Customer Support Rating 7/10 My experience with Ristas customer support has been mixed. On the one hand, their online resources are extremely helpful and their response time is excellent. On the other hand, Ive found their telephone-based customer support to be a bit lacking. Their staff has been friendly and knowledgeable, but their process for dealing with problems can be a bit slow and complicated. I found that there were too many bells and whistles that didnt necessarily contribute to the overall efficacy of the product. The system has the capability to provide advanced analytics, however I found that the analytics were not integrated seamlessly into the system. I had great difficulty locating the analytics, and navigating to different areas felt incredibly clunky and time consuming.
