4 - Use of next generation technology The Millennium Resources Retail POS system simply does not make use of the latest advances in technology. The system fails to take advantage of many of the modern advancements in POS technology such as cloud computing and big data. Even more disappointing is the fact that there does not appear to be any plans to update the system in the near future. As far as the use of next generation technology is concerned, I would rate the system a 1.5 out of 5.

Review 1 I recently purchased a Retail POS System from Millennium Resources, and I was disappointed with the customer service and ease of use. The customer service was far from what I expected and was lacking helpfulness. When I had trouble with the POS system and called for help, I was put on hold for long lengths of time, sometimes for over an hour, without any resolution to my problem. The customer representative often forgot to ask follow up questions to determine the source of my problem. This happened more than once which cost me a lot of time and frustration. The ease of use was severely lacking as well. The interface was disorganized and confusing. It was not straightforward to accomplish any task and I had to relearn the shortcuts every time I logged in. The system was not optimized for fast and efficient checkout. I would not recommend this POS system to any of my colleagues, and I would not rate it higher than two stars.

Millennium Resources POS Systems Review #3 I got a POS system from Millennium Resources and all I can say is that I am impressed. The system is extremely user-friendly, so I have no problem operating it. Plus, its great being able to track my sales and inventory all in one place. Plus, the touch screen and voice recognition make inputting information a breeze. The futuristic use cases are really handy moving forward. It automatically overcharges customers for any purchases and warns me before I make a mistake, which I really appreciate. I feel a lot more confident using this system than I did with my old one. Millennium Resources POS Systems Review #2 I recently purchased a POS system from Millennium Resources and am very happy with it. I love how user-friendly the system is, and being able to track my sales and inventory was a huge plus. Even better, the touch screen is quick and the voice recognition is effortless, which makes checkout seamless and stress-free. The futuristic use cases are also great. I must admit I did not understand the full extent of what it could do until I actually tested it out. I now feel confident I am correctly charging my customers and not overcharging them too. The system is both innovative and includes next-generation technology. That said, I have had to contact customer service a few times to ask a question or two, which I thought they handled very politely and efficiently. Customer Service The customer service offered by Millennium Resources is the cherry on top. All of the customer service reps Ive spoken with have been helpful and efficient. Not only do they provide support on the technical aspects of using the Retail POS System, but they have also been willing and able to answer questions related to the overall functionality of the system and its many features. I also found the community forum on their website to be a helpful resource for troubleshooting and general inquiries. Because of the high level of customer service offered by Millennium Resources, I would rate the customer service a 9/10.

Product Features I am equally impressed with the product features offered through the Retail POS System. From the users standpoint, the user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The systems features are comprehensive and provide users with the ability to manage the payment process, track customer feedback, track sales and inventory, access customer support, and monitor analytics all in one place. I encountered a plethora of issues with customer service and ease of use. The customer service left much to be desired. Every time I needed help, I was put on hold for lengthy periods of time, and on multiple occasions they completely forgot what I had asked them. Additionally, the customer service representative wasnt friendly and helpful, and often ignored my questions. On top of that, the ease of use was atrocious. Even navigating the basic functions was complicated, and it never seemed to run smoothly. The system was not optimized for prompt checkout which was frustrating when customers were waiting in line. 2 - Product features In comparison to other POS systems on the market, I find the features set of Millennium Resources Retail POS to be extremely limited and lacking in quality. The system really does not offer anything more than the basic functionalities which can be found on other more sophisticated systems. There were software bugs present and I had issues logging in a few times. This made the user experience rather cumbersome and unproductive. This was especially apparent in the added analytics tool. With it, I am able to quickly optimize my operations and maximize the efficiency. However, I did notice some downsides. For example, I found it a little difficult to understand some of the features. Even with having a background knowledge on POS systems, it could have been designed a bit more intuitively. Overall, I am satisfied with the retail POS system from Millennium Resources. It has a lot of potential and is a great tool to have in my business. Review 4 I recently purchased a Retail POS System from Millennium Resources, and while I am a technology savvy person, I experienced major difficulties with the customer service and ease of use of this system. Customer service was inefficient and not helpful at all. The customer representatives seemed to be clueless about the system, and I always had to explain the same thing multiple times for them to understand what I was asking for. It was absolutely infuriating to be treated this way, especially when I was expecting a responsive and helpful customer service. Additionally, the ease of use was dismal. The interface was confusing, and navigating the functions was a hassle. The POS system was not designed to improve checkout speed and accuracy, and it was often slow and unreliable. Hence, I would not recommend this POS system to my peers, and I would rate it no higher than two stars.

Review 2 I recently encountered Millennium Resources Retail POS System and was overall disappointed with my experience. The customer service was nothing to write home about as they had an unhelpful attitude, were slow to respond, and basic customer inquiries often felt like an inconvenience for them. Further, the product vision and product features were outdated and not in line with modern POS systems. I couldnt find many of the features I was looking for and the ones I did manage to find were not user-friendly. This was extremely disappointing since I expected more from them considering their reputation and the cost. Review 1 I recently purchased the Retail POS System offered by Millennium Resources. Overall, I was left with a negative experience due to the lack of customer service that I received from the company. They did not seem to care about the customer and instead, their focus was all on the sales. I found them to be slow in responding to my queries and they did not have a good product vision either. They did not understand my needs and expectations and simply ignored me when I asked them questions. I found their product features to be very basic and lacking in comparison to competitors. In my opinion, their POS system was not worth the cost and I would not recommend them. I would rate customer service and product vision 1 out of 5 and product features 2 out of 5.
