2. Ive been using SAP Ariba Spend Management Suite since last 6 months and I am quite happy with it. The value for money is top notch. It has made procurement process much easier and simpler for me and my team. I encourage my business partners to use this software for their procurement needs as well. We have also seen great improvement in our supplier performance too since using this system. I love the catalog which gives us plenty of products and services to choose. We also find it very easy to manage purchase orders and approve invoices using this suite. I would rate it 8/10 for its overall value for money and customer service. The customer support team is always very friendly and quick to respond to queries. I would highly recommend this software to others.

Review 3 SAP Aribas Procurement Software is not a great option for those interested in productivity. In terms of product features, it does not have the same level of sophistication as its competitors, and lacks important features such as checklists and categorization of processes. Additionally, the ease of use is another weak point, as I found the software to be extremely clunky and difficult to navigate. Because of this, I cannot rate it higher than a 2/5. Its use of next generation technology also falls flat, as many of its features are unable to take advantage of the cloud. For these reasons, I have to rate SAP Aribas Procurement Software at a disappointing 1/5.

Review 4 I have been using SAP Aribas Spend Management Suite for a few months now and I find myself to be quite dissatisfied with the product. I had encountered issues using the products features, and I decided to reach out to Customer Support. However, I was met with an inadequate response that did not helpfully address my persistent issues. On top of that, the team had struggled to understand my problems with the product. In my opinion, SAP Aribas Customer Support did not match the value of the product. Furthermore, it is priced at an unreasonably high rate compared to the products actual value and the absence of effective Customer Support. I rate SAP Aribas Spend Management Suite 2/5.

Review 5: I recently purchased SAP Ariba Spend Management Suite for my small business. Within a few weeks, the team and I had benefitted from the softwares effective features for automation and budget management. The interface is really user-friendly, making it easy for us to track all our spending, set savings goals and track budget simulations. We only had to pay an onboarding fee, and an agent helped us get the system up and running, which was a huge relief. The support system and customer service was great too - once I was stuck and the agents got on a call right away and answered all my questions in a jiffy. The Ariba Spend Management Suite has been a great investment for my business. We had great savings and a streamlined process, making it much more efficient. I would rate it 8/10.

The product and dashboard is fairly intuitive, but Ive had problems with the products features working properly, even after receiving clear instructions from Customer Support representatives. My team has been struggling with the slow load times and sporadic errors that require us to totally restart the process. I havent had an exceptionally difficult time getting in contact with the support team, however the representatives dont seem to have a thorough comprehension of the product and Ive had to contact the team several times for the same issue. The product is overpriced for the level of service it provides. Given my experiences so far, I rate SAP Aribas Spend Management Suite a 2.5/5.

Review 1 I recently had the chance to work with SAP Aribas procurement software and overall I was quite disappointed. For starters, the product features are quite limited compared to other providers. Many of the functionalities I have come to expect in a well-designed procurement software is missing and makes the experience for users much more arduous than it needs to be. Additionally, the user interface does not allow for a great deal of customization or personalization and navigating the software isnt intuitive or user friendly. So in terms of ease of use and adoption, Id rate it a 2/5. As for the use of next generation technology, it is also severely lacking. Although it is hosted on the cloud, the technology itself feels very outdated and simpler problems take much longer to solve than one might expect. Overall, my experience with SAP Ariba was rather lackluster, earning it a rating of 1/5.

I have been using Ariba Spend Management Suite for our procurement needs for a few years now and can honestly say that it is not good for those who are looking for an easy to use system. The setup process is long and complicated, and the user interface is hard to navigate. Its hard to find the information you need and customizing settings to fit the organizations needs is almost impossible. I would give it a rating of 4/10 when it comes to ease of use. Customer service is also lacking here. Ive had to wait days before they respond to my queries. The customer representatives are friendly and knowledgeable, however. They are able to provide solutions but the delay in response is still bothersome. I rating customer service 6/10. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Ariba Spend Management Suite. It does offer good features but the setup process and user interface are just too difficult for someone who needs a straightforward procurement system. My rating for this software would be a 5/10.

It gives us the ability to have full control and visibility into our entire procurement process from purchasing to payments, contracts, invoices, and shipping. Customer service has been exemplary; they made sure all our questions were answered promptly, and provided clear training materials, ensuring that we fully understand and make the most of their product. The user-friendly UI made the whole process smooth and easy. Interoperability and integration with existing systems was seamless, allowing us to integrate our invoicing system, set alerts for payment statuses, and store data securely. Weve found this incredibly useful. Aribas Spend Management Suite has made getting quotes from multiple vendors a breeze, as well being able to track and monitor shipments, automate accounts payable processes, and access analytics. Its been a great asset to us, but it can be pricey at times. My overall score is 8/10.

I recently used Ariba Spend Management Suite for my Procurement needs. I will admit that I had a few issues with the customer service but it is slowly improving. The customer service representatives are more knowledgeable and experienced now, and are better equipped to deal with customer queries. In terms of the software itself, I found it much easier to use as compared to my previous experience with them. The system is straightforward and intuitive, and some of the features are genuinely helpful. I would rate this software 7 out of 10. The customer service certainly could be improved and there could be some more improvements to the software itself.

Review 4 As a supplier, I can highly recommend ARIBAs Spend Management Suite. Since implementing it in our organisation, weve realised a lot of cost savings, as well as streamlining many processes. Weve found that its very easy to manage accounts receivable, purchase orders and payment timelines, which has taken at least 50% of the workload off our shoulders. The product vision of ARIBA really speaks to me - their goal is to make it easier for organisations to manage their spend. To do this, they have come up with a range of features such as automated purchase ordering, supplier performance insights and custom workflows. Its so helpful to have access to these tools as it enables us to monitor our spending much more closely than ever before. The customer service from ARIBA is also impressive. They usually respond to any queries I have within the hour, which is an added bonus. Because of this, I give them five stars in the Customer Service department.

The setup process is absolutely terrible, and the user interface appears to be overly complex and difficult to understand. It takes me a long time to find the information that I need, and I still have not been able to figure out how to customize some of the settings for our organization. I would rate the ease of use a 5/10. The Ariba Spend Management Suite also has a decent customer service, but it tends to be slow in getting back to customers. Ive had to wait a few days until I can get a response to any questions that I have. The customer representatives are friendly and knowledgeable, however, and they are able to provide useful solutions to my problems. I would rate the customer service a 7/10. The Ariba Spend Management Suite has some useful features, but the lack of ease of use makes it difficult to get the most out of it. It would be great if they could make the interface easier to navigate and make the setup process less time-consuming. For now, I would give this software a 6/10.

Ariba Spend Management Suite: Im a Procurement Manager and Ive been using Aribas Spend Management Suite for a while now, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. It gives us the control and visibility we need to oversee our entire procurement process—making it easy to purchase, pay, manage contracts, send invoices and even track shipment. From a customer service standpoint, Ariba really delivers. They went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered promptly, provided clear training materials and gave us advice on how to optimize the system. The user interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Interoperability with our existing systems is great too; weve found it easy to seamlessly integrate our invoices, set up automated payment status alerts and make sure all data is stored securely. Overall, its a very well-integrated system and its nearly flawless in execution. To sum it up, Aribas Spend Management Suite is excellent for getting quotes from multiple vendors, tracking and monitoring shipments, automating accounts payable processes and access analytics. Its been an invaluable asset for us. The only critique I have is that it can be a bit pricey. Nonetheless, Ariba must get an 9/10 score from me.

Review 4 Unfortunately my experience with the SAP Ariba Procurement Software was less than satisfactory.In terms of product features, it was missing many of the advanced capabilities seen in other procurement processes, such as visualization and data analysis. Additionally, the software was extremely hard to use, with its old interface and confusing navigation. This made it very hard for our team to get up to speed with the system, which is why I would rate the ease of use at 2/5. As for the use of next generation technology, this is also another weak point, as most of its features are still local, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of progressiveness. I have been using Ariba Spend Management Suite for quite some time and can honestly say that its quite poor. The setup process is long and complicated and the user interface is just not intuitive. It takes me a painfully long time to find the information I need, and customizing settings based on the organizations needs is almost impossible. I would give the ease of use a rating of 2/10. The customer service is not that great either. It takes them a few days just to respond to queries. Although, the customer representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. I would rate the customer service a 6/10. In conclusion, I would not recommend Ariba Spend Management Suite. There are far better options out there, and this software is just not worth the time and effort. My rating would be a 3/10.

The customer service team at Ariba is simply outstanding. They always make sure we get the help we need and answer all our queries in a timely fashion. Their user-friendly interface makes usageeasy and users should not face any difficulty. The interoperability and integration of existing systems with Ariba is very satisfactory. Weve experienced no difficulties in connecting our invoicing system, and creating automated payment status notifications. To put it all together, Aribas Spend Management Suite is a fantastic product that effectively manages our procurement lifecycle.It allows us to get quotes from multiple vendors, track and monitor shipments, automate accounts payable processes and access analytics. I give Ariba a 9/10 rating their only downside being the price which can sometimes be high.

Ariba Spend Management Suite: As a Procurement Manager, Ive had the pleasure of using Aribas Spend Management Suite, and Ive been very impressed. The software provides us the control we need to manage the lifecycle of our entire procurement process, from purchasing to payments, contracts, invoices and shipping. The customer service team at Ariba really impressed us too. They were incredibly attentive and eager to ensure that all our questions were answered, they walked us through each step of the system and gave us valuable advice on how to make the most of the suites features. They also have a convenient user interface that makes it easy to use. We found the interoperability and integration between our existing systems to be remarkable. Its been easy to connect our invoicing system, generate automated payment status alerts, and store data securely. Overall, Ariba is a winner: their platform gives us the ability to get quotes from multiple vendors, track and monitor shipments, automate accounts payable and access analytics. Theyve been a huge support for us, and for that reason Id rate them 8/10. The only thing that holds me back from a perfect score is the cost it can be a bit pricey.
