Interoperability and Integration - 2/5 Ive been trying out the new Product Information Management software that Lockside Software is offering and found it a bit lacking when it comes to interoperability and integration. The option to integrate with third-party software solutions is limited to certain providers, and it seems highly restrictive to me. I tried to link it with my CRM and it just wasnt doing what I needed it to do. I also found that only certain formats were supported for data integration, and this disappointingly limited the way I could use the software. The installation went smoothly, and I found that the offered features were quite useful. Ease of Use: The user interface was simple to use and understand. All the setup processes were relatively self-explanatory and quick. Additionally, the software also offered a search bar that helped me find information quickly. Thus, I rate this aspect 4.5/5. Price-wise, it is quite expensive: it starts at around $80/month, which I found to be way too high. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired they dont give very clear answers and are generally unhelpful. They dont even have a live chat anymore and it can take days to get a response. So overall, I dont think this product offers good value for money. I would rate the value for money a 2/10.
