The product vision of Quetzals POS is outstanding. Not only is the touch-screen display large and easy-to-read, but it also covers multiple languages so that customers from different regions can use it. In addition, there are very few buttons which makes operating it incredibly convenient. The features of the POS have been quite useful for me. As for the payment options, I can accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. I have also found the inventory control feature to be quite valuable as I can quickly track items and generate invoices. Lastly, with roles and limited access to certain functions, I can easily manage my staff. I believe the value for money is decent as well. Even though the monthly fee might seem high, it offers a plethora of features and tools that can make life easier for store owners, and I can always upgrade my package anytime. In addition, Quetzals customer support team is always available to offer help and advice. Overall, Im very satisfied with Quetzals Retail POS System. Its well-designed and feature-rich, while still being cost-effective. I give it a rating of 9 out of 10.

#2 As a consultant with extensive experience working with Quetzals Retail POS System, I think it lacks the capability to provide cutting-edge technology for futuristic use cases. While it offers transactions and basic retail operations, it does not have the necessary tools to enable streamlined retail operations. Moreover, customer support is pitiful, and often customer find themselves stuck troubleshooting devices or software issues on their own. Additionally, their reporting capabilities leave something to be desired, and could use some improvements to become more useful. As a result, I would not recommend this system to anyone looking for value for money. Its lack of futuristic use cases and customer support leaves a lot to be desired, and I rate it a 2/5 stars in terms of its ability to provide value for money.

Customer Support : 4/5 On a positive note, the customer support offered by the Quetzal team was quite reliable and timely. From the moment I interacted with them, they ascertained my requirements and hooked me up with the perfect solutions for my needs. Anytime I faced trouble, their customer service reps were quick to provide guidance and solved all my problems. They also answered all my queries patiently and answered all of my questions in-depth. Id rate their customer service a 9/10. The versatility of their solutions is commendable. All the POS solutions they offer can be easily integrated and deployed into any sector. From my retail store to futuristic needs such as mobile payments, they are capable of handling it all. They also offer excellent scaling platform to future-proof my business by ensuring smoother operations as my business grows. 10/10 points for their future-proofing. The products they offer come with various options such as integrated payment processing, full inventory management and customizable reports. ## I recently purchased Quetzals Retail POS System for my business and I love the level of Interoperability and integration it offers. One of my favorite things is the ability to do on-the-fly syncing from my own personal devices and from any connected countertops or printers. This is great for optimizing my productivity and reducing inventory mistakes. I was also able to quickly integrate my existing systems and inventory databases with the POS system so that I could keep all my data in one place. Overall, this aspect of the POS system gets a 9 out of 10 from me.

#3 Having used Quetzals Retail POS System on quite a few occasions, I can say it is not the most reliable when it comes to providing futuristic use cases. The products UI is not up to par with the industry standards, and the customer support often leaves customers at a loss. Additionally, their reporting capabilities are basic at best, and do not provide enough value for a customer to rely on it for any complex operation. All in all, I wouldnt recommend this system to anyone looking for value for money. I evaluate its ability to provide futuristic use cases to be 2/5 stars due to its lack of customer support, features and usability.

Product Vision: 2/5 When I heard about Quetzals Retail POS system, I thought the promise of a fully encompassing POS that offers both software services and hardware tools sounded great. But after using it for a few months, I can confirm that the product vision was severely lacking. I had expected to find tools to help manage stock levels and inventory, but there is no general overview for my business.
