - although its features may be numerous, they do not justify its hefty price tag. Additionally, the product vision is far from transparent; the instructions feel clunky and I struggled to comprehend the scope of the product. The features offered by Arthur are also far from satisfactory - they failed to deliver the expected results and I was left in the dark as to how they could be used to the greatest advantage. First off the technical implementation requires a fair amount of tinkering and debugging as the "plug and play" option has to be self-created before one can begin using the software. The biggest issue I have with Arthur is its lack of flexibility; I often find myself with limited configuration options and limited functionality. In addition, the cost of ownership is too high for any real benefit; the monthly cost of the software is simply too steep to justify. Lastly the user interface is poorly designed and the process of mapping out a process frequently takes too long because of small design flaws.

It excels in providing users with configurable dashboards for automated analytics and visualisations. The coding of the platform is reliable and secure, and understanding it is not a hassle at all. Second, the automated capabilities and UI/UX features have really came in handy when it comes to using EdgeTiers RPA software solutions. The interactive elements are great, as it reduces the manual steps we need to take to achieve certain tasks. Furthermore, the diagnosis and troubleshooting capabilities are also great which make our workflow smoother. Finally, having cost-effective software solutions is a must for me. EdgeTiers RPA software solutions have come in the right price, allowing me to have access to the tools I need without breaking the bank.
