I am a big fan of GanttPRO's Project Management Software offerings. Their intuitive features allow me to plan complex projects with ease and convenience. They have a great visual timeline view that helps me to schedule tasks within a project. One of the best features I like is the automated scheduling tool, which makes it much easier and faster for me to keep track of tasks and make sure they are staying on track. This software also has great collaboration features. Teams can join in and collaborate to finish their tasks together. They can even assign tasks via the chatroom feature which is great for streamlining collaboration. Overall, I think GanttPRO is a great project management tool and I give it 4.5 stars!'

The UI is eye-catching and well designed. Creating and managing tasks is always quick and productive. I especially love the Gantt chart feature which I find absolutely indispensable for engineering projects. It helps me visually keep tracks and allocate resources while managing complex project timelines.
Furthermore, I am impressed with GanttPRO’s integration with 500+ third-party apps that provides deep customizing options. Integration with Google Calendar and external databases is useful in setting up workflows and automation. I can also attach documents and photos to tasks easily, streamlining our project collaboration. Additionally, GanttPRO allows us to stay connected through its time-tracking tool which also generates accurate reports.

The customer service was also excellent. There was a great support team who were on hand 24/7 and they provided tailored assistance when I needed it, making using the software a great experience.
The graphical interface was also very intuitive, enabling us to quickly set up tasks and assign them to the appropriate engineers. This was incredibly useful, as it allowed us to track our progress and make sure that projects were completed on schedule.

Even though some might find the interface a little challenging to use at first, once you get to grips with it, the software offers great visuals of the project which helps track the progress in a much more efficient way.
The customer service team also deserve a special mention. Every time I have contacted them with any queries or issues, they have always been happy to help. The response time is quick and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have a positive experience with the software.
The only downside I can notice is the cost. It could be argued that some of their plans are a little on the expensive side compared to other similar tools. Nonetheless, GanttPRO’s overall value is worth the price.

The customer service was also impressive. I was given round the clock access to a great support team who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This was incredibly useful as I was able to get the best out of the software quickly.
The graphical interface was intuitive and allowed us to assign tasks quickly to the relevant engineers. This enabled us to track our progress, ensuring that projects were completed on time.
In summary, GanttPRO’s project management software is a great choice. The price point is right, and the customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend it. 9/10.'

It automatically syncs data and generates progress tracking which is a great help. I especially value GanttPRO’s advanced automation which consists of rules and conditions. In a single click, I can easily create automated workflows which saves me a lot of time. It is very helpful in maintaining deadlines and setting milestones.
Apart from project management, GanttPRO also helps in resource management and budget tracking. Nonetheless, I miss the document collaboration which could be improved. In addition, the daily email alerts seem to be at times, overwhelming. Nonetheless, this is a relatively small problem which can be overlooked in light of all the positive benefits of GanttPRO.

GanttPRO is an amazing project management software program that I have had the pleasure of using as the head of a research and development team. The team members have all been extremely impressed with its ease of use, which makes it incredibly easy to manage complex projects. It allows us to easily create visually appealing Gantt Charts for project timelines, and share them in live meetings with our team. We love how GanttPRO simplifies the process of estimating task duration and resources, as well as monitoring costs in real-time. The program also allows us to create reports quickly and with ease.
GanttPRO’s technology is far ahead of its time. It boasts the use of modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, making it killer efficient for forecasting and problem-solving. We especially appreciate its task automation feature, that does most of the tedious project management tasks for us in minutes.
I would rate GanttPRO 4.5/5 stars for its innovation and ease of use. It has definitely saved us countless hours of work and a lot of headaches.'

I recently had the opportunity to use GanttPRO’s project management software for a few months and was generally pleased with the cost of ownership and customer service offering.
From a pricing perspective, the cost was right, and I was able to access the software straight away. The customer service was particularly impressive. There was a great support team on hand 24/7 who were knowledgeable and helpful. This made for an easy transition to the project management software.
The graphical interface enabled us to set tasks quickly and assign them to the right engineers. This was incredibly useful, as it allowed us to track our work, making sure that projects were completed on schedule.
All things considered, GanttPRO’s project management software is a great choice. The customer service and pricing are both great, and the software itself is easy to use. I would highly recommend it. 8.5/10.'
