'2 I recently started using RealPage’s Property Management Software offerings to help manage my team’s operations. As an R&D Head, I need a reliable way to manage and oversee the work of my team. After using RealPage’s software for a couple of months, I’d like to review the product. To begin, I’d rate the product vision of RealPage’s software at 3/5. This product has some helpful features, but unfortunately, I find that these features are slow to adjust and become outdated quickly. I’d like to able to make changes and updates more quickly, but this has been nearly impossible so far. When it comes to the features of RealPage’s software, I’d give this a rating of 3/5. The features are extensive, but many are not useful for our operations. The workflow setup requires manual changes and adjustments on a daily basis, and I find myself spending far too much time on these tweaks. It’s a reliable product, but there must be something faster and more efficient out there. When it comes to value for money, I’d rate RealPage’s Property Management Software offerings at 3.5/5. It’s not the most cost-efficient choice out there, as I believe there are other software packages with more features for a lower cost. Overall, I’m satisfied with RealPage’s Property Management Software offerings but may look into other options in the near future. It does the job, but I have to be careful to compare the cost and features with other software packages.'

'Review 3 RealPage Property Management Software has been a go-to source for our international business to properly manage our portfolio of 100+ properties spread across the world. After extensive evaluation and comparison with other solutions, we settled on RealPage and it has paid off - offering quality and performance while keeping the cost at a budget. From a value for money perspective, we have never been disappointed. For the features and performance it provides, we find it great for our pockets. The product is not cheap, but the features and quality justify the cost. RealPage also helps us with integrating and interoperability with other third party solutions. This is an essential feature, as we moved from one platform to another quickly without data transfer issues. This saved us time and effort, as data transfer and storage was smooth with RealPage team. On a whole, I rate RealPage Property Management Software 8.5/10.'

'Review 3 - Property Management Software from RealPage As the Procurement Manager for a large real estate company, I recently had the opportunity to evaluate the Property Management Software from RealPage. After extensive testing, I feel that this solution is not up to the standards of other offerings in the market. On the product vision front, their efforts fell short. The product does not have a clearly defined purpose, and the features all felt like they were thrown together without any real thought process. RealPage could benefit from revisiting their product objectives and digging into users’ needs/demands. The interoperability and integration abilities were also lacking. It’s missing many of the latest technologies and capabilities for linking up with multiple systems. It matches other basic offerings but that’s about it. In summary, there are better Property Management Software solutions available. RealPage’s offering is plagued with out of date features and limited integration/interoperability capabilities. My rating for this offering would be 2 out of 10.'

'As a Procurement Manager, it is important to have access to reliable and straightforward property management software. RealPage’s offerings have been invaluable to my team's ability to keep tabs on our properties. Setting up the system was relatively easy and intuitive. Having the option to use both web-based platforms and mobile apps is very useful for any business. We also get real-time updates and data which helps us to stay ahead of the competition. The user interface is also easy to use and I am impressed by the range of features that RealPage offers. The ability to customize workflow and reporting for each specific property was particularly useful for us as it saved us a lot of time and resources. It was also great to have the option to automate certain processes such as tenant payments and invoicing. The customer support we received was excellent. Whenever I had a query or ran into a problem, their technical team was on hand to offer assistance. I found RealPage’s pricing to be quite reasonable for a system with such a wide range of features. Overall, I am satisfied with the value for money that RealPage’s Property Management Software offers my team. 'I’ve been using RealPage’s Property Management Software for awhile now and have not had a very positive experience with it. While the product vision and future use cases that RealPage promises are good, the product features are quite difficult to understand and often unreliable. I find their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it hard to quickly resolve any issues I have. As for futuristic use cases, RealPage has features like lead conversion tracking, occupancy prediction and marketing solutions, but their performance is not great and the analytics are not easy to use. In terms of user interface design, RealPage is outdated and not optimized for the best usability. This makes it difficult to quickly switch between different features and navigate the software in a smooth fashion. On the whole, I would not recommend RealPage’s Property Management Software to anyone. I rate it two out of five stars due to my experience with and the lack of improvements in the product features. I believe RealPage needs to make its software more user friendly to stand out from the competition.'

Their product vision isn't sophisticated enough to address today's market needs, and the product features are severely lacking. The user interface is clunky and there isn't much room for increased efficiency. Lastly, the cost of ownership isn't justifiable. It is far too expensive compared to other software products in the market, which offer much better features. 'Review 1 At my multinational company, we recently chose to switch to RealPage Property Management Software for our portfolio of 100+ properties scattered across the country. We did an exhaustive evaluation process of different management software solutions before selecting RealPage and I am pleased to say that in the 8 months that we have been using it, it has been nothing but beneficial for our business. First of all, in terms of value for money, RealPage does a great job in providing an excellent suite of features at an affordable price. This doesn’t mean that the product is cheap and skimping on features, but that it provides an optimal mix of features and performance at a great price. Interoperability and integration are also something that a lot of other management software solutions lack - but not RealPage. It excels at giving the users a great ability to integrate with other third-party software solutions, as well as easily transition previously stored data. So far, this has proven very useful and is one of the aspects that makes it stand out. My overall rating for RealPage Property Management Software is 8.5/10.'

While the system is quite good at what it does, there are still some minor issues that could be improved. The customer service was helpful, but they too have had difficulty overcoming when it comes to certain issues. Interoperability and integration is also hit and miss. While the system links up quite well with many of our existing software programs, there are still some that could be improved – especially with compatibility issues. We’ve had to do a lot of trial and error before finding the appropriate settings. All in all, RealPage's property management system is not bad. It's just that it could be improved upon. As such, I was recently charged with researching and evaluating Property Management Software offerings from RealPage. I had the chance to test this solution and overall, I was underwhelmed by the product vision and features. In my opinion, the product does not have a clear vision or direction. It’s unfocused, and it felt more like a bunch of loosely related features than a cohesive product offering. Additionally, the product features are basic at best and lack innovation. They just don’t stand out from the pack. Furthermore, the interoperability and integration capabilities are limited. There are some basic integrations with other software solutions, but you won’t have access to any cutting-edge tools for linking RealPage to more powerful technologies. Overall, the Property Management Software from RealPage has potential but right now, there are far better solutions on the market. I would rate it a 3 out of 10.'

'I’ve been using RealPage's Property Management Software for a couple of years now and I believe that the product vision and future use cases they promise are good on paper. However, the product features are far from intuitive, making it difficult to understand the ins and outs of the software. Further, their customer service team is inefficient and unresponsive, which has caused many issues for me. When it comes to futuristic use cases, RealPage has interesting features such as lead conversion tracking, occupancy prediction and marketing solutions, but they don’t always deliver on their promises. In terms of user interface design, the software is outdated and not well optimized for day-to-day use. This makes it hard to switch between features and navigate the system in an easy manner. As the R&D Head of a rapidly-growing company, I truly value the convenience and efficiency of a product’s features when it comes to managing my team’s operations. I'd give the product vision of RealPage's software a 3/5. I appreciate that it is intuitive and allows for customization, but its features don't keep up with my company's constantly shifting needs. I'm disappointed with how static the product can be at times, losing its efficacy if I must make too many adjustments. In terms of product features, I'd also give this a 3/5. Despite a wealth of features, I find some of the keys useful but outdated - I haven't been able to take advantage of its potential as a result. The features offer different levels of workflows but I find myself having to constantly make changes to the workflow setup as well as the reporting process, which adds up to a lot of wasted time over the span of a few days. I'd give RealPage's Property Management Software offerings a 3.5/5 for value for money. The product itself has good features, but I don't think it's the most cost-effective choice. There are plenty of other software packages that offer more features for a lower cost, so I think there is room for improvement in this area. Overall, I'm satisfied but not impressed with RealPage's Property Management Software offerings. It does the job, but I'd be wise to look into other software offerings to see if there are better-suited choices for my company's needs.'

This has made managing our property much easier and more user-friendly, which is important to us. RealPage's team was more than willing to train us – for free – if we had any questions. Overall, RealPage's property management software is a great choice. We've been using it for nearly a year now and have had minimal issues. The customer service is great, and the system is easy to use and navigation. Plus, we have had great success with the interoperability and integration of other programs. Highly recommend!'

They provided me with insightful feedback and were there through every step of the way. The value-for-money proposition of RealPage's software is also commendable. We needed a system which could provide us with the features we sought and the software has delivered. At the same time, we didn't feel overcharged by them either. Of course, there is definitely room for improvement. The program has a few bugs here and there which could be sorted out and the processes for setting up and configuring the system could be simplified. Taking all these into account, I'm rating RealPage's Property Management Software offerings as 4.25 out of 5 stars.'
