Resource Guru is a resource scheduling application that is entirely cloud-based and caters to the needs of organizations of various sizes. It has a calendar feature and a drag and drop scheduling tool that allows rescheduling and booking. 'Review 5 I'm a procurement manager and recently got to test out Resource Guru's resource management software offering. What can I say? The whole experience was impressive. The interoperability and integration with our existing system was a complete success and in no time the entire team was up and running. Furthermore, the ease of use left me speechless. The design was so user friendly and intuitive that people with no prior experience were able to use the system efficiently. Plus, the various features like assigning resources to projects, tracking labour costs, and reporting on project performance were a breeze. All in all, I'd give Resource Guru a 4.9/5 stars for both interoperability/integration and ease of use. I'm totally sold!'

'I was looking for a resource management software for my team when I came across some of the reviews on Resource Guru's Software offering. The claims of their offering being the best in the market and the promises it made were lofty and I decided to provide it a try. Today, after having used it for a few months now, I feel that it is time to provide an honest review of the same. Starting with innovation, while the user interface of the software was quite good and user experience very pleasant, I felt that the features lacked the level of innovation I was hoping for. The software still relies on traditional ways of resource planning and I believe they should start investing more in future use cases and next-generation technology if they desire to stay in the market. It would be great if they could work on offering futuristic features such as AI-driven project planning and estimation. I would rate it 4 out of 10 in terms of overall innovation. Talking about the use of next-generation technology, resource guru missed the mark here too. The software still heavily relies on traditional project notification and allocation systems, which do not do justice to the very advanced technology that they claim to have. For example, I expected automated resource planning that could suggest skilled resources or re-allocation of tasks based on new data streams but, unfortunately, the software still lacks such features. I would rate them 3 out of 10 in terms of use of next-generation technology. In conclusion, I would say that Resource Guru’s software offering is missing out in both innovation and use of next-generation technology. I am not sure if they will be able to successfully keep up with their competitors if they continue down this path.'

'I recently started using Resource Guru for our resource management needs and I gotta say, I'm quite happy with it. Being an engineer manager, I had to ensure our resources are well utilized, tracked and managed. Resource Guru gave us a one stop solution to view and manage everything in seconds, without having to manually manage and organize it. The user friendly interface made it easy for us to assign, schedule, and have visibility of all our resources in one go. I highly appreciate the value for money Resource Guru provides us. Compared to other available software, we found Resource Guru significantly cheaper and with just as many features. It also allows us to use the system and upgrade, which means we aren't forced to spend more than we need to. I'd give them 5 stars for value for money. Apart from their good software, their customer service staff is awesome. They were prompt in responding to our emails and queries about their features, plans and more. I found them knowledgeable and friendly and they had no hesitation in going out of their way to help sticky issues. A 10/10 for their customer service. Overall, I'm pleased with Resource Guru's resource management software. It's the perfect resource management solution for us.'

'2. Product Vision & Experience: Resource Guru also promised a lot in terms of the user experience. Unfortunately, the product did not really deliver on this promise. In general, I found the user interaction with the product quite limited. There were several issues that I faced in terms of basic navigational items such as pop-up windows and page loading which would often lead to frustration. Additionally, the lack of mobile friendliness was a major issue. Despite my earlier enthusiasm, I have to rate the product vision & experience with Resource Guru as 1/5.'

'As an engineering manager, my job was to find a resource management software that would allow us to manage and track resources effectively. After trying out Resource Guru, I can proudly say that I have found it. Right from the get go, their user friendly and navigable interface has made it really easy for us to manage our resources and times. What really made me appreciate Resource Guru was their value for money. The features that were offered were excellent and the price was much more economical than other software. They also allowed us to just use the system and upgrade, which meant we weren't forced to pay more than we had to. Great 5 stars from me for their value for money. In addition to their product, their customer service staff is top notch. They have been absolutely wonderful in responding to our emails and queries about their features, plans and more. My emails were promptly replied to and i found them helpful and keen to solve all my issues. A big thumbs up for their customer service and a 10/10 from me. 'Overall Use of Next Generation Technologies - 9/10 At first I was a bit skeptical of using Resource Guru’s Resource Management Software. Resource Guru offers a fantastic suite of features and services that leverage the very latest in next-generation technologies. I especially love the calendar and resource scheduling system; it’s user-friendly and you can easily rotate resources between different projects and teams. The visual resource scheduling interface is fast and efficient. Overall, I find that the software provides great value and a very good return on investment. Ease of Use - 9/10 I want to make sure that my team works as efficiently and effectively as possible. Therefore, I appreciate how simple it is to use the Resource Guru’s Resource Management Software. From my colleagues to my junior staff, across the board everyone was able to learn the interface quickly and efficiently. They are able to adjust their resource schedules and get up-to-date information. This, in turn, has allowed us to improve our productivity and manage our resources better. Overall Innovation - 10/10 Resource Guru’s Resource Management Software offers a wide range of innovative and powerful features. First of all, it has field blending which allows us to customize our fields and assign the necessary resources to each particular task or project. Overall, the software has been helpful in enabling us to more efficiently utilize our resources and allocate tasks more effectively. The support team have also been exceptionally helpful and have always been there for us to respond to any technical queries we may have. However, there are some aspects which I believe can be improved. The interoperability of the software could be better - while it is possible to integrated Resource Guru to existing CRMs, the process could be smoother. Additionally, the value for money does not seem as competitive as other software solutions on the market. 'Overall Use of Next Generation Technologies - 9/10 Resource Guru has done a tremendous job of utilizing modern technologies in their resource management software. They have even managed to make rotation and resource scheduling faster and more efficient with their user-friendly calendar and visual interface. Asset management has also been very easy and intuitive. Ease of Use - 7/10 Using the software has been fairly straightforward for our senior team. Our junior staff, however, initially had a bit of difficulty learning how to use the Resource Guru’s Resource Management Software. Of course, the issue was quickly rectified by the user guide and online tutorials. They were able to get to grips with the software rather quickly and have been quite productive in recent weeks. Nonetheless, it would have been a bit smoother of a transition if the initial interface was simpler. Overall Innovation - 8/10 Whilst the software is by no means revolutionary, it certainly offers some very advanced and innovative features. Enabled by AI algorithms, our custom fields have been a gamechanger when it comes to boosting productivity and managing resources better. Additionally, I'm quite pleased with their mobile app which offers a good range of features and capabilities. I was also quite pleased with the product vision. It incorporated some of the latest technological advancements in order to make resource management as simple and efficient as possible. It was like having a crystal ball on my team's resource availability and I could easily see how their availability changed over time. All in all, I'd give Resource Guru's Resource Management Software an 8/10. The Resource Management Software has definitely helped us streamline our organization and utilize our resources more effectively. We have also had a great experience with the support team who have been prompt with their responses and able to help us resolve any technical issues we have encountered. However, I have to say that the interoperability of the software could be better. While it is possible to integrate Resource Guru to existing CRMs, the process can be a bit clunky and it has not been optimized as one would expect. The Value for money is on par with other software solutions - however it is my opinion that there could be room for improvement here and that the services could be provided at a more competitive rate. The value for money is also decent - the software is able to scale to our business needs, which has meant that our annual payment has been proportionate to our usage. 'Review 4 Resource Guru's resource management software offering is quite impressive, in my opinion. I like the ability to easily view who is assigned to what tasks as well as how much capacity everyone has. The particular features I find particularly useful are the integration with various third-party services such as Slack, Google Calendar and Microsoft Office 365. The online support portal was quite comprehensive. '## I recently started using Resource Guru's Resource Management Software and I'm really impressed with the capabilities it provides. It allows me to manage projects, book resources, and forecast projects in a much quicker and more efficient manner. I can easily allocate resources across multiple teams and transfer skills between projects, which has allowed us to reduce costs and minimize wasted time, resources, and labor. The cost of ownership is very reasonable as the software provides a lot of features that you normally would not get from other resource management systems. They also offer different packages and payment plans to suit various budgets. On top of that, the customer service is really helpful and attentive. Resource Guru also does a great job at supporting futuristic use cases. We were given personalized one-on-one training and support when we first got started, which allowed us to easily familiarize ourselves with the different features and utilize the system to its fullest potential. We can also easily leave feedback as a way to suggest new features and improvements. Overall, I'd give Resource Guru's Resource Management Software a 9/10 based on cost of ownership, customer service, and their ability to support futuristic use cases.'
