3. I have tried out IQMETRIXs Retail POS System and I find it disappointing. The cost of ownership was quite high for a system of this size and it did not prove to be all that suitable for my business needs. I found the customer service of no real help either. Tech support only offered long-distance assistance and nothing more. On top of that, they also charged a monthly fee for providing customer support service, which I feel only intensified the cost. Overall, the system was fast and user-friendly, but the initial cost was not really worth it. I would rate this system a 2/5 in terms of Value for Money.

With the system requiring manual configuration and multiple clicks to perform any given task, even the simplest of operations can prove to be quite a challenge. All of the hardware and software needed to get started were included, as well as detailed reports and inventory control components. Review 4 on Ease of use Apart from the complex setting up process, I find the navigation of IQMETRIXs Retail POS System cumbersome and cluttered. The user interface, though modern and attractive, lacks visibility and representation of data. Furthermore, its hard to find the right settings or adjust any configurations. Not to mention, deploying and maintaining a POS solution can be a tedious manual process, and locating updates and newer versions can require substantial search effort. While the system does come with a lot of promising futuristic use cases, sadly, these dont really hold up against industry standards. For example, the product vision promised to help retailers streamline the checkout process, but the interface is not intuitive enough for customers or employees to use. Also, many of the product features are outdated and lack the technologically advanced capabilities to make a meaningful difference in the store experience. 5. I recently purchased IQMETRIXs Retail POS System and overall I cannot say Im satisfied with the cost of ownership. The system does have some nice features, but for the price I paid it was far less than what I expected. Plus the ongoing charges for customer support made it all the more expensive. Tech support didnt help much either. In terms of customer service, they were very prompt in responding to my queries but they were only able to provide assistance through the internet and not onsite. Although the system works faster and is easy to use, I cannot help but feel like I spent too much money with not enough value in return. In my opinion, I would rate this system a 2/5 in terms of Value for Money.

Ive been in the business world for many years now and have explored a fair few options of Retail POS Systems from different vendors. The initial cost of purchase for IQMETRIXs offerings was relatively expensive, considering the lack of features. In other words, the value for money was dissatisfying in my opinion. I certainly would have expected more features for the price I paid. They also charge a monthly fee for providing customer support, which I felt only added to the cost. Tech support services were average in nature. Although they were able to guide me through the process of installing the system, they could not provide onsite help for any technical issues that may have arisen. Overall, I cannot completely frown upon the system. It is definitely faster and more user-friendly compared to my previous system, and the customer services have responded promptly to all of my enquiries but I am still disappointed with the overall cost of ownership for this product. I would rate my experience a 2/5 in terms of Value for Money.

But for modern, enterprise level implementations, there are some kinks that need to be ironed out. The offer is absolutely lacking when it comes to the ability to connect to external APIs or perform custom functions. While the foundations are there, our team found it extremely difficult to get the system to communicate effectively with other services it should be able to integrate with. The main pain points of our trial run was the lack of support for advanced features, integration with third-party services, and no option for creating new custom functions. Review 1 on Interoperability and integration After researching IQMETRIXs Retail POS Systems offerings, I find that its not quite up to the mark when it comes to interoperability and integration. Though it may have connectors for popular tools like QuickBooks, some third-party integrations tend to be slow, long, and complex. Data-sharing capabilities between different components are limited, and full device integration options are spotty. Setting up an integration requires significant manual effort from the users perspective, not just from the technical perspective. Additionally, some of the more complex integrations involve expensive, custom-built APIs, once again shifting the onus to the user. Rating: 4/10

I am very impressed with the product vision, understanding exactly what I needed to make my store run smoothly. Review 2: IQMETRIXs Retail POS System was an absolute let down in my experience. Though they promised innovation in its product vision and features, it simply failed to deliver. I found that the systems features are a few years behind what is currently on the market, and theres barely any indication of their promised updates and features to come. In terms of performance, the system lagged and was often bogged down by high levels of traffic. This adversely affected checkout times and customer service. All in all, I rate this system one star.

Review 4: IQMETRIXs Retail POS System promises a lot but fails to deliver. I found that the functionalities are quite out-dated and the system fails to keep up with the current market trends. Also, the product vision of the system is very limited with poorly executed features. Ive come across multiple bugs with the system, making it difficult to use. Despite the promises of a new and improved system, Im afraid this system wont be able to keep up in the future. My rating for this system would be two stars.

1 After spending countless hours evaluating IQMETRIXs Retail POS System, its my professional opinion that while the platform offers several advanced capabilities, the interoperability and future support fall short. The difficulty in connecting to 3rd party applications is concerning, and they dont do a great job of anticipating future use cases. If youre looking for a product to keep your business up to date, this isnt the solution for you. Rating: 2/5 While the initial setup process runs smooth and without issue, the same cant be said for supporting 3rd party integrations. Integrating with different point of sale services, payment gateway solutions and accounting applications was a surprisingly tedious process. We were unable to integrate with more than two services successfully and manual input for the remaining data was required. Rating: 2/5

2. Interoperability and Integration - 5/5 As a customer and business owner, Im very impressed with how well IQMETRIXs retail POS system works with my other systems and third-party apps. Everything from inventory control to payment processing is connected and its amazing. Moreover, I can access customer and application data from any device, wherever I am in the world, since the system is cloud-based. I can also easily integrate new hardware and software within my existing POS system, making it much easier to upgrade the system when necessary. Im confident in the interoperability and integration IQMETRIXs retail POS system provides and highly recommend it.

The reps were knowledgeable, friendly and always available to give me assistance whenever needed. I found that the system was tailored to my specific needs, making it all the more easier to use. 10/10 customer service. The system itself is incredibly easy to use, even for a rookie like myself. I love that the interface is intuitive and that I can access the system from anywhere. I honestly dont think Id go back to my old POS system if I had the chance. 10/10 for ease of use.

2 Developers hoping to utilize the IQMETRIXs Retail POS System in order to have their product work alongside the software are out of luck. While the platform supports basic development, their lack of support for design customizations and feature extensions is a major issue. Were hoping that theyll roll out an update to enable solution providers to better extend the capabilities of their products and services to take advantage of this powerful software solution. Rating: 2/5 The platform also isnt ready to accommodate future-proof solutions yet. We hoped to be able to provide a smooth, integrated solution that customers would use for years down the line; but the clunky sharing and syncing options were lacking. We were unable to provide a smooth experience without extensive manual intervention and learned quickly that the platform doesnt currently offer the solutions necessary for long-term support. 5 In conclusion, although the features are straight to the point and comprehensive, the lack of advanced integrations and no option for creating new custom functions is a huge drawback for IQMETRIXs Retail POS System. But if you own a small shop and dont need advanced features then the system might be worth a try. We found their in-built security features to be reliable and impressive, however; their lack of future-proof support made it difficult for us to recommend a long-term solution. Rating: 2/5

The customer service team was able to answer any questions I had in an incredibly timely manner and even hunted down solutions for complex problems. Every customer service interaction I had with them was professional and friendly. With their help, I was able to set up and configure the system according to my needs. 11/10 customer service. Im also extremely pleased with how easy the system is to use. I found that the interface is very user-friendly and the instructions are very easy to follow. 1. Cost of Ownership - 4/5 I recently purchased IQMETRIXs retail POS system and Im very happy with the price. I felt the cost was more than reasonable considering the multiple components I got with the system. Everything was included, such as the hardware, system software, extensive reports, inventory control, and more. Im also impressed by the scalability. I can easily increase my capacity when needed, without having to buy more of the same hardware. Additionally, the maintenance plan I purchased was indeed well worth it. Overall, Im very pleased with the cost of ownership IQMETRIXs retail POS system provides.

While the system does come with a lot of exciting product vision and features, sadly, these dont really match up with industry standards. 2. IQMETRIXs Retail POS System promised plenty of features but I wasnt impressed. The cost of ownership was considerably more than what I expected. Plus the additional monthly fees for customer support services made it all the more expensive. The user-friendliness is commendable, once I got the system set up, but the process of installation wasnt made any easier by the tech support as they only went through the process via telecommunication. Although Im fairly impressed with the speed of the system and the customer services have responded promptly to my concerns, the overall cost of ownership for this system was not justified. I expected a lot more for that price and would rate my overall experience with the value for money at 2/5.
