I heard about Appetizes Retail POS System and thought it would be an ideal way to accept various forms of payment. As a business owner, I understood the need to innovate, but unfortunately this system did not meet my expectations at all. The user interface was extremely complicated and was not at all suitable for someone like me who is not too tech-savvy. Despite going through the instructions again and again, I simply could not understand how to precisely use this. In terms of functionality and futuristic use cases, this system could have done much better. There are no automated functions and wouldve been great to see some kind of AI integration or even use of voice commands. It can accept different payment methods which is good, but not enough for modern customers. Though Appetizes Retail POS System seemed to be an ideal choice for my business, it failed to keep its promise. From poor user-friendliness to lack of futuristic functions, this cannot be a solution for me. Rating: 2 out of 5

Appetize Retail POS System Customer Service Review Ive been a customer of Appetizes Retail POS System for a few months now. The pro-level customer service has been an absolute blessing. I had an issue where I was unable to make a payment and the support staff assists me over the phone and online. Within an hour or so, they had sorted out the issue and got my system up and running again! The customer service team is also really proactive. They often check in to see if Im having any issues, which I really appreciate. Additionally, they offer detailed tutorials, options for customizing user roles and permissions, and 24/7 customer support. All in all, Im incredibly satisfied with Appetizes customer service. They offer great support, proactivity and customization options. 5/5 stars.

It requires extensive knowledge of programming to be able to operate it at a basic level, which can be challenging for our employees. Additionally, the user interface is complicated and unappealing, making it hard to successfully navigate. There have been several instances when our staff has made a mistake while entering in data because the process was not clear. Also, when compared to other systems, Appetizes is less user-friendly, making it hard for our customers to quickly and easily purchase items. Furthermore, common tasks like applying discounts within the system are confusing and take too much time. Lastly, the system is not customizable, making it harder to personalize our experience with the system. Overall, Appetizes Retail POS System lacks in both interoperability and ease of use. It has been difficult to integrate with other software and its user interface is confusing and not user friendly. I would not recommend this system due to these issues.

And I must say, the system is quite remarkable. From integrated loyalty programs to integration with my POS system, the system offers impressive features. The technology and interface of the system is stellar. I found the Appetize team to be available for assistance day and night, whenever I had an issue with the system. And the most impressive thing about Appetize is their focus on customers to customize their service in contrast to common POS systems. The cost of Appetizes system is may be a bit steep for some, but totally worth it if you seek futuristic system options. Although there were a few glitches in the report due to some version issues, the customer support was quick to sort it out. All in all, I would rate Appetizes Retail POS System four and a half out of five. The only downside I experienced was some delay in the system updates.

Since we are a small business with only one location, easily integrating with other programs is a nice option for us. Sadly, the Appetize POS System does not live up to its promise in this department. It does not have the ability to create a central database for multiple users to access, so each of our staff must have their own system. This makes synchronization and data sharing almost impossible. Furthermore, reports generated from the system are hard to read, making it difficult to understand how to use them. Additionally, the lack of an OData API is a major problem. This means that we cannot easily link our Appetize Retail POS System with other software, making integrations and interoperability very difficult.

I recently tried out Appetizes Retail POS system, and while Im impressed with the overall experience, I was especially taken with the interoperability and integration of their product. Compared to some other POS systems Ive tried, Appetize allowed for a seamless integration with the data systems I already had in place, which allowed for an easy transition process. Since the POS system is able to communicate with already-existing systems, I felt very comfortable with the implementation process. I was also pleased with the way Appetize was able to integrate with payment processors, allowing for secure and efficient payments from customers as well. Additionally, Appetize is able to integrate with a variety of eCommerce platforms, enabling me to make sure my customers have a streamlined purchasing experience. Rating: 9/10

It also offers various other features such as predictive analytics and forecasting of items. Their customer support was an added bonus as it was easy to install the system and the technicians were helpful and courteous. The system proved to be quite powerful but I experienced some glitches due to some version issues. Although I would have liked the system to have smoother updates, overall I would rate it four and a half out of five given the futuristic use cases and technology it offers, as well as its value for money.

Review of Appetizes Retail POS System by Young Woman Buyer - 4 After trying Appetizes Retail POS System, I could say that it has been money well spent. The system comes with all the features one expects from a modern POS system: from using my existing inventory, tracking sales, customer service, etc. I found the user interface of Appetizes system to be quite intuitive and the customer support is quite outstanding. They are ready to answer all queries, helping me understand the features of the system. The system also offers plenty of customization options that are unique to my business. Although the cost of the Appetizes system was a bit more than others, I found it to be value for money, considering all the features the system offers. The only downside I had was the time of software updates which could have been improved. Given the features, usability and customer service offered by Appetize, I would rate their Retail POS System four and a half out of five.

What I particularly appreciate about this system is the ability to track my inventory for future use cases. It even allows me to use this data for prediction and forecasting of items. Appetize Retail POS System Customer Service Review #3 Ive been using the Appetize Retail POS System for a few months and their customer service is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions that I have quickly and adequately. The customer service team is also very proactive. They regularly check in to make sure that everything is running smoothly and to resolve any minor issues in a timely manner. Appetize Retail POS System Cost of Ownership Review #2 For a relatively new system, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Appetizes Retail POS System comes with a very reasonable cost of ownership. Plans are offered on a sliding scale, starting from the basic for low-end users, to the premium plan for those seeking more features. There is also no up-front cost which is perfect for small businesses who dont have the budget to invest in expensive digital infrastructure. The only downside that I found is that some of the higher tier features, such as remote management and hardware integration, are only available on the highest plan. This restricts the ability to scale up, as businesses might then need to invest more to gain access to these features. Overall, the Appetize Retail POS System is a great option for businesses who want to modernize their digital infrastructure without breaking the bank. 4/5 stars.

I recently heard about Appetizes Retail POS System. A friend had always stressed the importance of being ready to accept new methods of payment and I thought this would be a great first step. Unfortunately, I quickly found out that this system was not suitable for me or my business. I found that this system was not at all user-friendly. Even after spending several hours trying to learn how to use it, I still wasnt able to get the hang of it. The interface seems to be made for tech-savvy people and it was impossible for me to understand the instructions. I also found that the features werent live up to my expectations when it comes to the futuristic use cases. It can accept new methods of payments, but there are no tools to automate the process. Something like integrating with AI-assistments to help get more customers or other useful functions would be helpful but nothing like that seems to be available. Overall, I found that Appetizes Retail POS System is not the one for me. It was very difficult to get accustomed to the functioning and the lack of futuristic wants really put it at a disadvantage.
