There are valuable resource scheduling and rescheduling features which have been beneficial for keeping us on track, and accurate reporting. That being said, LiquidPlanner is hardly on the cutting-edge of resource management software. There are limited options for customizing my workflow, and no features which capitalize on AI or automation. Additionally, customer service is hit and miss; I've had some good experiences with specialist help, but the responses can be slow and not particularly knowledgeable about the product. Overall, I would give LiquidPlanner a rating of 7/10 for supporting futuristic use cases and customer service.'

Back then it was a promising product that was far from perfect - but over time it has made all the right improvements and honed the product to a level of impressive sophistication. I must applaud LiquidPlanner's product vision, because with every iteration and update they've incorporated new features, functions, and tools that streamline project management and resource management. Having the ability to customize notifications and view project progress in one platform gives me great oversight of how resources are being allocated across projects and teams, and how resources are being planned and tracked. It's also helpful to be able to quickly update tasks, check availability between people and venues, and switch roles with drop-down menus. The cost of ownership isn't all that bad either - the price isn't cheap, but it's certainly worth how much more efficient resource management has become with it. The fees are also clear and transparent, and require no extra hidden costs. I do, however, have a few minor negative comments. The slight lag in aligning resources with necessary skills can be a problem, and, as it stands, the integration with Google and Outlook isn't as seamless or efficient as it could be. Overall, I highly recommend LiquidPlanner for anyone looking for a comprehensive and flexible resource management solution. 8/10'

We’re a small engineering team of 8 developers and working on complicated projects, so managing resources across our projects and sprints was becoming increasingly challenging. LiquidPlanner made the process a lot easier and streamlined. My team loves the resource utilization graphs they can generate which gives them a much better understanding of the project's progress and the workload distribution. It’s also great to be able to see the projects team members are most skilled at giving us a better idea of timescales and resource distribution. Interoperability and integration is also great. We use a range of 3rd party services and tools, and LiquidPlanner integrates with all of them — something which I haven’t seen any other software offering do. This makes managing conflicts and task overlaps much easier when I’m managing the resource side of things. 'I've been using LiquidPlanner since our company decided to switch our Employee Resource Management (ERM) software to the cloud. We'd been with an in-house software system for many years and were loathe to change, but the cost of ownership with LiquidPlanner alleviated many of our concerns. We've also been very happy with the level of customer service. The customer success team takes the time to answer my questions, and I can always reach out with a phone call if I'm having any problems. Once we got over the hump of switching our system, I was truly amazed at the powerful features LiquidPlanner has to offer. One of the most useful has been the ability to easily create projects and assignments for my team. They can now manage their resources and their own workloads with great ease. The features that stand out are the automated scheduling, predictive timeline, and resource tracking options. I love seeing forecasted capacity for every team member. This gives me better visibility into the project progress and who exactly has over or under allocated resources. The LiquidPlanner mobile app is also seriously great. I can access and even update my projects and resources from my phone which makes it especially useful when I'm away from the office. My team is also loving how easy it's been to use the mobile app which makes it easier to stay organized and up to date. Overall I give LiquidPlanner 5 stars for its cost of ownership, customer service and feature set.
