Before purchasing Aitomations software, I researched many other RPA softwares, but none of them compared to Aitomations in terms of user-friendliness and features. Unlike other RPA softwares, I found that setting up and customizing Aitomations software was incredibly easy. Im a 65-year-old European male who isnt tech-savvy, but I found that I was able to understand the software quickly. I was also pleased to find that Aitomations RPA software was cost-effective. Even though it is a bit pricier than some other softwares, it delivers more features and is more powerful, making it well worth the investment. And I was able to quickly see a return-on-investment almost immediately after setup. Finally, the customer service team was also great. Whenever I had a question, I was able to quickly get in touch with them and get a helpful response in a timely manner. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Aitomations RPA software. Its easy-to-use, feature-rich, cost-effective, and customer service is top-notch. Im giving it a 5/5 rating based on my satisfaction with the product.

In addition, its utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) elements allows for better decisions-making and increases accuracy. However, I have encountered a few issues. The AI elements are very limited in the current version and Ive found the product to be quite slow at times. Additionally, the NLP feature is still in the early stages and Ive yet to see any real improvement in speeds. This download package is comprehensive, covering the whole process from start to finish, and then some. Everything you need to know to get their RPA setup and running is in the documentation so its a great place to start. I was really impressed with the level and detail of instruction, and I was able to quickly figure out how to setup our automation process. One issue that I had was that the images contained in the document didnt load properly, which was a bit annoying and disruptive, but other than this small issue, the documentation was great. Balance between features and cost-effectiveness: Aitomations offering also seems to find a nice balance between features and cost-effectiveness. Indeed, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was not as expensive as some of its competitors. One great example of its cost savings is its ability to apply rules-based automation. Instead of having to manually program the entire process, the software uses rules which significantly reduced the amount of time spent on the task. Whenever I reached out, someone was available almost immediately to answer my questions. For starters, there are tons of helpful articles and tutorials to help users get started. On top of that, there is also a very active forums and user groups where members often offer advice and help. 1 I recently decided to try Aitomations Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offerings to give a productivity boost to my business. Being in my late sixties, I was a bit overwhelmed when I looked at the wide range of different solutions and offerings the software had. But luckily, I had enough support that I could go and try the software and I am now in the process of getting it implemented. I have to give some thumbs up to the system, especially with regards to the cost of ownership. I managed to get the system up and running within a limited budget, and what was more, there werent any hidden costs associated with it. Moreover, the interoperability and integration levels are really good, which means the software can easily communicate with many other systems that are in place. I totally recommend Aitomations RPA software solutions to anyone who needs a value for money approach to increase their business productivity. Though I have yet to see the full efficacy of the system, I have all the confidence that it will be worth its value. 9/10 rating for me.
