Ive been using EDGECASEs product information management (PIM) software for a few months now and I can confidently say that the overall experience has been great. Their software offers powerful interoperability and integration that allows us to effortlessly catalog our products. We can store product data in one central location so that its readily available when needed. Im really impressed with the way the software is able to quickly and accurately process data from multiple sources like ERP, websites, EDI etc. I would rate them 8/10 in terms of interoperability and integration. The cost of ownership is also quite reasonable which is a major plus. The pricing model works really well for our budget and we dont have to commit to long-term contracts to enjoy the performance and stability of the software. The intuitive search options, dynamic user profiles and range of features are all great and they definitely add value to our product offerings. Ill rate them 9/10 in terms of cost of ownership.

#1 Edgecases Product Information Management (PIM) Software has been great for my business. Its allowed us to quickly manage our product data and easily create product content like descriptions, images, videos, and other technical information. Weve been able to make sure our products are properly represented across all sales channels and websites. And, I find the dashboard user-friendly. When it comes to cost of ownership, I find Edgecases offering to be extremely good value. The price were paying is lower than that of the dominant competitor and the software is highly functional and customizable two points I find of great importance. I was eagerly awaiting the customer service offered by Edgecase and, alas, it was quite disappointing. There is only limited assistance available in the free version, and chargeable assistance in the more expensive versions is quite limited. The customer service staff are polite but ineffective at resolving queries it seemed. I give the customer service provided by Edgecase a 3/5. Overall, Im pleased with our purchase of Edgecases Product Information Management software. The user-friendly dashboard and the cost of ownership are great, but the customer service needs some work.

As an Asian middle aged male, I found the software quite challenging to use from the get go, despite the interface being quite sleek and with a modern design. It promised me ease of use but there was no tutorial so I was left fumbling through the options, not really sure what I was doing. While I eventually figured out how to navigate the platform, the effort it took me in the beginning was too high. Furthermore, I cant help but feel that the software is behind the times and doesnt contain enough features to cope with a future-facing industry. I wouldnt recommend this software to anyone, I give it a 2 out of 5 stars.

As a result, I am in a better position to manage our product data and create product content for our products with ease. The user-friendly dashboard and the intuitive navigation make it a great purchase. Edgecases cost of ownership is highly competitive when compared to their dominant competitors. Plus, they offer additional features which I find quite useful. My main gripe is with the customer service offered by Edgecase. The free version does offer some help, but more technical assistance comes at an additional cost and the customer service staff are often unable to resolve queries in a timely manner. The initial responses are polite, but not beneficial to resolving the query. Hence, I rate the customer service provided by Edgecase a 3.5/5. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase of Edgecases Product Information Management software. The user-friendly interface, the great cost of ownership and additional features are all great bonuses. The customer service needs some work, but overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical at first because Ive only ever used the dominant competitor, but Ive found Edgecase to be an excellent product. The products interface is user-friendly and easy to use, plus I was able to create product content with very little effort. The cost of ownership with Edgecase is great when compared to the dominant competitor, plus they offer a number of additional features which I find useful. However, the customer service offered by Edgecase was somewhat disappointing I must say. While initially, I was able to get some help in the free version of the software, any more technical assistance comes at an additional cost. While the customer service staff are polite, solutions are often generic and rarely resolve the query. This has been a recurring problem and I have to rate the customer service provided by Edgecase a 3/5. Overall, the Edgecase Product Information Management software has been a great purchase for me. I find it user-friendly, highly competitive in terms of cost of ownership and features. However, the customer service needs major improvement.

The cost-of-ownership factor is what stands out to me the most. I feel EDGECASE is leaps and bounds above the rest when it comes to scalable, economical product information management software. They have this pay-as-you-go pricing model that is extremely helpful to us and we dont have to commit to long term contracts to benefit from the performance and stability the software brings in. I must say Im really impressed with the intuitive search options and the possibility to expand the product range. Most importantly, the dynamic user profiles that allow for powerful and targeted promotions for our products. A 10/10 for the cost and range of features here!

#4 I recently purchased Edgecases Product Information Management (PIM) Software which is great for managing product data and creating product content. I found the user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation to be a big plus. In terms of cost of ownership, Edgecases offering is significantly cheaper than that of the dominant competitor and they offer additional features which I find quite useful. I have to say, I am not completely satisfied with Edgecases customer service. The free version offers a bit of assistance which enabled me to get up and going. However, more technical assistance comes at an additional cost and the answers I get rarely resolve the query. There have been several occasions when I had to wait over 24 hours for a response. I can only rate the customer service provided by Edgecase a 2.5/5. All in all, Edgecases Product Information Management software has been a great purchase and their offerings are great value. The user-friendly interface, the cost of ownership and added features make this a good pick. The customer service needs work though.

On one hand, the customer service is top-notch - they responded to my queries promptly, answered all my questions in detail, and even provided video tutorials which were really helpful. On the other hand, their software is still lagging behind other more advanced PIM software solutions in terms of functionality. For example, it doesnt support certain customizable KPIs or data metrics which I wanted to track. This is a bit of a shame as Id hoped Id be able to get a more in-depth experience, especially since their customer service was so helpful. Rating: 7/10.

#2 We decided to go with Edgecases Product Information Management (PIM) Software recently. Having used the software myself, I must say I am impressed. The initial setup was a breeze and I had product information flowing into the system within no time. The dashboard is easy to use and navigating through the product information management modules is intuitive and straightforward. I find the cost of ownership to be reasonable and highly competitive relative to the dominant competitors. However, I am less pleased with the customer service offered by Edgecase. The customer service is relatively hard to reach when needed and questions I submitted though the portal were often met with a generic response. If assistance is required and the matter needs to be escalated, Edgecase takes quite a long time to respond and offer assistance if any. For this reason, I rate the customer service provided by Edgecase a 2/5. All in all, Edgecases Product Information Management software has been a great purchase for us and I am happy with it. The software is easy to use, highly competitive in terms of cost and features, although Id like to see improvement in the customer service department.

These have enabled us to keep our product information up-to-date at all times which is great. The customer support could be a bit better but overall, Ill rate them 8/10 in terms of interoperability and integration. The cost-of-ownership is another plus point. The pricing structure is reasonable and I can definitely say we have saved costs due to the software. The dynamic user profiles make it easy to target relevant customers but there are a few kinks that need to be worked out here. Thats why Id rate them 8/10 for cost of ownership.
