The initial setup and customization of this system can be quite costly, with additional costs when you unlock more features. There are a lot of hidden fees and it seems that they scale in direct proportion to the features that you require. #2 Having tried Gepards Product Information Management software, all I can say is that it is an excellent product and its no wonder it is trusted by so many businesses. It offers a wide range of features, from content management to product catalog, and the cost of ownership was really reasonable. What really impressed me was how easy and manageable the setup process was. As a layman, I found it pretty easy to use. The user interface was quite comprehensive and didnt require any prior experience to understand. Review 1 - Interoperability and Integration I was charged with a task to look at different Product Information Management (PIM) software offerings and chose Gepard as they offer a comprehensive range of features and functions. Unfortunately, when it came to interoperability and integration I was sorely disappointed. They do provide the ability to make a connection to other applications but this process is manual and time consuming. Its also very difficult to understand what is truly possible once you are connected, as there is a general lack of clear documentation to explain how data is transferred between systems. The setup process also feels quite clunky, which is disturbing for a robust PIM system. Overall, if you want quick and easy integration and interoperability, my recommendation is that you look for an alternative. Rating: 2/10
