'I have been using Workfront Project Management Software for my team over a year now. Having come from a mediocre project management tool, I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to transition to Workfront and get up and running quickly. The user-friendly UI and intuitive design has made it so much easier for my team to get their projects on track and back on timeline. The onboarding experience was excellent and their customer support team was always available to answer my questions and keep my team informed.
The cost was also very reasonable for the features that Workfront offers. The charges are based on the number of users on the product and as a result it has allowed me to focus my budget on other areas of my business. Workfront’s features include the ability to track budget and performance, assign tasks, manage document collaboration and version control, set up notifications and workflows with custom processes and more. I am also really happy with the analytics that Workfront provides, which focuses on improving our team’s efficiency and makes it easy to track our progress.
The only downside to Workfront is that for some more complex projects, I have had issues with scale and have found it difficult to complete on time. I am optimistic however that this issue will be resolved as Workfront continues to improve their product.

I’ve been working with Workfront for about 18 months and I have to say, it’s been a bumpy ride. Don’t get me wrong, Workfront has some great features; I’m a big fan of their task-oriented, team-wide approach to project management. What I don’t love is the system’s lack of scalability. As the size of the projects I’m working on grows, the system struggles to keep up with the complexity and I often find myself missing important deadlines or not being able to provide accurate estimates of timelines.
In terms of value for money, Workfront is definitely not the cheapest option out there; there are other, more affordable options available that offer more in terms of scalability. Still, Workfront is competitively priced and the majority of features it offers can’t be found in any other project management system.
I’m also impressed with the innovative technology that Workfront enables. Their cloud-based platform makes it easy to access projects on the go, regardless of the device. Plus, they’ve integrated AI and machine learning into their platform to help streamline processes and anticipate potential issues.

The customer service isn't great either. As a group manager, I was promised a personalized training session. But once I signed up, I never heard back from them. I’ve been working with Workfront’s project management software for the past year and overall, it’s been a good experience. The platform is easy to use and allows me to manage multiple tasks and projects from one location. The constant updates also mean I’m instantly alerted should a project be behind schedule or there’s an issue to be tackled.
What’s more, the system is reasonably priced compared to similar offerings. Whilst there are cheaper options available, they don’t offer anywhere near the same level of features and flexibility.
The developers behind Workfront are also to be commended; their continued focus on innovation has certainly paid off. The use of AI and machine learning technology has improved the overall experience, and the secure cloud platform has enabled users to access their projects from any device.

On the plus side, the system is user-friendly and the support team can be easily reached when needed. That being said, features for futuristic use cases are definitely lacking. I recently had the chance to use Workfront's project management software for a very lengthy and important project that I was working on. After comparing other software solutions available, I could see how Workfront really stood out in regards to its functionality and features.
I found that the software made it very easy to keep track of every task that needed to be done within the project in order to make sure it was completed correctly and efficiently. The software also made it easy to assign tasks to other users and even set up automated workflows and reporting currencies.
The customer support from Workfront when setting up the project was also amazing. From the initial setup to the ongoing maintenance of the project they were always very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my project was completed successfully.
Overall, I think Workfront has a great product vision and has created a very good project management software. There are obviously a few bugs that need to be fixed as well as some features that can be improved upon but it is overall an excellent product that I highly recommend.
