With the use of Oracles Retail Analytics, I can see the multi-dimensional view of customer behaviour in a single platform. It allows me to easily segment customers with customer personas, view orders and prints, and get insights into various campaigns. The product features are top-notch and it is seamlessly integrated with multiple platforms. Oracles next generation technologies make it easy to use and staying up-to-date with the latest innovative features. It also supports futuristic use cases, helping my organisation to explore new analytics-driven opportunities. I am also impressed with the cost of ownership and the value for money. I was also impressed with Oracles stability and maturity as a product. Customer service is excellent and they have been incredibly helpful when I have had queries. The product also takes into account privacy and security and is compliant with data security standards, providing good peace of mind. Rating - 4/5 I have been using Oracles Retail Analytics offerings for some time, and I have been very happy with it. It provides a comprehensive view of customer behavior, inventory analysis, and purchase analysis. With the customer analytics, I am able to understand customer trends, segment customer personas, and easily identify problem areas to address. Furthermore, I can look into customer segments and order patterns, to better understand their preferences and optimize the Business. It is extremely helpful for the customer service personas, as they are able to identify customers complaints before they actually start to act. In considering the product features and overall innovation, I am delighted with the way Oracle has kept up with the times. It is well-integrated with other leading platforms and also supports mobile apps. For example, the mobile app has helped reduce the customers waiting time, allowing them to make quicker transactions. Furthermore, its next-gen machine learning capabilities helps do predictive sales and automatically identify promising products and services. I am also pleased with their cost of ownership and the value they provide for money. All in all, I highly recommend Oracles Retail Analytics offerings to everyone who wants to gain valuable insights into their customer and product data. The customer service is excellent and I have found the staff knowledgeable and supportive. There isnt much else to ask for when it comes to Retail Analytics.
