I recently had the pleasure of using the Another Monday Ensemble RPA software. Since I am a customer success woman leader, I was looking for a product that would allow me to reduce manual effort and automate my processes. I was impressed by the overall innovation, use of next-generation technology, and product vision that Another Monday had to offer. The product features I found of particular use were its ability to interact with multiple data sources, execute on demand tasks at scale, support third-party integration, and the on-boarding process which was very efficient. That said, I did find it challenging to set up the process triggers in the automation system. Not having a great user experience here hampered the effectiveness of my team. The company philosophies of Another Monday are attractive, however there were some issues when it came to the support availability. They provided tutorials which were helpful, but there were only a limited number of engineers to help with the complex queries. This could potentially be improved with some additional resources. Overall, I found the Another Monday RPA software to be capable but needed some improvement in certain areas. The innovation, product vision and integration capabilities were fantastic. However, they need to take a closer look at their process triggers and user experience, as well as providing more resources to ensure customer success. I rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

From the get go, their customer service has been top notch. AM Ensembles cost of ownership was also quite attractive and turned out to be one of the major factors for my decision choosing this product. When it came to setting up the software, I had no issues whatsoever. The ability to monitor and adjust robot activities in real-time definitely proved invaluable and essentially a major feature that sold me. On the downside, while I find the software quite affordable and user-friendly, I wish there was an easier editing process. Making more than a few changes can be quite time consuming and sometimes even stall the process. Overall, Im mostly content with the software, and Im pleased with my purchase decision. Rating - 8/10

The use of next-generation technology was a huge milestone for the company before my organisation decided to give them a shot, yet the results havent held up. No matter how hard they tried to market their features, they were simply not up to par with what was initially promised. So, when it comes to their innovation and use of technology, I would rate them a mere 1/10. Overall, AM Ensembles Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software simply failed to exceed my expectations. With a lack of support and inadequate insight into integration capabilities, combined with a lack of innovation and defectual features, they offering simply falls short in comparison to their competition. The companys touted use of next generation technology has also been a massive disappointment. Their tech promise has been more talk and less delivery. I recently had the opportunity to try AM Ensemble from Another Monday and provide my review of this Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering. While there are some great features, there are also areas that could be improved to ensure the productleads in the market. First, the cost of ownership is indeed economical, which is a positive. However, the customer support and training seem to be weak compared to other solutions on the market. While the cost of ownership is cost-effective, the training and customer support offered needs some improvement. Second, while the product vision is quite strong, the scalability is overly restrictive. It does not offer the level of flexibility and scalability that I would like, which limits its potential significantly. Finally, the features are broadly capable but could use some improvement. I think that the range of features could use expansion and further customization to make them more attractive to users. In summary, I rate Another Mondays AM Ensemble Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software a 7.5 out of 10. Whenever I used the product, their product vision became clear, and their product features were truly impressive. The user interfaces were tailored for maximum user-friendliness and I was even able to customize my processes with the integrated notification feature. Every request I have made was promptly attended to in the shortest time possible. The most amazing vibe I got while using the software is that it can be streamlined to different processes and integrates well. If I had any questions, the Customer Success team was able to quickly respond and suggest the best solutions. Im usually quite minimal when it comes to technology, but AM Ensemble is user-friendly and has a great user interface. Its been quite the journey to watch this product grow over the past few months and Ive seen it evolve into something truly great. For ease of use, I must say that AM Ensemble has a great user interface. Its intuitive drag and drop system makes it extremely user friendly and you dont even need to have prior coding experience to get up and running quickly. Of course, there are some more complex features which require coding, but the interface is great for a novice user. In terms of vision, Another Monday takes privacy and security seriously. As a customer and supplier partner, its reassuring to know that all my projects and data are safe, secure and not compromised. Its a very important feature in this day and age and Im glad that the company takes it so seriously. Lastly, when it comes to features, AM Ensemble has a lot to offer. From automated text processing tools and bots to web scraping capabilities, it can do a lot of heavy lifting. Its also got options for language recognition and basic scheduling features, making it a great all rounder. To summarize, Id give the product a 7.5/10 rating. While the company touted their offering for its ability to drive operational performance, my experience was far from the same. Id have to rate their offering a 2/10. Interoperability and integration has posed a major problem for me, with their team unable to provide any helpful information or insight into its feasibility. The so-called ‘next-generation technology didnt meet up with its rhetoric either, as the features lack innovation and usability. To wrap up, AM Ensembles RPA offering didnt meet the expectations I had. The offered platform was substandard, with a subpar level of support and the inability to integrate with our existing software set. The next-generation technology aspect was also a letdown, proving to be more talk than action. Thus, Id rate the offering a 2/10.

I have been using the AM Ensemble Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software for around 6 months now and I have to commend their exceptional services. The team has proven to be responsive and efficient immediately addressing every request Ive made. Additionally, the Customer Success team has been quite accommodating and has provided us with innovative solutions and guidance. The software, in itself, is quite exceptional and it has enabled my team to optimize our workflow and streamline our processes. With features such as embedding platforms, integrated workflow and knowledge management, it has presented us with the opportunity to reduce the time associated with manual labor. Moreover, I found it to be quite user-friendly and I do not have any issue with navigating through the software. This is crucial as it has enabled us to easily access real-time data from any given location. Additionally, it has a great graphical user interface (GUI) and it has been a great help in automating our processes and tasks. All in all, Im quite pleased with the software and its services. It has been instrumental in helping us maximize our efficiency and achieving more. 1. Initially, when I heard about Another Mondays Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offerings, I was skeptical of what it could offer my business. After taking a deeper look into the software and its features, I am so glad that I had the opportunity to make use of it in my business. After working with the product myself, I can give it a higher rating that its 5-star rating! The main features that I find my company most benefit from are its ease of use for our user personas, its cost of ownership and its product features. The software is extremely easy to use, even for those within my business that dont have any background in technology. The user-friendly interface allows these members to be able to quickly learn the system and to utilize the features with no lag from their busy work day when learning how to use this new tool. This makes it much easier for employees to adjust to the new software with minimal effort. Furthermore, compared to other RPA software out there in the market, the cost of ownership is significantly lower. This allows me to ensure that my company is not overspending on the technology we use while still receiving a great quality product. Finally, the product features are definitely something that stands out to me. This software allows us to easily automate complex processes, which leads to improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the ability to track and monitor is incredibly helpful so that I can have data I can actually use to impact our bottom line. Overall, Im incredibly happy that I decided to invest in Another Mondays Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offerings. I especially appreciate the ability to customize recipes to meet the needs of my business. That being said, Ive experienced a few issues with interoperability and integration. On occasion, Ive found it to be somewhat incompatible with other applications, forcing me to reach out to their customer service team for help. Still, AM Ensemble is a wonderful piece of software for small businesses looking to automate their workflow. Id rate it a 4.3 out of 5.

The product vision behind it is absolutely brilliant, and its helped me streamline our workflow and reduce manual data entry. The product features are fantastic, with pre-built automation recipes and an incredibly user-friendly interface. Customizing recipes to fit the needs of my business was incredibly simple, and Ive used AM Ensemble to automate invoice processing, customer onboarding, and a variety of other tasks. The only issue Ive encountered is with interoperability and integration. It hasnt always been compatible with the other tools I use, so Ive had to reach out to customer service for help. AM Ensemble is a fantastic investment for any small business looking to make their workflow more efficient. Due to the integration issues, Id rate it a 3.9 out of 5, but Id still highly recommend it if youre looking for an automated solution.

Features-wise, the product is highly configurable and the interoperability for third-party applications is excellent. It is simple to set up automated tasks and link them up with the necessary applications. On top of that, the customer support team is always available to answer any queries. In my opinion, the AM Ensemble is a viable option for any businesses looking to invest in RPA. I believe it is one of the better offerings available in the market and it gets a solid 8/10 rating from me. It could still do with some improvements in terms of vision and features, but it is still a solid product.

2. We recently tested AM Ensembles robotic process automation (RPA) and found that it fulfills a lot of our needs. The ease of integration with existing systems and our other software tools was impressive. AM Ensemble worked as a seamless interface. We could immediately identify the developers product vision, which is to make workflow automation processes simple and straightforward. We were also amazed at the breadth and depth of the product features. The inclusion of machine learning, AI and analytics capabilities will give us the much-needed insights and help us stay ahead of the competition. On a related note, the softwares UI and UX experience were not up to the mark; the application took too long to load the data, and the navigation was a bit awkward. Hopefully, the developers will address this soon. In conclusion, AM Ensembles strengths lie in its interoperability and product features. Its user experience, however, is an area of improvement. So, wed rate it a 3.7/5.
